The Team at Maaco was awesome!From the minute I walked in they gave me great customer service. Everything went exactly as Carter explained. My truck was done on time. They even helped me out with a little extra project on my vehicle.Good job Team at Maaco!

They agreed to provide estimate over phone and scheduled repair immediately for a rear door damage on my BMW while most shops gave me dates 2 months out. Did an amazing job on the door replacement and paint job is great. Clayton and Carter were very helpful along the way and my car was ready in less than a week. Will not think twice to go to them if I need another body repair.

I wasn't in a rush to get my dually repainted and that is the attitude to have when dealing with these guys. They pushed me back another 2 weeks after waiting a month for me to bring the truck down. Took them about a month to get the call saying come get it. They gave me exactly what I asked for, which was just repaint it, let me know if something "has" to be done like rust repair or other issues. The truck was going to be used as a work truck/farm truck so I wasn't concerned about small dents and blemishes. Just need it one color. When I went to pick up the truck I spotted a couple chips in the brand new paint job. They had no issue touching up the areas while I was loading it unto a trailer but I was still a little confused how chips got in the brand new paint. Overall a positive experience, the price really didn't change from what I was quoted. I would use these guys again.

Did a great job fixing some front-end damage on my 2015 mini cooper. Estimate was easy to schedule, fast, and came in significantly lower than another one we got. Clayton kept us informed along the way- there were some extra things that needed to be done that were not discovered at estimate, but price still was very reasonable, car looks amazing and I d have no hesitation returning if I need body repair in the future!

Wonderful experience. I needed an aftermarket spoiler painted to match my factory paint on my 2021 Supra. Surprising how many auto/paint places wouldn't do it. These guys were totally accommodating, incredibly friendly, just nailing it with superb customer support and care. They said it would take all of two days or so and they stood by their word. Carter is a stand out. Naturally kind and caring without coming off disingenuous. I would recommend them to anyone.Service: Painting

Took 3 months to get my car done even with everything disassembled. They completely killed my battery so had to buy a new one. Lost a couple of small parts that were bagged and labeled. Few parts came back with paint scratches and it looks like they got black/grey epoxy on the paint. It will get paint corrected in the future so I buffed it out for now.3 stars because I ve dealt with Clayton before and he s a very good and honest guy. My first time here they were excellent. However I saw a few new faces this time around and it seems it s went a bit down hill. Besides the long wait time and other stuff mentioned above, the paint did turn out very nice.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a truck canopy re-finished with a new color to match my truck. Sanded, primed, and painted better than I expected and cheaper than the quote I was given. Fast turn around as well. Will definitely recommend them.

We had a scratch that we got from parking lot and it required buffing and paint job. We saw good reviews and took the car to Macco Woodinville. The person who attended to us was very humble, patient and gave a very reasonable cost estimate immediately. We dropped off the car after our 10 day road-trip thinking we will clean it after fixing the scratch. They did a thorough job with fixing the scratch and also went above and beyond in cleaning the interior and exterior of the car as well, all in the promised timeframe of 3 days. Really appreciate their service and would highly recommend.Service: Painting

Clayton's team did a stellar job.I brought them a used, already painted part and asked them to color match it.Not only did they match the color perfectly, but they worked the part to make the part look almost new.All the blemishes, scratches, everything else that was on there were barely noticeable unless you look for them.The price was good, the service turn-around was excellent.I was really pleased with this experience and I'm telling everybody that I know who's doing any auto body to bring their work to this shop.

Paid to disassemble plastics from bumpers, paint, reassemble. They taped off the plastic on areas leaving base metal unpainted, and overshot onto plastics. So didn't paint it right as specified and damaged plastics. I'll post some pictures but clearly didn't provide service paid for. [updated] Added photos to show overspray on plastics and taping off plastics rather than remove them as specified/paid for.

