I am extremely satisfied with their service! Every step of the way, they were completely transparent with the process and price of the repair. They maintained constant communication with me to ensure I knew what was being done to my car.They are very polite and are always eager and ready to help! My car works like new now! They really care about their customers. I will be coming back here when I need a repair!

I initially liked this shop very much they are very attentive don t take me wrong. But this last time I took my truck In for a small project they give me a list of wrong things they found I was ok with that I end up spending 4K to get everything in order but nope just get my truck back broken of something else (that s what they make believe) truck was fine having no issues of what they mentioned but I believe since they are the experts but to get your car back broken and now forced you to spend 2 more thousand dollars is ridiculous they not only took advantage of me but now I question if they really did what they told me was wrong. Or if they broke something else just to make me spend more money idk I m just not happy with this last visit. I would not be back or recommend anyone though.

These guys are fantastic. And they're a local small business, to boot, so I feel really good using them. I've now used them twice.Very communicative and proactive. I dropped my car off for one specific issue. They told me about all of the things I knew were wrong with my car, as well as a few things i wasn't aware of. Everything was very clearly presented, with each associated cost clearly laid out. They even managed to come out a nice amount under their estimate. I will be taking my cars here for the foreseeable future.

I found Ali's at a time when our company vehicle desperately needed repairs. Since then, we have taken our vehicles there. Working with John has been amazing. He's polite, great at communicating, patient with all of our "last minute" issues. He's good at setting the right expectation when it comes to timing. To put it bluntly this outfit is complete customer rip-off. I am an old-timer with over 40 years of experience in this industry. I brought in a car and was told it needed a new timing belt and water pump even though it had been done. I questioned the young man at the desk how the mechanic new and was told upon removing the cover, they saw dust flying out and debris as well as fiber from a disintegrating belt. I took a picture of the belt with the logo of the widely used company who makes these belts. Looks like new. I have it at the ready in case the owners actually care. The car has a perfectly good battery. It took them 20 minutes to bring my car around and when I tried to start it, it was completely dead. I was told the alternator must be bad. After a 5 minute drive home the car starts fine again and there never was a check engine light of any kind. These guys are some of the worst.

My daughter s Honda Civic had a cracked exhaust pipe and was leaking exhaust fumes into the car. The dealership wanted a little over $1,000 to replace the catalytic converter assembly. At Ali s Automotive, John checked a few parts suppliers, and the cheapest he could find would have been $850 installed and would take two weeks because it s a special-order assembly. There was nothing wrong with the existing catalytic converter. John and Carlos agreed that it could be welded back together. Carlos is a pretty good welder and had me back on my way in a couple of hours for $300. It worked perfectly! Ali s shuttle service happily took me back to my office in Redmond and picked me up when the car was ready. Kudos to the Ali s Automotive team!Eric

Overall I would recommend for anyone deciding to go here explore other options as they will try to OVERCHARGE I understand everyone have their own opinion on certain companies. I will share my unbiased experience. I went in to this company based off of good reviews, but overtime realized I was robbed. They misdiagnosed my car issue and convinced me to buy a new engine which is not even new, biggest cost was labor. Few months later there was coolant leakage causing the car to overheat and shutdown, they would not fix the issue although their warrant stated they would. They made a excuse that it;s not with warranty.

I took my car to this shop to get 4 bolts drilled out from my exhaust flange. They wanted to charge me 150$ and said it would take 2 hours. I took my car home, called another shop, and was quoted 30-40$ lasting 15-30 min for the exact same job. The other shop actually laughed when I told them about the first quote I received.

Stick with this amazing small business. Trust everything will be explained clearly, handled properly, and appreciate trusting a mechanic again. Ali and mechanics have fixed my little Neon at both locations over the years. I normally have an emergency situation handled same-day. Occasionally, my car has special parts to be ordered but I have never lost my car for more than a few days. Thanks guys!!!

Ali's is fanomanel! I had a part that went wrong on my car and it wasn't giving any codes. I was at a loss but the fantastic mechanics there where able to find what went wrong with my car!! Ali's is also super honest. I will always take my cars here and highly recommend that you do too!

I needed a custom pipe made and welded into my exhaust. They got me in the very next day and took care of me. The service was great and the price very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Called to get an estimate on installing an x pipe on my Ford Mustang GT. The lady who answered the phone was disrespectful and acted like she didn't want my business. She estimated the labor cost for install to be $300 and she hung up the phone immediately after informing me of the price. Midas gave the same estimate for labor at ~$100.

Our Prius got in a pretty nasty collision and Ali's shop had us up and running in less than a week. The guys at the shop are very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you, the car is running great and looks great!!

I just had my Mustang serviced at Ali's. I'm a long time customer of Ali's and now that he's opened a shop in Woodinville, this will make servicing my personal cars and business fleet much more convenient. Good luck at your new location.

Great folks to work with - I've taken numerous cars there (and even a trailer once) for everything from routine oil changes to replacing an engine. My wife and I have both taken our cars there and they've never tried to upsell to her.

Went in for some exhaust work and they kept the spare parts off my brand new car. I tried to talk to them so they'd give them back but nope. Honestlty felt like I was being lied to. Really disappointed with them.

Great experience. I highly recommend this facility. They diagnosed the problem, and took the time to explain all options on an expensive repair. Not only were they competitively priced. You should either bring your own materials or go elsewhere. You can get oil half the cost at any auto parts store compared to what they charge.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My shop to go. Quick and no nonsense repairs. Points to what needs to be taken care of. Does not try to push any extra repairs on customer. Prices are fair for the repairs done.
