Fantastic service. Called around to several tire locations and this Firestone didn't have the tires I was looking for, offered to call around for me to other locations. They ended up having a discontinued tire that was a fit for my vehicle and were able to sell those to me at a discounted rate. Service at this location was 10/10. Extremely helpful and friendly.

We have brought our vehicles here a few times for regular maintenance/tires. The staff has always seemed knowledgeable and friendly. I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I would definitely recommend coming here for services for your vehicles.

This place has been taking care of all my and my wife's cars. They do everything they can to get us in to fix things and do their best to keep it affordable. One time we took my wife's car in for serious repairs, we came back the next day due to small tail light issues. They fixed it and said good bye. I took the nice subtle hint and left with my wife. Thank you everyone there.

Just had my car fixed here the week of 2/5/24. I was miss quoted for my car. Charged an extra $500. Car key was so bent when I got the car back I needed a tool to fix it. Look at other (1 STAR) reviews. Sort by lowest. It's a pattern! Dammaged cars, misrepresenting price, terrifying customer service if question on their work. Do not trust!

The Firestone corporate website had an error in booking my appointment, but the staff at my local Firestone were still able to accommodate me with a same-day appointment. The staff were very helpful and I appreciated their effort to get me rolling.

My car tire was slowly losing pressure, but it was driveable. I brought my car in to Firestone in downtown Woodinville for the tire repair. They said they could not repair it. They offered to replace the entire tire set. I declined and said I was going to replace it at another place. When I drove away, I felt my tire was dead flat, so I pulled over to a plaza and examined it. It was flat and could no longer be pumped up. They must had further damaged it while examining and locating the original puncture.Firestone gave me zero warning about the tire being undrivable. They saw me getting in the car and driving away from the shop in an unsafe vehicle, and they did not try to stop me or notify me about the tire condition.

They took me in quite last second today and checked my car thoroughly on top of doing the repairs I asked for. My car is now running the smoothest it has in a long time. Nice guys too. Thanks!

Chandler at Firestone in Woodinville made the difference in a tough situation for me. I am not yet a customer but was driving home from work when a bunch of warning lights popped up on my car's dash. Firestone was the nearest shop that would be able to check any engine codes to see what might be going on. Without hesitation Chandler walked out with me and started looking over the car, checked the codes and broke the news that it was a transmission issue. Firestone is not a transmission shop so there was nothing they could do to help me themselves, but with patience and understanding Chandler answered all of my questions and explained what could be going on. He was extremely helpful in providing suggestions on where I could take the car and assisted me with AAA to get the car towed. He is a true professional and the next time I am in need of general maintenance or tires on my vehicle I will be going to the Firestone in Woodinville.

Don't bother scheduling an appointment on thier website. I made one at 10:30 this AM for tomorrow at 9:00. The site said there was an appointment available at that time. Tonight at 6:30 I got a call that there was no appointment as " the web site does not know what our appointments are" is what I was told. Take your business elsewhere.

First experience 3 weeks ago : flat front tire, needs repair ( nail ), they damaged the tire beyond repair when taking it off- which can happen and they were honest , but it cost me TWO new tires because they needed to match up in tread. Experience two , blown rear tire , two back tires ordered ( again tread needs to match ) which will take one day. Apparently the incorrect size of tires come in, so with short notice i am told it will be another 2-4 days to get them in and he hopes and prays the right size arrives ?! So , i m out a car for 4 days due to their error and have to rent another car. While the manager said he was sorry, there was no offer to make it right by offering a discount or credit for future service. I expressed that this was incurring extra costs due to delay and it was not my fault. He eventually offered a mere $100 discount. So all up, two separate flat tires lead to 4 new tires and $2200 AND they tossed the good rear tire which I planned to keep as a spare. Keep in mind i was told two weeks prior when i replaced the front tires than the back ones were in great shape with little wear so why was it tossed without asking the customer ? My query into this was met with, we throw our spare parts all the time apparently no one keeps a good tire as a spare anymore ?

I've been taking my car to Woodinville Firestone for years. As a single female with absolutely no understanding of cars and whom does not experience car trouble with grace (usually tears are involved) I can tell you this is the most upstanding shop. They are kind, informative, trustworthy, they follow-through, and care about their customers. I know from talking to others in the area - Uber drivers to friends - they have a fantastic reputation from more than just me. I hope they keep the people they have there, they really make this shop shine! I live in the redmond/kirkland area near other shops, but always make the drive to Woodinville.

When we brought in the car and told them the suspected issue - the alternator - they ended up saying the alternator was fine and replaced the battery, along with some expensive repairs to something in the steering system if I recall correctly. Driving it home, the battery and brake lights came on again, so I tested the battery myself, confirmed my suspicions, and had the alternator replaced at another shop - the issue is fixed. Maybe listen to your customers? On top of this, they were not very upfront with the cost of the repairs we agreed to, estimating ~$1500, but the actual cost was close to $3300. Not coming back here.

What an amazing experience! I went to them for 2nd opinion on services that was recommended by my dealership. They completed an inspection and rotated my tires for a small fee! Patrick was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. It turns out that I don't need service yet, but when I do, I know where I will take my business! Thank you so much.

I scheduled an appointment online. At the time, early in the morning, it was convenient to do this since they were not yet open for business. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my set appointment and went to the front desk to check in. I was concerned immediately when the gentleman could not find my appointment on his computer. He walked out to speak to his manager, whom I could see through the glass between the waiting area and shop. The scheduler walked back in from the shop. He relayed to me that his manager informed him that he had rejected the appointment that morning.I stopped and pulled up my phone and checked to see if i had gotten an email or a text and had just missed it. I had not. I then asked to speak to the manager. The scheduler walked out again, and I watched him speak to his manager. He came back and informed me that his manager was taking lunch and would not speak to me.The only thing worse than poor customer service is not addressing the issues. These guys don't even care that they provide horribly poor service. They are completely apathetic about it. They have no business being in business!

Two thumbs up, five stars. These guys were great - they had a next-day appointment to do an alignment on my Tesla, even though many shops won't touch them. They seem very familiar with Tesla vehicles, and had my alignment straightened out (rimshot!) in about an hour. They recommended tires, which I had already expected. They were able to get those tires sourced and in-store in a day, and took my request for installation same-day. Completed the work in about an hour and a half, and even caught a couple of loose components (thanks, previous mechanics!) and tightened them up.I'll definitely bring my car here again, they're quick, friendly, affordable, and their work is good!

Phil, the manager was so KIND, after I noticed that my tire was flat, after getting out of the nail salon. They were about to close too, but he was still patient with me, even though I was understandably upset and still explained all of my options, in detail. His kindness, meant the world, that day, even though they were busy AF and probably didn't have the staff or bandwidth, to keep helping new customers (esp after our recent #arcticblast). So, if you want some great service, Phil and his Woodinville Firestone team, are the ones to go to!Services: Electrical repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Great experience! We had a screw in our tire and the only convenient day to have it fixed was Sunday. Very few shops are open on Sunday and even less can fix a tire. After calling around, I was super happy to hear that not only could they fix it that day, but that the cost was about $20.. Our daughter dropped it off and less than two hours later, it was ready for pickup. Everyone we interacted with was super courteous and professional. If they are this awesome with such a minor issue, I wouldn t hesitate to trust them with a big one.day
