John is THE MAN when it comes to suspension in the area. His years of knowledge translates to good tuning for the local trails (Walker and such) and I recommend him to all my riding buddies.

Suspension lowered on my 300 XC-W.... very knowledgeable and definitely will be back. Paid a little extra to have my parts overnighted so it would be ready for the weekend.

John is a great guy to work with. Explained everything in detail before we got started and finished with the work shortening my shock faster than I expected. After I get some more hours on the saddle, I'll be back to have him help me dial in front and rear to my riding style. It was a pleasure to have him help me with my ktm lowering project!

John was kind enough to allow me to participate in his U-Tune it program so that I could learn more about suspension while getting it professionally tuned. He was very patient and answered my questions. Most of all he transformed my TE610 into the best handling dual sport I ve ever ridden. It had a bad tendency for the forks to push and the front end wanted to wash out, no more! Also, the rear was WAY over sprung for me from the factory and I m 180 pounds! John is an awesome guy that I really enjoyed shooting the breeze with and he s mastered his craft. I ll keep coming back.

work was good, stock shock was not returned when bike was picked up- I forgot ask.Emailed later- was told I could pick it up, this was 31 days ago.reached out again today (I was not contacted to be notified "space" was an issue) and now its gone...........story today (sounds like Trump) "several months ago I recycled some shocks", sounds like he sold mine to someone... To replace it (lets say my wife wants a different bike and the buyer is normal height) then its going to cost me $650.00 to replace something Moto pro should have returned to me.Maybe this is the business model, keep a nearly new shock, charge someone else $700.00 to modify their bike, but the parts are free since you ripped off the prior customer by keeping their stock parts.

John was great to work with over the phone and did a great job on my bike. Didn't feel pressure to spend more than needed and is more than willing to work with you on suspension setup if you need it.

John is super professional. Great to talk with. Can't wait to try out the suspension when I get the bike back.

I bought a brand new Honda crf450l dual sport bike and wanted the suspension lowered to lower the seat height. The dealer gave me 2 choices they could do. 2.5" or 1.5" lowering links. They told me this was not the best way to lower a bike. I was impatient and chose the recommended 1.5" link. Right away I hated how the bike felt. The front end felt too light and the back very harsh going over bumps. I lived with it for a month and finally contacted John at Moto-pro suspension. He is a 3 hour drive from me but I could tell he was a Guru of suspension after reading his thoughts on lowering and talking to him. I asked if it was okay to lower it 3" as I am 61 and short and my off roading is mostly the green runs and blue runsof dirt biking. He said If it was done correctly keeping the geometry of the original bike it would behave properly. He had me call the dealer and get my original links back to put the bike back in original condition before starting on the lowering. I am not going to explain the science of the internal lowering but you can read that on his website.I picked up my bike and returned home and put about 400 miles on it it 2 days. First thing I noticed is the bike felt 50lbs lighter. As the centre of gravity is lower it feels about 240 lbs to me. It corners way better. The front end feels how it should and going over all types of terrain it soaks up the bumps with ease. I can't say enough about the excellent work John performs. I highly recommend Moto-pro suspension. 5 Stars!

I took my KTM 200 XCW to Jon at Moto-Pro Woodinville to have my suspension lowered. In his shop he put boards (spacers) under my riding boots to determine the exact height I wanted. He took measurements and gave me a date for completion. On the very day he said it would be done, it was. The height of the bike was 100% as I hoped it would be. I took the bike out for a ride and left the suspension as Jon set it up. Un-believable, as delivered, he was off just two clicks on fork rebound from total perfection. I am a total believer in his experience and suspension mod abilities.Thank you JonRay

Had my Husky 701 Enduro lowered here for my height. All work was done as quoted and I was surprised how well the bike handled afterwards. Don't skimp on lowering links or kits you buy online. Come here and have the you bike fitted properly by someone who knows what they are doing. Highly Recommend.

I called with a problem that was out of this man's scope of work provided. Rather than pushing me off the phone. He tried to help problem solve the issue, give helpful advise, and recommend where to turn. It's not often you find someone who is just as, or more interested in your project than yourself. I have an unlimited number of shops, or people if you will that I could pay to work on my bike. Moto-Pro Suspension provides piece of mind that quality and care is taken in all aspects of my experience with them. It's too bad my problems are not suspension related.
