If you are ever wanting a new car please do yourself a favor and come down to 405 motors in Woodinville. Absolutely a wonderful experience. Roy, Ken and Jeffrey were truly a pleasure to do business with. Even after I signed the dotted line, I found an issue and they were willing to resolve it. Nothing but good vibes and great staff!!

This review is specific to auto detailing and customer service. I had a terrible experience with this company.I had paid $235 for a Groupon for interior and exterior detailing of my reasonably clean 13 year old car (no mold, no pet hair, no excessive stains - See pictures yourself taken just at drop off). I booked the earliest possible appointment which was a month out. On the day when I showed up, the service person took a look at my car and said that he will charge me surcharge of $75 extra for interior (he said he will charge $200 or even more if the car was dirtier). I pointed out the Groupon clause that'Additional fees may apply for heavy stains, extremely dirty vehicles or pet hair' - none of which applies to my car. The agent was not willing to work it through. Knowing that I can always cash out the value I paid for this Groupon and get an equivalent detailing elsewhere at lower price and no such artificial greedy surcharges, I walked away.It appeared to me like this is a bait company that makes people show up using Groupon and then charge anywhere between $75 to $200 extra, capitalizing on the fact that people who already showed up are less likely to walk out on the day of service especially after a long wait.Unless you have an extremely clean car and still want a detail (not sure why you will!) or you don't mind falling prey to someone's greed knowingly, you are better off avoiding this place for auto detailing or service.

1994 Honda DelSolThank you 405 Motors!!!This is a great dealership and they did an excellent job helping out on the purchase of the car!Honest and to the point about everything including any little issues with the vehicle ..I flew out from California and drove 1,000miles home without any issues at all!A word of advice about buying used cars .Don t expect everyone to do the work for you and expect something perfect!You can t blindly buy something used do yourself a favor and do the research yourself before buying anything and make sure you know what you re getting into! It s always great experience. Today my car needed urgent service . I reached the owner Mussavir, and even though he was out of town, he arranged towing of my car . And when I reached their office, I had a loner car readySo I would highly recommend servicing at 405 for any car any modelTheir staff is very friendlyAlso their pricing is better than other places.This is just one instanceSeveral times I have been there, they always provide a great service with smile

Huge shoutout to Sarim!! This guy went above and beyond for helping me with the purchase of my vehicle. I am an out of state customer and he made the process seamless, he helped me trade in my car and purchase the vehicle all over the phone. One of the easiest purchases I ve ever done in my life! Nash, Ken Imdad and Tessa Bailey helped us buy our beautiful new (used) car! He let me take a test drive by myself! And there was no hard sales pressure. They were very upfront with the history of the vehicle.The lobby was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Family atmosphere.

Had a not so great experience at 405 motors. Called to make an appointment to test drive and view a 4Runner. When I arrived it looked like they had trouble getting the car started so it was not drive able and they forgot to mention that before I arrived. I asked if I can still see the vehicle because I was still interested in the vehicle until I saw the inside. This car obviously looked like it was sitting for a few months it was very dirty inside and out, there were acorns in the car. I tried to look past the physical appearance with cleanliness, many things broken and mechanical issues. With all these things considered I wanted to see if they can negotiate price and they wouldn t budge. I also asked if they can still call me when the issue is fixed so I can test drive I have still not heard from them. The dealership all around looked and felt unprofessional and shady. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here.

I interacted with Mir at 405 Motors. He was kind, trusting, and informative. They listened to our requirements and desires and shared what they had with us. It was easy communicating and there was no pressure put on me. The lot has plenty of great options to choose from as well! Thanks!

