Phenomenal people and staff. I've been with these guys since they were in Ballard and they do the best work.They have serviced my Porsche 911 996, 997S, and most recently my R8.They are the BEST people to trust for your cars.

Been coming here for quite some time now for various services with multiple cars. Very insightful manager as he would often come out to greet and to share thoughts on current events. Gotta say they have the friendliest and helpful staffs. Always able to schedule me in within a timely manner even when they are swamped. Great amenities provided while you wait for your car. Definitely coming back.

I visited G2 this past weekend, one of the best customer service�experiences of my life. They gave me a tour of their�amazing�shop. I spent about 45 min's with the owner John and his wife. I was so impressed because�there were many existing�and past customers�lined up waiting to chat with�John, and he treated them so great. He obviously values his customers�and relationships. John spent a long time talking me through a potential off market purchase�that he was not going to�financially benefit�from. He even called the�seller on my behalf to ask many questions that I would have not known to ask, all while people were still waiting to chat with�him. If you value honesty, transparency, integrity and a wealth of automotive knowledge this is the place for you. If you get a chance, ask him to make you one of his special Coffees:)

These guys are the best. I've taken my Porsche Panamera there for routine maintenance, new brakes and full detailing. All the work was completed to my full satisfaction. Pricing is highly competitive and they get the work done in the time frame promised, which is fast. Communication is outstanding. Plus, they are just super nice. As a female Porsche owner, I always felt that I was treated rather dismissively by the service people at the Porsche dealership. I'm glad I found Group 2 as it's a completely different experience. Highly recommend this place.

I ve taken my Benz c300 in for numerous services: from replacing brakes, routine oil changes to spark plugs and battery replacements. One thing for certain is that Group 2 does care about their work and client. I ve always met with consistency in friendliness and that the work they put into my car is simply incomparable.

Had some issues at first with communication at first but sat down with the owner and everything got straightened out. Very knowledgeable people and did great work.

Everything was great!! Scheduling and check in/out was easy and convenient. All staff were friendly and courteous. The technician went over and above making sure my brakes were good. He made me feel like my safety was a top priority for him and I and my car were in good hands.

Group 2 basically totaled my car, charged me more than $4k when they quoted me around $2600, even after john said "I wont charge you more." They reused single use bolts, leaking gaskets and broken bushings. Absolute amateurs that cut every corner possible.

Top notch service as always. I appreciate John taking the time to explain the long term maintenance schedule for my 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Q4. I am not a mechanic and John broke it down for me so I could understand. This is the only shop I recommend. Best service available.

Group 2 automotive is my go to spot for keeping my beamers check engine lights at bay and all of my maintenance needs. The owner John and the rest of the crew at group 2 are super friendly and knowledgeable and total car people. If you like dope cars this is the place!

Dropped my mustang off for a squeak in the rear. They replaced the brake pads and said they still be l squeak because sports cars have race breaks. 500$ later, took it to a different shop where they found I had a warped axle. Upon my return the desk people refused to speak to me and kicked me out.

Zero integrity. Zero competency. They will cheat you Gave me a wrong diagnosis that did not fix the real problem though they claimed it would and charged a high price and wasted time with useless services.

I was looking for a shop that could help me lower my S2000 and after seeing this place during a cars and coffee I thought they seemed like the right shop. While they did that part perfectly, they completely messed up the alignment. When I picked up the car I was told that they couldn't get the caster on the front driver's side within 3 degrees of the other side because of a "broken" caster bolt and the steering wheel was completely off. I accepted that at the time since it's a 20 year old car and made an appointment with my mechanic quickly after to address the bolt. He recommended a specialist suspension shop (shout out to Omni Brake & Alignment in Kirkland) that has a flat rack for alignments. After a few hours with Omni, they got the alignment perfect and completely fixed the way it drove. As it turns out the bolt wasn't broken at all! So whoever performed the work the first time at G2 must not have been trying hard enough to break it and instead of completing the job correctly, punted me out of the shop. Basically, I paid G2 $250 for an alignment that didn't work and I feel absolutely grifted afterwards.Here's the alignment specs after taking it to Omni (never received the specs from G2 for some reason). Not only was the front all out of whack but the rear Toe was messed up too. Overall, a disappointing experience despite the cool looking shop and the services provided.Edit: You guys get one star now after waiting over 3 months to contact me about my car (OVER TEXT ) after clearly seeing this review gain traction. Not only that but seeing a certain video on Instagram of how a Porsche owner was treated by the owner of the shop really doesn't help your case as being a good shop for enthusiasts.

