I've spent 3 days here at Jiffy Lube for repairs and can say it s definitely the best mechanic experience I ve ever had, which is hard to find. Every single employee I ve interacted with has been incredibly kind, professional, honest, efficient, and detail oriented. The people I interacted with the most were Riley and Tyler. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and made sure I fully understood each issue my car was having, they gave me very detailed, fair estimates and made sure I felt comfortable in the space. They were also incredibly friendly to my two small children whom I had to bring with me each time.Riley went above and beyond in the work he did on my car. He was super communicative about each repair, explaining the function of each part, what the steps of the repair were and why it takes the time it does, etc. He did extra things that weren t on the estimate (replacing a burnt out headlight that I had been keeping in the glovebox, installing my license plates) and other quick small repairs alongside the major ones I was originally there for. He went out of his way to fix even the smallest of issues and really paid attention to every detail and every symptom of the car to make sure it was fully fixed and reliable for myself and my kiddos.Tyler was great any time I was in the lobby area. He was quick to answer any questions I had, and to find the answer from Riley or elsewhere if he was unsure. He was super communicative and friendly, and everyone here made me feel very at home.Hands down the best mechanic/car maintenance experience I ve ever had, and I will without a doubt be coming back here for every future repair and general maintenance. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Went in for my usual "Signature Oil Change" and what I got was literally a filter change and 5 quarts of oil. That's it for $102. The only thing the staff did was check my tire pressure, which was low, and they didn't even bother to add air.There were 4 service members there and 3 of them were standing around one of their vehicles checking out the stereo system at volume 10 and socializing, which was much more interesting than doing their job.Newsflash JiffyLube, you cannot legally charge someone for services that were not performed. No fluids checked or topped off, no vacuum, no windows cleaned, nothing at all even checked on the vehicle including other critical fluids. After oil was added, the tech just gave me a total, ran my card then went back to chatting with their coworkers.Not the first time I had a bad experience at this location, 3 strikes you're out. NEVER will be back here nor will I ever recommend it!Right off their website, "Signature" is supposed to include the following: "What's Included in the Jiffy Lube Signature Service� Oil ChangeDuring the Jiffy Lube Signature Service� Oil Change, a trained technician will change your oil (with up to five quarts of quality motor oil) and oil filter.We'll inspect key vehicle components, such as radiator fluid reservoir levels, engine air filtration system, serpentine belts, brake fluid level, wiper blades, exterior lights, and chassis. If any of these components need to be serviced, we'll ask for your permission before proceeding with any repairs or maintenance to ensure you're fully informed and comfortable with the necessary work.We'll also check your tire pressure and, if necessary, adjust it to the recommended psi. Additionally, we'll inspect additional vehicle fluid levels -- transmission, power steering, differential/transfer case, and washer fluids. If needed, we'll fill or top off these fluids to help ensure your vehicle operates smoothly and safely.To top it off, we'll vacuum your vehicle's interior and clean exterior windows.

I was expecting a long wait when I rolled in on a Saturday morning, but I was able to get serviced immediately! Johnny was really friendly and checked all of my lights when I was concerned my headlight might be out (it wasn't!). He also checked the air filter and verified it was looking good. Service was done quickly and I was in and out in a matter of minutes.Thanks so much Johnny and CJ!! I really appreciate you taking such good care of my car today!

I went to get my headlight fixed today, the customer service was excellent. I had such a great experience there and the gentleman that worked on me was amazing. I would absolutely recommend Jiffy Lube woodinville to anyone from now on.

My last two visits to Jiffy Lube at two separate locations have really impressed me. My service has usually been fine prior to these visits but something has changed. These two most recent visits have been 100% top notch. Friendly employees plus fast and efficient service with attention to detail. The process runs like a well-oiled machine, no pun intended! It s great that I can remain inside my car, too.

Amazing Customer service! under promised and over delivered, was expecting a larger bill and longer wait time, exceeded my expectations. This is 100% the location I will go to get my car tuned up and serviced in the future.Forgot to give special thanks to Riley, who made sure I was kept aware of what was being done, why, and he even explained his reasoning behind it. going on few days later and my vehicle is running so smooth!

Very friendly and fast service. Came in for a battery and they were able to help me quickly and efficiently. Oil changes are fast as well, never waiting too long and feel confident in the service I am getting.

Great location! Folks here were friendly and straightforward, and I was in and out very fast. They gave me some helpful advice on dealing with issues with my car's lug nuts, and had some great deals on wiper blades! Will definitely be coming back here.