Worst customer experience!!Do not visit this place!!!!They shows cars are available online and even after you confirm on call that car is available to view they would invite you to come. Once you reach there they have no idea that the car is in service.Wasted my time.EDIT:I called at 12 pm and confirmed the availability. I reached location at 2:45pm, no one called me to tell there was an issue.So anyone who s planning to go there confirm when you are leaving also get it over the email.To owner: You could have reached out to me or share an email to correct the issue instead of stating that I should have called, which I did

Thanks to the 405 Motors team, I was able to purchase my dream car and I absolutely love it! I regularly service it at 405 Motors Service department and everyone is extremely professional and helpful. I definitely recommend their automotive details, they never fail to make my car look brand new!Just came in again this year to put my vehicle on consignment and purchase a 2019 Lexus RC, couldn t believe how easy and simple the process was. Sarim was so helpful throughout the sales process and absolutely love my new car! Rather than paying too much at a Lexus dealership, I regularly get oil changes and all other maintenance work done at 405.

My wife bought her Audi A5 from 405 Motors about a year and half ago Still regulary goes for oil changes and absolutely loves their service. A shop that I can rely on to send someone on their own without fear of pressured sales or up charged prices is truly great. We d definitely go back and recommend them for all family and friends. Consignment program is also great if you re looking to sell.

As long as you do your own due diligence in checking out the cars and you re a reasonable person with realistic expectations, your buying experience will go extremely smooth here. Ken and Nash? (Not sure how to spell his name) were extremely kind and easy to talk with . No pressure to buy the car and they were completely honest about everything relating to the car I picked out. Made the trade in process for my other car super easy. Now I have an awesome car with clean mileage and 4 year warranty for a steal. Thank you 405motors!

***UPDATE! ***THIS DEALER SEEMS TO BE SOLICITING 5 STAR REVIEWS FROM FIRST TIME REVIEWERS. BEWARE, AND QUESTION THE VALIDITY OF THESE REVIEWS...This place is the worst! Drove all the way from Puyallup to get catfished.. The car had only 35000 on a 2015 BMW white GT. They only left out the fact it also comes with rust and mold. I felt sick after test drive, I still don't feel rite. Please protect your family and stay clear of this shady dumpster fire called a car dealership.

Purchased a Groupon for a car detailing in Sept for $119. Took several calls to book the appointment but finally set it up after 4 calls. We arrived at 10am to drop the car off (they said they would need it the full day and we would pick up closer to closing time). An employee came out and looked in my car and under the hood (not sure why since it was an interior detail only) and then after 3 minutes or so said it would be an additional $100 to have my car done because it was excessively dirty. My car needed to be cleaned (hence why I booked the appointment) but there was NOTHING excessive about it. I have had seat covers on my seats since it was purchased, there was no pet hair (a pet has never been in my car) or stains on the seats/carpets. The light spot in photos on seat is glare from light in garage. I took pictures of my car to show you what they consider excessive. The floors need to be vacuumed (its fall in WA!) and the consoles need to be cleaned out (which is why I bought this!) but it's FAR from excessive. I think they posted on Groupon and just hope to shame/scam people into paying more. Got my money back and took it to car toys and they are working on it now - and when I told him what 405 had said - he literally laughed.

My wife and I recently purchased an SUV from 405 Motors and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were laid back and there was zero pressure to buy the day we looked at the vehicle. They let my wife and I test drive the car without a sales member and when we approached them with our own financing option there were zero issues. We highly recommend 405 motors and will be coming back.

405 Motors is the best place to go to for all your car needs. All of their staff is very helpful and professional with their services. I was on a trip to Seattle from California and while I was there I went to 405 Motors to get my car serviced. Sarim in the service department greeted me as soon as I walked in there and guided me through everything. He was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. He took care of my car s needs, and to my surprise, he even offered me a complimentary car wash with the service. Never hesitate to go to 405 Motors

I brought my elderly mother over from Sequim for a 2014 Mazda5. The 405 Motors family was so helpful! They brought the car to a local mechanic for us the day before, and picked it up again when the inspection was done. They really are no haggle, and addressed all her concerns very matter-of-fact. They also carefully explained all the paperwork for her, which really helped her work through some anxiety. 405 Motors is upfront and honest, confident and caring. A pleasure to work with.
