Oreiley auto parts. My Toyota pickup broke down on me last week. Fuel pump went out. Again. Second time in a couple years. So it goes. Basically it's been a good rig but like any other piece of machinery it needs taken care of. There is a saying that all machinery is headed for the scrap heap. The time of arrival is set by how well it's maintained. Very true. Guess I've done a fairly good job of that since I bought the truck brand new in 1981 and am still driving it to this day.Any way, over the years, it's needed things like oil changes (religiously every 3,000 miles), brakes, lights, filters, fan belts. Alternators and starters, tires. ECT. Being a diesel mechanic by trade, I never considered the option of allowing anyone else to work on it.All the parts it's needed. When the truck was newer all that stuff came from Al's or Schucks ...but somewhere along the line those places went away. Replaced by Oreiley.What I can say about Oreiley is that they generally have what I need in stock. If not they can get it in a couple of hours. A lot of the parts you will buy there have a lifetime guarantee . How convenient. If, like me, you have saved the receipts. And 40+ years of repair parts receipts , stuffed in the glove box, prove out the fact that this vehicle has actually been taken care of. So it's still running..thanks to Oreilley. And everyone else.Now then, unfortunately we are living in times of hugely inflated prices. This includes auto parts. I suppose Oreiley is trying to hold the line on prices but they have to survive too. They do have a rewards program and give a veterans discount. Every little bit helps. I'd also like to point out that I've had to take several parts back that did konk out. O'Reilly's parts warranty is rock solid, never a problem. Lifetime is lifetime.O'Reilly's has helped me keep my vehicle running all these years. So thanks.Bye for now. Stay safe out there..

Very helpful attendant! This is our first go to for any car issues. Today in search of a pricey headlamp - though they had one in an inferior brightness, he gave us the needed info to get the exact one we required elsewhere. Talk about great customer service!! Will always try her first.

Clerk offered veteran's discount, then didn't include it in the total, I discovered after later looking at the receipt. The oil seems to be okay.

Extremely knowledgeable staff, they helped us diagnose a "check engine" light on our Mini Cooper for free, and had a $2 product in store that successfully fixed it. Saved us probably a hundred dollars or more compared to a mechanic. Amazing place! Highly recommended.

They are very helpful, and respectful. I am homeless and They offer free battery charge and I've had to take advantage of that every other day because my alternator doesn't work and they are still respectful and very helpful to me God bless them and give them six stars if it went up that high

Staff has always been courteous and helpful. On this trip they didn't have a standard item (wheel bearing grease) but substituted with a more premium item for no additional charge. I really appreciate the help!

Great quick and thorough service by a gentlemen who received my call for a purge solenoid and had it on hand same day. I believe his name was Daniel or David. When I went to pick up the part, Diane helped me with going in and out of the store which I always appreciate the effort compared with other parts store. Really proactive and intelligent people working there. Thank you!

I was helped this morning by Joey, he greeted me immediately when I entered and asked what I was looking for. He helped me find the right size wipers for my car, was very knowledgeable about the difference in quality and price. As he checked me out he offered to put on my vehicle before I even asked,.He was respectful, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. If I didn't live so far away I would shop there all the time.BTW I went into a competitors store the day before and walked out after 5 minutes waiting for help and the wrong book on the wipers aisle so I couldn't even help myself.HIGHLY recommend

What a great customer experience! It was the first time I needed to top off oil in my car. Not only did Erick the salesperson help me find the appropriate oil, but he also checked to make sure I had a funnel, then helped me locate the oil cap under the hood. He also offered to replace the windshield wipers I purchased. I felt very well taken care of! Thanks, Erick!

These guys were so helpful and patient when I needed a new battery. I greatly appreciate being walked through online ordering, as well as the call to let me know I d actually ordered the wrong thing. (This got fixed, as well.)

Good selection and staff. Only gripe is they only schedule one person at the front desk till 10, so they can't come out to your vehicle to test batteries and such until then.

This store was worse in the past, but in the last couple years, they cleaned up their act. I'm always shocked at how available parts are (and speedy if they're not), and the prices are competitive. Most of the time (didn't used to be this way), the folks there know what you're talking about, and can converse about it. This is important to me, since I do some pretty extensive repairs. Plus, the staff are pretty friendly and mostly remember me and my cars by name. That helps.

Joey was amazing!!!!Very kind and knew what he was doing!!!He sold me the correct battery and changed out my old one for the new one. Even when there were other problems he kept working.Can't say enough. Wouldn't even take a tip.Thank you for great service.

Great service, good people. I went in with a seemingly dead battery that charged up but put it on the tester and it would take a charge but not hold one. It wasbnice to have the experts figure out things for you. I got my new battery and was on my way.

Spent 70$ on windshield wipers. They said they couldn t change them bc they were short staffed, there were 3 people working in the store & no customers. It takes 2 minutes. Went to bothell & they were helpful & did it in 2 minutes

This is a really well run, clean store with excellent customer service. The service person went out of his way to install a light bulb I purchased that I couldn t do myself. Much appreciated.

My boyfriend bought rain x wipers and within 3 weeks we had to go and purchase a whole different wiper all I m going to say is that rain x is there most expensive wipers one would think they would last a little bit longer than 3 weeks he didn t do anything out of the ordinary so idk

Some online research led me to try a new relay over a recharge kit to fix my a/c. These guys found me a new compatible part for less than the cost of my lunch and did so in only a few minutes. They also had oil compatible with my weird Chinese Air compressor last month and they haven't let me down yet

The only thing that can be annoying is having some young manager assume you don't know as much as them about cars. But it's all part of their learning process. O'Reilly's typically has what I need in stock and has always made good on replacing their parts when defective. I've changed alternators in the parking lot after they allowed a last minute swap for a defective alt. They are always reasonably priced and will even lend you tools. I hope O'Reilly's keeps their business model of being consumer friendly and a place that allows me to keep my vehicles well maintained and running right.

Attempted to purchase a replacement part (intake manifold valve controller) and even brought the part into the store. The assistant manager stuggked to understand what the part was and was unable to find a replacement in their system. He did not offer any advice on where to get one or why he couldn't find it and he didn't ask for help from any of his coworkers. I left perplexed and am headed to another parts store to hopefully meet someone more helpful.
