Always a good experience. Been using Longs for mine and my families vehicles for years. It's the only place I go. The prices are competitive, but the work is great. Never had an issue. They tell me n what problems are coming down the horizon and give me a honest timeline to when it will happen. Never feel rushed or pressured. It's such a great piece of mind to find a shop that does good work, thst u can trust. Also that is honest about what future problems and not rushing u to make money exaggerating. The only place we go now

They always take good care of my vehicle. There has never been any issue with the work required, and they have never pushed for any addtional, non-necessary repairs. Their pricing is very reasonable. The work is completed in the time alloted. All questions posed to them have been answered in detail and understandable. Everyone I've dealt with there has been courteous and friendly. This Auto Care shop is Absolutely Amazing! Kevin, Bob & Rob will take care of you, like you are their Family Member. They are more than fair with prices, go above & beyond the call of duty with their Customer Service & are so friendly & kind to communicate with. If you are looking for an honest mechanic shop with extremely fair pricing, then Long s is your BEST CHOICE around. I was a longtime friend & client of Dino Matthews who owned Dino s auto care, but Dino passed away last year. Unfortunately, the person that took over his business is not honest. I meet Kevin, who is the shop Mgr at Long s in my research for a new mechanic, who actually used to know Dino as well. Kevin will be my friend for life as well as my mechanic for life. Go Longs

I was afraid my car was terminal when I dropped it off at Long s. I didn t even have an appointment since it started dying on my way home. I basically dumped it on them. They were busy but very understanding and let me leave it in their lot for when they could get to it. I thought it would be weeks before they could even look at it. Good news is they diagnosed the problem and several others, fixed everything for a very reasonable price and I got it back 3 business days later. Grateful to have them in our community.

Honest, straightforward, and quick! They also taught me a few things after repairing my issue. The cost may be a little bit more, but I don't believe they would ever fleece anyone and they do a job well worth it! Great job!!

Thank you Long s for exceptional service.My transmission fluid was due for a change and I was searching for a better auto shop. Long s Care Care Center is close to my home, and AAA s high customer service ratings brought me to their shop.I needed my transmission fluid changed, which they performed before close of business.After the fluid replacement? My car drove smoothly as when I first left the dealer s lot.Of note: A small transmission fluid leak and possible oil leak were found (oh no!), but manager Kevin reminded me that it might be a minor fix, and it appears this is the case!Long s also performed an overall check which reveal additional, relatively minor issues, and offered complimentary tire rotation.Courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I finally found a shop to call home.

Long s Car Care Center is going to be my maintenance center for all my automotive care. Took my Audi Q7 for an oil change and felt they are very honest and gave me the facts of future maintenance of my car. Very professional and timely of getting my car back. Thanks and glad I found very reputable place.

My previous mechanic of 15 years was out of the area. I started taking our cars to Longs for the convenience. The first time I took my truck in my old shop was telling me I needed new brakes. Kevin called me shortly after I dropped it off and told me it wasn t necessary! I got another 6 months out of them.Each time I take one of our cars in am pleasantly surprised at their reasonable charges and great work.Services: Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Was told by a different shop that I needed brake pads and rotors on my truck replaced. Took it to Long s and they looked at brakes and said rotors were in great condition. Pad replacement was less than I expected. Overall I found Long s to be honest, reasonable, quick, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Originally, I took my car to a nearby dealership for an oil leak. I left my vehicle there and a couple of days later, I was told to come back. I thought that was great. I picked up my car and drove it home. The next day, I noticed that I still had a leak. I returned to the dealership and advised them of the situation. They told me that it would be x number of dollars more to repair. I left with my vehicle. I drove it around for six months with the oil leak. Checking my oil level periodically. I had been to Longs Car Care Center for two oil changes and each time they advised me of this leak. I left my car and they performed a diagnostic check. I needed a lot of work for repairs. I authorized the work and the rest was history. My car runs great. No leaks. I am very thankful for the honesty and hard work to make things whole again. Great mechanic shop. First time there And above and beyond impressed by the quality of service and the dedication to getting the work done right away. I just moved here from Edmonds area and I have always gone to Edmonds automotive on 3rd ave in the Edmonds bowl due to the long experience and several years of great work,But now my business is with longs auto care center. From the moment I booked my 2004 Tahoe here to the time of pick up I was beyond pleased with the experience. The shop manager was very kind by taking his time to fully understand and hear me explain the issues my car was showing. He then explained in detail the issues at hand and what it will take to fix. He gave me the best price on the market and explained why each and every service rendered was needed. Very knowledgeable. The shop is very clean and state of the art equipment with some style by displaying old school classic car models in the lobby.If I could give . 10/10 I would.They now will be servicing all of my cars and I will recommend them to each and every one of my customers who are in need of work on their car.I already plan to bring my F-150 limited 17 / Jaguar XjL 5.0/ 1995 4Runner / my tahoe here from this day forward!Thanks guys!

I recommend Long's Car Care Center on Nextdoor and in person whenever I have the opportunity. You are more than gracious, just as fair in pricing, and you never try to upsell me on something I don't absolutely need. If I could give Long's ten stars I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Dropping off our car is always a pleasure. We always hear back from them. They are friendly, reasonably priced and do a great job!We recently had another service on our vehicle. We have an older car which is starting to need a lot of repairs and recommended services due to it's age and mileage. Another impressive trip. Long's sends photos of all the issues they find so that you can clearly see what requires attention. There was quite a few issues (not surprisingly) and they helped us determine what should be done and what could wait for now. Long's asked our plans for the car to advise us properly on which repairs were most important. They really provide a level of customer service that we don't really see anymore.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I just had another incredible experience with Longs Car Care Center, who came highly recommended by my local Facebook neighborhood group. I won't go into a lot of details, but I was having car problems that I thought for sure were going to be pricey. I was so wrong. This was such good news because money is a bit tight right now. I have so many things in my life to be grateful for, and having Longs Car Care to watch over my old Camry is one of them. They're always dependable and honest. I know that when they work on my car, I can feel safe driving it. I'm so sure of their awesomeness that I referred them to my son and daughter-in-law.If you're looking for a fantastic, feel-good place to take your car for repairs or general maintenance, choose Longs Car Care!

If you take your car here make sure you look over your car for damage every time you pick it up. They dented the hood of my wifes car in a spot she couldnt see while driving and I noticed it immediately the first time I drove it(2 weeks later). They refused to take responsibility. Over the last year they were the only people who have worked on the car so how else could it get dented from under the hood?!

Customer service is excellent Kevin the general manager is awesome they treat you like your family they remind me of George s Shell /Texaco they would do customer service they will do everything to help you out no matter what and this is what Longs does and Kevin s very good at that and I think you very much and it s convenient for us because it s right across the street from us

Randy and Michelle have been providing professional, reliable automotive services in Woodinville for over 10 years. Kevin is terrific in arranging and communicating repairs. Long's Car Care Center has always provided me with outstanding service. Kevin is a very knowledgeable auto expert and takes great care of his customers from the beginning to the end. Recently, I came to them with a clunk noise coming from my suspension. They diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired it - I was back on the road in no time. They are honest, professional, and reasonable in their pricing and provide excellent service to every car that's in the shop. Great service, very friendly and helpful. They actually listened when I described the problem and made great suggestions to solve it. They also recommended additional service while truck was apart to save me money in the future. Will definitely use them again!
