Remember the Brady Bunch? Caveat Emptor . Let the buyer beware was Dads advice to Greg when he bought a used car. Do your due diligence and maybe you won t have a bad experience. Don t let the one star reviews steer you away from this place. I had a great experience with Mike and Robert. I needed a van in a hurry and they took care of me. Granted it could break down in 10 miles but it s an old beater which was exactly what I was looking for. It made it to the barge and has arrived in Alaska today! Thanks Mike!

I see why Robert and his crew are a Top Rated Dealer. This was by far the most pleasant and easy transaction I ve ever experienced. Everyone was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable with years of experience. They worked together as a team to help. I really enjoyed Diana who runs the office and treated us like family. It was a good experience working with Mike today. He was transparent with what he was able to do to accommodate our needs. Gave an offer and got pretty close to our asking price. Definitely would recommend others with working with Mike if you re looking for a new/used car.

Do not buy from this business. They steal from businesses they buy from!! Trust me if they can steal from other businesses they can steal from youResponse to your reply. The case was escalated by me but you know eBay always believes the buyer even when they send back an empty box! Regardless I kept my money even though you attempted to steal it. Good luck

My fiance and I bought a used car on Saturday through this dealership. The same night we bought it the car started acting up jerking and shaking going 30-40 mph. The car runs and drives like new according to the dealership but it obviously doesn t and that was a lie. I contacted them within 2 days of purchasing and have been told the mechanic is out till next Sunday(2 weeks) I haven t been able to even drive my new car because of this! I had to go get an oil change done on it because the oil was due to be changed the car was sitting in the dealership for at least 2 months according to CarGurus. I should ve walked away as soon as I was told it would need an oil change as it hadn t been serviced. It s clear that this dealership takes in trades and they don t fix or do the bare minimum the state/DOL Requires before placing for sale. Hopefully they do the right thing and get my vehicle fixed or I will be contacting the DOL as this turned into a safety issue with the vehicle I just bought that s supposed to run like new . I m giving it two stars as Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with and I know he s pretty new to the dealership so I don t put any of the blame on him.

I bought a Prius and I asked them if they had checked the hybrid battery. They told me that they had. I had the car for a year and then found out that the hybrid battery is now 13 years old and they last for 8 years on average. So they sold me a car with a hybrid battery that was 12 years old and was already 4 years past its average lifespan. It costs several thousand dollars to replace.

Avoid like the plague they are, after buying a car that they assured me 3 times over was in good condition everything that could go wrong did. The break rotors were rusted out the electronics failed and the headgasket blew less than 100 miles into owning it. Don't waste your time with these con men. I tries to return it 3 days later and all they could saw was all sales are final. Buyer beware.

And here I thought the best deals were at Costco. No! I found an amazing car deal right next door in Woodinville at Platinum Wholesale Auto. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and the cars are plentiful and varied. We won t be shopping anywhere else from now on.

Friendly, direct to the point staff. Not pushy but helpful. Contacted numerous dealers to sell my car and Platinum paid the most, respected my time by not beating around the bush, and got me on my way within 15 minutes. Would definitely do business with them in the future and will consider them for my next car purchase based on how easy it was with them on selling. Brian is great at his job, give him a call. Gave me a fair price right off the bat where all other dealers had to be negotiated to that same fair price, taking more time and effort. Buy my car from them, it's in great condition and will serve you well!

Bought the car 5 months ago and got slapped with 6k in repair costs.While friendly on the phone reapeted requests for help fell on deaf ears. Never returned a call and seems like they pretended to care.To any young person buying their first car do your due dilligence and not buy an old car from this dealership.Really disappointed, shame on you guys, its hard enough in this world.

Really kind staff and owner. The office was clean and even kind of fun that there was music playing. It felt laid back, in a good sort of way.We ended up buying a vehicle. The paperwork process was clear and easy. The salesman was knowledgeable and efficient.Overall it was a really quality experience.

Bought a Tesla from Rob. Has to be the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Come to find out he did not have the exact car I wanted. Within 48 hours he located the car had it delivered to his shop and was the best price I could find. Won t shop for a used car anywhere else moving forward

Honest previously owned car dealership! Robert (dealer) was a down to earth, chill salesman with professionalism and a no hassle/no hanggling required, attitude. I felt as if I was important and worth his time. I ve had this car since early March and have experienced absolutely NO issues. They were honest and upfront about the few minor issues that needed to be fixed, that being a headlight bulb and a turn signal switch. I paid cash for the car and repaired both on my own with the help of YouTube because British cars are definitely unique. I seriously appreciate the honesty from this dealership after being screwed over by a Tacoma dealer and another dealer in Kirkland. Both sold me used cars with major issues hidden in quick repair jobs that cost me a fortune to repair. Thank you for selling me an excellent vehicle that s not only reliable but also fun to drive! Everything works in the car and I was surprised that a 17 year old car could run so smoothly! Much appreciated for you honesty and professionalism above all else! Go see Robert for a great deal and a great car!

I bought a car from them a month ago and just had a buyers inspection completed and there is $8440 worth of stuff that needs too be fixed. They were not very honest about the condition of the vehicle. I would recommend avoiding this business because it will cost you more in the long run!

This is an amazing place to purchase a used vehicle. I was in a rear end accident and was desperate to try and find a car to get me back on my feet. They were a no hassle, laid-back dealership unlike anything else I've seen on the market. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from here.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and my experience was stellar. I had a horrible experience with a different dealership a few days prior and when I shared about it with friends and family I was told that it sounded pretty standard for car salesman/car dealership interactions. I was very glad that working with Platinum was nothing like that. I had called the day before to check that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and Brian said that it was. When I got there, the vehicle had been detailed, it was pulled to the front of the lot, and he greeted us at the door. The rest of the process was super quick and painless, no pressure whatsoever, and most importantly Brian was so so kind! He also recommended a local cafe for us to have lunch and that was great too. I could not recommend this dealership enough. Thank you!!

A Couple years ago I bought a 2000 VW New Beetle in fair condition. Got a fair price. Shortly after started to smell anti-freeze. Turned out it was leaking from the temp sensor. Glad I was able to get it home to Great Falls, Montana without running out of coolant. It had a few other mechanical issues which I was able to have fixed. I put a little under $2k to fix the issues it had from the lot. If I had more time I would have had a shop look at it before I bought it. I'm still enjoying the car.Also, they did forget to send me with a paper I needed to get title to the vehicle. They were quite responsive and overnighted it to me.

I've worked with Robert and Diana multiple times over the years and they are always super fantastic to deal with. Both buying and selling cars though them couldn't be easier. I fear the day they decide to retire, I don't want to have to replace them as my go-to car people. Highly recommend!!
