Great service and reasonable prices. Greg was great to work with. They fixed up my 2006 Honda Element no problem. I think K&M is the only car repair I ve wanted to recommend ever.

Greg and the team took great care of me when I brought in my SUV for an oil change and brake job. They were honest and straightforward, which I especially appreciate as a woman who has not been taken seriously by other auto shops in the past. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Had my truck in for an over heating problem after being turned away by two other shops because they were too busy to work on my old truck. Greg not only took on my truck but worked me in next day! He and his tech kept me informed every step of the way would definitely recommend

What services did they perform? Unauthorized and unnecessary.Sadly, this was an expensive life lesson for my daughter. She moved to Woodinville last summer for a fellowship job in Bothell. Being totally new to the area and not knowing a soul she went with a local auto shop and based on reviews felt good about her decision. Took her car in because it wasn't running without shaking badly and they (Greg - manager/front desk person/only person that I can seem to reach...Owner, where the heck are you Kinnon Mackinnon?) did NOT call for an ok to do work on the car and when she picked it up - $530 later - it still wasn't running right and the work (that wasn't approved) had nothing to do with her problem. She took it back to K&M (WHY? because she is young and green and her parents live literally across the country and what else can she do but hope that the second time they honestly help) - $100 more and AGAIN work done that had nothing to do with the problem. TO BE CLEAR - the work done wasn't for safety or mandatory by Washington law. Greg speaks in circles, makes things up, can't get his facts straight, says he's the end of the line as far as working out something (Again, Kinnon Mckinnon are you even a real person because if you are I can't imaging letting Greg be the spokesperson for my business). The car wouldn't even start when she went back to pick it up the second time .... scary and she was over it and finally her boyfriend managed to drive it off the auto lot. Guess what? Car still isn't functioning. I have patiently waited weeks to have a response from Greg and clearly he feels comfortable knowing that he charged someone $630 for work that was unauthorized, unnecessary and did not solve the problem.I can't post unless I hit at least one star.

I've been bringing my vehicles here for repairs, maintenance, oil changes and such for at least 10 years. I trust the ability and knowledge of the mechanics and their their recommendations. I like the transparency of their business. They're always cheerful and friendly to deal with. There's no upselling for unnecessary repairs; they're busy enough to have to resort to shady practices. The estimates of amounts and timeframes are fairly accurate. The prices are reasonable.

When I brought my car to K&M with an oil burning problem I didn t expect it to be as much work for them as it was. It seemed like there was problem after problem however each time they discovered something new or decided they needed more time for the fix they contacted me right away. The communication was 10/10 and I was never left wondering what was wrong or when I would get my car back. It ended up taking almost a week, but they got me in a rental car right away. They made sure I had the ability to go to work and do the things I need to while my car was being fixed. I will go to K&M for all my car needs from now on, and I recommend everyone else do the same! They are honest, don t try to sell you a fix you don t need, the prices are very fair, and the customer service was outstanding! I used K&M for several years because it is w/in walking distance. I had always trusted Greg, the service advisor, because I have had an automotive connection with him for 15+ years. Recently, I was advised by a service guy other than Greg @ K&M that I needed a $800 brake job ASAP. I didn't have the $$ at the time. He said it would be safe to drive home and park it. Another shop inspected brakes and said they were fine (6/32" F&R). Now I don't know how much service recommended by K&M in the past was necessary, so I have gone elsewhere.

Extremely knowledgeable and honest. Will let ya know what's going on, but won't try to uncharge you. Took our vehicle in to dealership for recall work, and they gave us a laundry list of $4000 worth of repairs that were "critical" for the safety of the car. Immediately took it to K&M who looked it over, and began laughing. Will never have any one else touch our cars.

Love K&M, our family has been bringing our cars here for service as long as I can remember. The people are friendly and treat you like family. They are great at what they do, and explain every service to the customer. Myself and my car are very well taken care of at K&M.

I m a brand new customer of K&M and will be for life. My husband's car did not start this morning and I happened to drive by on the way to another auto repair shop. Greg dropped everything he was doing to quickly run out and do a quick diagnostic on the car. Even though they were busy and have tons of work to do, he made me feel like their number one all-star customer. Thank you!!

Greg and team has always made me feel safe leaving my car with them. They always do a really good job keeping you up to date as they work and I never feel like they try to pull extra work that doesnt need to be done. Keep it up K&M you have earned my long-term service!

Very good experience. I got an estimate I felt was honest and accurate. The parking is free and the business is easy to see from the road. If you need automotive support I recommend K&M for your car repair needs.If my lazy meter is not too high, I will take my car there for repair.

They've done a great job every time I take my car or my wife's jeep. Always done on schedule and the price is better than most places I've been to in Washington state. I've been a customer of K&M for over 20 years. Kenan and his staff are so talented and their prices competitive that you can always be sure of their integrity. They do such good business that you usually need an appointment ahead of time for even simple things like an oil change. Taking your vehicle to K&M you can be confident that the work being done is the best.

Years ago I've used K&M before for minor work, but recently needed my neglected 1969 Chevelle (with a lot of aftermarket performance mods) looked at - I had a mystery transmission leak and weird electrical issues to start with, plus general neglect from sitting in my driveway for years. These guys took care of the gremlins and got the car running reliably and very well, and even backed their work when the first problem I had after leaving wasn't their doing (something else sprung a leak on the trip home). Writing this review from Idaho where I drove the car yesterday and she ran like a top. My family has been using K&M for auto maintenance for as long as I can remember. We have always had great experiences with them, they're reliable, they provide solid service and they don't overcharge. One of the best parts is they don't recommend unnecessary service which is especially nice for someone who is cost conscious. I will always be choosing K&M even if it is a little out-of-the way for me.

Friendly trusted mechanic!The guys here at K & M have helped me out tremendously. From saving me costly repairs with previous vehicles, too tuning up and making my current BMW run like an absolute dream. Every time I drop my car off I trust them to diagnose, fix, and maintain it for a very reasonable price! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

This is a great place to get your car repaired they are honest and go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is repaired correctly. My wife and i have both had repairs done to our cars and they have done a top notch job at a very competitive price. We are going to be doing business here from now on.

I had my car checked at this location today for potential damage inspection. I don't know the details about the business but I am very impressed by their courtesy and very polite assessment which provided me peace of mind. They did not charge me anything.No repair was needed.

Kinnon & Company have been my mechanics for 25+ years. They will never steer you wrong and will be up front and honest about necessary and recommended repairs and timeframes. And they're all great guys! :)

They always give us honest opinions! They are slightly higher priced but it's worth the peace of mind. Very efficient and amazing customer service