The upcharging is crazy. Keep your car in inventory just so they can charge you more for it, without even fixing it. Would recommend elsewhere.

So glad to have found this shop! Dave was great! Easy to schedule and quick friendly service. Two friendly dogs greet you at the door as you walk in to a large and well decorated space. Making you pay for parts and maintenance, never order the parts and gives back a car with a lot of broken stuff. Never go there if you are a car enthousiast!

Paid for an oil change and inspection. Received a list of issues and recommendations. Was told to bring the car back in so a tech could clean under the engine and advise where an oil leak was coming from. $200 later and the underside of the engine wasn't cleaned and I was told it "might be the rear main seal."If that wasn't enough, I stopped in another time to discuss a few things from the list that I hadn't done myself and was told I would receive a call and/or email with a breakdown of services/repairs and the pricing so I could move forward...never heard back. They are very professional and quick to tell you what's wrong/needs to be fixed but I found them lacking in communication and follow through.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I'd like to leave and was planning to leave a more decent review of the place but were not having a great experience with these guys, not bad, but not as great as expected. They seem to be great and very detailed/ honest with their diagnostic. They havent tried to swindle me into doing more work than what's required. I'll give them that ..and they are fair priced. Honestly, very fair. However, their commitment to communication is below the standard of what consumers should expect. I understand most mechanic shops suck at communicating, but I had high hope for these guys. Point blank, just communicate. If you cannot do the work as scheduled or promised, just reach out. If you know there's a delay, just communicate. It would be awesome to just know what's going on at each important part of the process without having to wonder for days( close to 2 weeks) on end. I understand you have to triage importance of jobs but integrity is key. I sincerely hope it all works out..Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair

John is a not bery honest man lied about thousands of dollars (17k) worth of work they never completed or did to a fellow enthusiast that had a porche I would hate to see someone go through the same so I hope you see my rate wish I could give zero stars I would never want to see another car enthusiast go through the same thing I m not showing hatred or slander towards anyone but it s better to make sure where you feel like ur car can be trusted to get worked on honestly

My Tesla Model 3 was experiencing vibration issues when I called. I was informed that they don't typically work on teslas but it was probably just a tire balancing issue and they could do that. They balanced 4 tires for about $150. They also moved one of the front tires to the back since it needed a lot of weight. It took about the estimated 1 hour. The waiting room was comfortable and coffee was available. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great overall experience.Service: Tires

Amazing shop. They did a great job on a diff cooler install involving metal fabrication and building a custom harness. I'd trust them with any of my enthusiast cars.

Group 2 did the alignment of my 71 Ford truck. Most places wouldn't touch this because the front suspension was all aftermarket. Alignment was done well and on time. Group 2 was great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to return for any future work I need done.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

While ago brought my m2 here for a pre purchase inspection and an oil change.Unfortunately the oil change was over 320$, where I can get it done at my bimmer dealership for half that cost.They also said they would do my inspection for free which is nice but they failed to spot issues with the wiring harness of the car which was easily visible had they even removed the engine cover. They then just tried to sell me on services my car did not need.Do not recommend for your bimmer, there are much better shops nearby

These guys are quick to schedule, thorough and attentive, plus super friendly on top of it all. I ve taken my B5S4 to them twice for a minor (knock on wood) checkup and service. Both times, my car seems to drive better than when I went in. Family business, great attitude, friendly environment. This place is my new go to. They use the best available products on the market. Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced. Great attention to detail. And the shop itself is very clean. Comfortable waiting room. This is how local auto shop should be. Great work! The owner intruduced himself while doing some paperwork right there on site (not working inside of the office hidden from the rest of the world) and gave me a very good advice on how to take care of the engine that was just rebuilt.