The Jiffy Lube I used was in Woodinville WA? The attendants werefriendly, and efficient, and explained exactly what they were doing. This is the 2nd time I have been there, and will continue to return !

Great service and support. We have a Mini Countryman that needs a bit special attention and they were aware of the need and had us transition over to another JL shop that had a part required. No big issue but good they re thinking ahead and helping manage expectations. Also look for the deals online or on their site for 20% off. Good driving and savings.

They said they would fill my tires up and then they didn't even fill my Cleaning fluid for my windshield wipers. Then he came out after a toll of my head. A coupon and tried to tell me that it was going to be a hundred and forty dollars for an oil change.. I will not come back ever again. And i'd be coming to you for a long time. The place was dirty also

Jonny, the technician who was primarily responsible for the oil change for my truck was superb. He also assisted me in resetting my oil life guage to 100 percent. Finally, he has a great personality.

Been here multiple times for our family SUV oil change. Have nothing but positive experience. The crew was professional and was able to get my car out in less than 15 min. They were very communicative and even checked with me before starting if I recently did an oil change because the oil was very clean.

Jony and CJ did a fantastic job! Helped me out wity a O2 sensor problem. Also, they do a lot more at this location than they do at others. Brakes, wipers, transmissions, etc. Definitely check them out.

Ive been going to Jiffy Lube for Oil Changes. However Jiffy Lube DOES MUCH MORE THAN THAT! Ive taken my car in for Engine Work! Jarred & the crew are Very Good + Trust Worthy!!! I've had my Lights put in, tire pressure checked, Engine Work ect!!! Their truly Amazing Tami

After an oil change at the BelRed location in Bellevue, My check engine light was on and the car running poorly. Returned immediately and it was implied that it was a coincidence. However, they sent me to the Woodinville outlet where they have an actual mechanic. I can't say enough nice things about Riley. He went through a thorough diagnostic process, explaining to me what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem, had the part the next morning and promptly fixed it.I know a bit about car repairs and his fund of knowledge is exceptional. He is very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Riley for repairs!

I love this place, I always get my oil changed here. Their service and work atmosphere is unparalleled. In and out in 20-30 mins flat. They re accommodating and willing to share knowledge or give recommendations.I would recommend having your vehicle serviced here.

I had an amazing experience at this Jiffy Lube a week ago- excellent service! Helped me with tail light and wipers- 2 small items. Most other businesses would have just been annoyed but this crew was kind and courteous! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Hey Rock Fans, I wanted to wait on my review until I got a few oil changes , so after 3 visits to see these guy I can honesty say this place is reliable and cool. after my 1st visit I knew I liked the guys that did the work, and the last 2 times I visited they were ready to rock and they remembered my name and they love the Vette like it was their own!! So I was just there Jan.11th 2024 and it was 20 or so degrees so I spent the entire time I was there talking and laughing with the guys in the cold with them and I hope they get a break in the really cold weather!!!! I was impressed by All of the guys at the Jiffy Lube in Woodenville, Washington. They were all very courteous and helpful and they even offered to order a part for me to come back and they installed the part very quickly!! You should by them lunch Jiffy Lube they deserve it!!!! Excellent customer service!!!!

Over all score, 2.75. I sat watched this event unfold, when I pulled into line I was greeted and asked what I needed, I said 90k Maintenance. The tech wasn t sure what that was so he gave me an iPad to enter in my information. I filled in the information and handed to him, he lost the information I just entered so I entered it again. I watched this hoard of misfits work, what a show. One tech asked me if I ever changed my spark plugs, I said no, they have not be changed and need it. His remark was, you may have forgotten so I will check. Coming from a guy who has soars all over his face, that s rich. Meth much? The tech who worked on my car took many smoke breaks but he replaced the spark plugs. Before I left, he said if it back fires come back and he will fix it. How can they charge me $300 on labor and service for 2 hours of work? I will never go back to this location!

I had the worst customer service experience of my life at this Jiffy Lube about a year ago and decided to avoid them going forward. Well, today I decided to give them another chance and I am glad I did! Five star service today from every member of the team!! I can tell the management on site has put a great deal of effort turning this ship around! Thank you, it's great to know there is again a fast, efficient, customer-oriented oil change option in Woodinville.Service: Oil change

This Jiffy Lube is, in my eyes, a cut above their other locations, and their competition too.Not only did they give me a very speedy and clean service on my truck, but their manager, CJ, was an absolute rockstar. His presence alone will be bringing me back to this location anytime I need my fluids changed. When it comes to oil changes, coolant flushes, or any type of oil, I take it to CJ because I know he and his crew will do a phenomenal job.