This location was able to get me in within 2 weeks of my estimate. They got the job done within 3 days. Clayton and Carter were both nice and understanding. They knew how stressed I was and how much I needed the car to be done by the promised time. They did an amazing job with fixing the scratched paint on my bumper. You can t even tell there were damages there to begin with. I will definitely come back to this particular location in the future if necessary.Service: Painting

My experience with Maaco in Woodinville was fantastic! Clayton is SO nice, informative and helpful. My car went in looking like a disaster, the bumper was so damaged it dragged on the ground. After two days I picked up my car and they had cleaned the front inside & the outside, it was shiny, and the price actually ended up being less than my quote! I am so happy with the outcome. Clayton even stayed after hours to convenience ME so I could get my car before going back to work the next day. I will 100% recommend them to all of my friends and family and use their services again if I have any more car troubles.

They repair, but they mess up with other parts. When I tried to get my car in, techs only work from 8 to 4, no Saturdays. So if you plan to take your car think that you would have to visit them again for other issues.

Woodinville Maaco did an outstanding job painting my 96 Cherokee. I just wanted a simple, cost effective paint job - no body work done and single stage paint applied.Clayton and his crew did an incredible job for what they charged. I was really surprised at the quality of prep work and talent (by Josh) laying up the enamel. No runs, very acceptable orange peel, and next to nothing for debris in the paint.These guys work hard, pay attention to detail, and deserve your business! I wont hesitate to go back with my garage princess chevy and expect show quality work done.. of course for some more money, but these guys have the skills.

The list is very long of horrible workmanship, however, everything on my vehicle worked when I drove it there. Now I'm at $1000.00 for component repairs before they even painted it. For me they have no pride or care in their work. Wires left hanging, broken actuator in steering column, scrapes in paint, broken door lock shaft, body molding installed in wrong location to name a few. In May 10th out July 21st and it going back for major punch list items.

Clayton and his crew are basically lifesavers. I was involved in an accident with a city vehicle that was not my fault where the other driver admitted fault. Because I don't have collision insurance on this car it was on me to take care of the repair and get the city's insurance to settle for my damages. I took my car to two other shops, one couldn't even give me an estimate for three weeks, the other said they couldn't start work till June. Clayton gave me a reasonable estimate for bumper and headlight replacement which the city's adjuster accepted no questions asked. They completed the work exactly two weeks after I paid a deposit for the parts, car was still drivable before the repair and only spent four days in the shop. The bumper and headlights look brand new, fantastic work. So happy to have my car back! They were extremely professional, understanding and very easy to reach for updates. My family will be using Woodinville Maaco for all our body shop needs in the future. Thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently went in to Maaco to repair a large scratch along the right side of my Subaru. Since dropping the car off to be serviced, I had to return three times to find that there were significant quality problems with the work. The following is what I found each time I returned to the shop to pick up my car:1st Return: �Bubbling of the clear coat across the whole right side, glue mound on the lower part of the car, missing protector film, and unknown car body part (presumably from somewhere inside my car) left inside the car.2nd Return: Bubbles were sanded down into divits across the whole right side of the car, glue/paint mound remaining on the lower part of the car, protector film still missing.3rd Return: Divits still remain on roughly 20-30% of the right side. The glue/paint mound was removed but there is now paint along the edge of the rear driver side door trim. The protector film was replaced but it has debris and bubbles under the surface. Portions of the clear coat have a faded sanded look across the side of the car.4th Return: Divits remain in a few places along the worked ares. The faded/sanded look remains on portions of the clearcoat. Section of rear panel was not blended well and a sharp divide in the paint is clearly visible when in the sun. Rubber around the windows has sanding marks. Sprays of clearcoat are now along the window seal.The people there were very friendly and seemed to own the mistakes. However, the repeated returns were a problem, and the quality of the work was not great.

First off I didn't even end up getting work done here. However this shop has a very cool crew. Carter was especially honest and kind in his explanations. Knowledgeable and fair. Had I decided to do the work it would have been here but I went a different direction. Thanks again.

Clayton and their team were awesome. The first pass on fixing my wife s sun damaged roof and hood weren t up to their standards so they did another pass at it.
