Great experience buying a car here. Never felt pressured and just chatted casually either the owner while I was looking at cars with him. They were very responsive when I had questions throughout the process. I got a fair deal on a Tesla and have sent friends to Lux to look at cars now as well.

We needed a truck really bad & found it at Lux Auto sales. Boris was kind enough to meet us on a Sunday due to us having to work during the week, and the weather was bad. Purchase was fast and easy. Also, it was a very fair price for the truck. Lux Auto sales felt comfortable & professional. I will need a newer vehicle soon. I will not hesitate to return to Lux Auto sales for my next vehicle. Found a nice looking pickup at Lux, so I dropped by unannounced to look at it, and the 2012 Chevrolet 1500 was connected to a flatbed trailer with a car on it. So they have been using it as a work truck, for their what looks like "chop shop", for the passed 3 months while they haven't been able to sell it. The truck also had new damage where they had smashed their trailer into the tailgate that was not in the photos, that were taken at a different location as to not show all of the dismantled cars and engines laying all over the ground and pick and pull in the back area of the dealer.I saw the other reviews of this place being pretty shady and just like always take that with a grain of salt as people get scorned by buying something from a place like this and the car turns out to be trash. But you can bet your rear end that if I would have called ahead that truck would have been disconnected from the trailer and ready to be looked at, and it would have been moved down from the upper yard to the lower front area by the road. Glad that I saw they were using the light duty truck, with 150K+ miles on it to drag their trailer around, and you know they were getting more airtime than a skateboard at the x games while dragging that trailer just as fast as the pickup could handle it. I really feel bad for whoever buys this truck because they are getting ripped off for sure.

Went to Lux Auto to find our 16yr old son his first car. Found a great Honda Civic within our price range. Max helped us with closing out the deal and came to an agreeable price that we were both happy with. We have had the car for 3 months now, had it checked out by a local mechanic and all is good. Thank you for a great first car!

Very unprofessional, almost never able to get through on the phone. Bought a 2006 honda Cr-v with bad radio, boris said they would install the new radio before I picked up the vehicle. The "new" radio was a scratched after market radio that also didn't work. After confronting boris about this he refuses to put a new radio in only used stuff they have laying around. Poor labor from the technician and bad service from Boris as my asking for a new radio in a car we agreed to have a working radio was out of the question for boris. They have no integrity about the condition of the cars or the customer service side of things. Would not buy from him again.

We traveled 8 hours and found a baby sitter to purchase a vehicle posted. They were really kind over the phone and everything seemed to line up great until we got there and saw that the car was in much worse shape than what we had read and what we could see in the photos. There were multiple spots where the car had rusted, the windshield was broken, etc. It was an older vehicle and figured we were paying a lower price for high mileage, not high milage and a busted up car. I just wish there would have been photos posted of these things so we could have known and kept looking. We did not purchase the car.

Lux Auto Sales gave me a great discount on a 2001 Honda Accord. I got all the help I needed, speedy responses, good people, and great service. If you want a smooth process with getting a used car, definitely recommend Lux Auto! Never felt pushed or on the spot. Easy going and worked with me to find the right car for me.

I rented a car for two weeks. Then when it came time to bring it back I asked max for my deposit on the rental, he acts as if it didn't really matter to do so, so then he finally rings up a receipt saying it's going to be on your card in 4 days .well it's been almost two weeks since I had got it. On that note I asked Boris to take me home gave him 45 dollars to do so, smh. Then Boris calls me saying my bank is taking money from him smh. Moral of the story is these guys are un professional. Ps scammers

To put it simply, Max is the MAN. I called in the morning and told him i would be arriving to look at some CRVs. He was extremely friendly and helpful and greeted me with a smile when i arrived at the lot. He was personable, funny, honest, and knowledgeable. This man deserves a raise! Any questions i had were answered and he helped me seal the deal on my CRV. Thanks Lux Auto!

Ad on their page is misleading. We would have bought their Tesla S Performance car if they had told the truth about the condition of the car. One of the tires actually has a hole in the side. Excellent condition.....I think NOT! And it had been in an accident as well; they lie.

I used to rent with Turo until they doubled their costs with some undefinable "trip fee", so I looked around on the internet and found lux Auto sales/rentals. I'm glad I did. They were friendly, accommodating, and most of all, affordable. I love it when independent, small business, mom and pop operations beat out the big guys!

I was looking for a specific older crv and not only did they have it with low miles and good condition, but also had the accessories I wanted for my crv, UPDATE AFTER DRIVING FOR TWO DAYS, check engine light on for catalytic converter and a cylinder 4 missfire vehicle purchased as is I know but two days before problems start is very frustrating ..

