I recently had my vehicle repaired at this Eastside, and the service was exceptional. Bryan and the team took care of every need, made excellent repairs, and patiently dealt with my warranty company to ensure all mechanical repairs were done properly and covered. What impressed me even more was their consistent updates they kept me posted with photos and text throughout the entire process. Their expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I highly recommend this repair shop five stars without a doubt! Customer for life.

I do not give many reviews however this one is definitely deserved Brian is the owner of Eastside speedshop. I cannot give a high enough review for the professionalism he Possesses he made the process very clear he put a new motor in my F150. I could not be happier. I will never take my work anywhere else. Thank you Brian for the great job you and your shop did for me.

I am so happy to have found this shop.Brian is so friendly and knowledgeable. I have been trying to maintain a few 30 year old Mercedes sedans. Many shops will refuse to work on cars that old. Brian not only embraced the challenge but seemed excited about it. He can work on any vintage vehicle. His shop is easy to get to just off 522. I was referred to Brian from a good friend and Windermere agent. She said he is friendly, fair and honest. I would agree!

Bryan is incredible to work with; he s communicative, professional, humble and super knowledgeable. I recently connected with Bryan and the speedshop crew on a starting issue I was having on my Saleen mustang. Bryan was great at communicating over email and text and invited me to the shop to diagnose the issue. There's still some open action items on my end that requires ordering a part but so far, really impressed with the Eastside Speedshop.

I recently purchased an old van online. Eastside Speedshop did the pre-purchase inspection, followed by the actual repairs.They gave me the detailed diagnostic, performed prompt work and gave me the details on what has been done. It was an old van and some of the repairs might not be easily accomplished. I appreciated their willingness to fix the problem for me.It was an online purchase so I haven't met with them in person or not even looked at the vehicle. But I could clearly see and understand the whole process.It was a great experience. No wonder why they got a 5.0 rating on review. They are 1,300 miles away from my home but I do really hope they are nearby.

I appreciate Bryan's honest and straightforward approach to working with customers and the issues they're experiencing with their vehicles. He's very upfront about what one might be facing and then checks in throughout the troubleshooting and repair process with great transparency. Brian has been working on a top engine rebuild on my 03 duramax. New heads, injectors, and a new hydro boost system. He has been honest, very fair, and hard working. When problems arise, Brian communicates, offers solutions, and works through them. A very trustworthy shop.

Bryan at Eastside Speedshop is the only mechanic I trust my cars too. His talent and level of professionalism are only beat by the quality of his work.He makes himself available to take a call and schedule a service at any time. Dropped my truck off for a new turbo install and very happy I did so. Job was completed faster than anticipated and he kept me updated along the way and throughly documented everything. Been almost a week now since the install and the Truck runs amazing!

Bryan and his team at Eastside Speed shop have continued to amaze me with the work they perform and the high level service they provide, I am a die hard car guy who builds cars for fun. However, if there is something I cannot quite figure out, I 100% trust him and his team to find the issue, do the job with care, and having it drive/perform like I just drove it off of the factory floor. I will always recommend this shop to anyone that needs from an oil change to an engine replacement or to even have a check engine light cleared. The best mechanic in Woodinville, Kenmore, Bothell, and Snohomish area. Customer service is outstanding (12/10) and the quality of work is world class. Talk to Bryan, the owner, and he ll always make sure you re completely satisfied I will continue to go here for as long as Bryan runs the shop

Had an excellent experience (again) at Eastside Speed Shop last week when Brian and his team went out of their way to work on my Prius. These are very hard working folks who do their best in providing customer satisfaction.He has also worked on my Jeep in the past and has done a fantastic job. Refreshing experience! I hit up Bryan shortly after purchasing a used car for a buyers inspection. He was able to get me in before the dealership warranty expire which was a huge relief! Very clear and personable communication of the results.The car had the smell of cats from the last owner along with some stains. Bryan offered services to help get rid of the the smell and stains during the inspection. This included changing the cabin filter, cleaning/scrubbing the seats, and using an ozoning products. He did a great job and I'm very happy with what he did.The whole experience was smooth and educational. I'm so happy my car broke down becasue it allowed me to find Eastside Speed shop! Bryan was extremely nice and trustworthy and just overall good vibes.He was very transparent and professional by sending updated work orders to show me exactly what work was being done on my car, each of which I had to approve before he would move forward. This was very nice becasue I knew exactly how much it was going to cost and there was no hidden fees, labor, parts etc.my car was fixed the very next day! I'm so grateful becasue all other mechanics I called could not even get to my car for weeks.I loved that he texted to communicate and every time I called, he already knew who it was and greeted me by my name which was a pleasant customer service touch.I enjoyed my experience so much I also brought my boyfriends truck here for service as well.He even fixed a cosmetic issue I had on my bumper out of the goodness of his heart for no additional charge.Thank you, I'll be coming back here for all my repairs!

This week my wife's work vehicle was having issues, and we brought it to Eastside Speedshop to see if it could be repaired. Bryan and his team were attentive in their diagnosis, clearly communicating the repairs that were necessary, and professional in their service. The repairs were made in a timely manner. I have dealt with a handful of shops and mechanics over the past couple of years and Bryan very clearly stands above the rest. Bryan is not just there to get you in and out and over with, he is there to do legitimate, honest work in an industry where so many shops are always looking to burn you for some extra cash. He was patient, respectful, and thoughtful despite a massive and frustrating project that I handed him. I look forward to doing business with him again, and I cannot recommend him and his shop enough. Brian and his crew are the most reasonably priced and most communicative around. I refer anyone I know personally to Eastside. They're capable of working on my diesel and have done everything from an oil change, u joints, new intake, to replacing my turbo.

I could not be happier with the service and kindness I received from Bryan. I went there thinking my car problem was going to cost a lot of money and that I was going to need to leave my car there for a day or two, based on what two other places had told me. They were wrong and Bryan very quickly found the problem. He also let me know that I didn't even need the belt the VW service place said I needed and he showed me what to look for so now I will know when I need to replace it. He is such a nice guy and made my visit to a mechanic a very pleasant experience instead of a dreaded one.Service: Battery