Purchased an 08 Acura TL. Check engine light came on 50 miles after pulling out the lot. Unfortunately the warranty I was sold did not cover the problem that the vehicle had but they gave me a full refund for the warranty. But still getting bunch of check engine codes. A bit slow to respond as well.

Buyer Beware:Purchased a 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX from them, drove it 70+ miles home and then the next day the engine starts throwing codes and it completely blew.From my point of view, they managed to clear the codes long enough to get thru a few test drives to sell it quickly, being fully aware of the engine issues.I traded in my perfectly working car, which they offered me next to nothing for, and now I'm stuck with a blown engine and no transportation.Very sketchy staff, very sketchy practices, the owner had a rude/angry demeanor for no reason. Would not recommend buying a car here.6 month update: I had to replace both the engine and turbo 3 days after I bought the car. The engine threw a rod and the turbo was ran into the ground and completely mush. The owner directly lied to me when selling the car and stated that "this engine will last you another 100k miles". I guarantee he knew about the turbo being garbage too. After a few heated phone calls back and forth it was clear that they didn't really care nor want to remedy the situation by covering the cost of the new engine & turbo. Long story short, they're basically a chop shop that is willing to lie to your face to get a problematic vehicle off their lot. Buy from literally anywhere else.

We were looking to buy a BMW today. We went to a dealer in Kent and the car there was HORRIBLE. Very dirty, had a few check engine light codes that they erased, leaking oil and full of mold. We left immediately and went to Lux Auto Sales. I'm so glad we decided to go here instead. We got an amazing BMW 525I for a low price. This car is beautiful inside and out. I do wish they would have washed the car BUT with weather being cold that wasn't an option. Regardless of it being muddy on the outside we are %100 satisfied and VERY happy with our new car. We also did bring an OBD code scanner with us and NO CODES that needed fixed. Thank You.

I was shopping for a vehicle and I had been shopping around for weeks but I came across lux auto in Woodinville and spoke with the nicest gentleman named max,he was very patient and very business like and he put me in a great car and it was a great experience for myself and hope more people come and pay him a visit and buy a vehicle!Great place to buy from..thx so much max!!!

Came here to look at a couple vehicles because I could not believe the prices they were posting.Rebuilt title on many of their cars, hence the huge price drop on cars you would normally find at a higher price. Sketchy financing, sketchy paper work.Oh did I mention, sketchy reviews.This is your typical Russian chop shop selling fixed up wrecked cars.Reviews that have been left are by fake accounts that they made and their family members.Buyer beware.In the response to the owner:I m entitled to my opinion. No I don t leave positive reviews on google, I post 5 star reviews on yelp for businesses that actually deserve a 5 star review. All my reviews can be fact checked and cross referenced and you can see what I say is has merit.No I did not buy a car from you. I was already hesitant when I saw that most of your vehicles were rebuilt title and not to mention the sleazy vibe you and your staff were giving off.Every question I asked you guys did not answer but you deflected and Told me something completely irrelevant.I looked at your yelp reviews and that s when I decided I had enough and was leaving. Your tone changed and You were extremely rude when you realized I wasn t going to buy your junk.

I worked with Boris. I just purchased a single owner Tesla S from him. He is an up front guy and I appreciated his honesty and demeanor. If you are looking to get schmoozed you will not receive crazy treatment; but I believe he will provide you with a well evaluated and functional vehicle. I would recommend working with Lux Auto Sales and would consider using their service in the future for my next vehicle.

I called about a 2005 Dodge SRT-4 a little less than a month ago, and I am now in possession of that car. I'm a buyer that lives all the way in Michigan, so I was impressed with how fluid the process was for obtaining this car. I'm also new to doing stuff like this, especially from such a long distance, so I stayed in close contact with Boris, who walked me through the entire process over the phone. Papers were exchanged in an orderly manner, and the shipping arrangements were made the day after my signed responses were received. I was promptly given an arrival time for the vehicle, which was only off by a day. The car was exactly what I paid for. This dealership runs a great service that is quick to the point and extremely helpful at walking you through the long and tedious process of getting a car out of state. If you find your dream car here, don't hesitate to call them!

I was looking for a Subaru Wrx Sti , and found just the right one a white 2006 Subaru Sti with 74,000 miles. Price was right and they offered me a free three month warranty. Paperwork was quick and two months later, I'm still loving the car. Boris got me approved at a low rate and didn't try to sell me anything else I didn't feel pressured to by which was kinda nice and Raf did a wonderful job on the detail. Thanks guys.
