Working with Martin and his crew was enjoyable and very low stress. They were able to stay on schedule, on budget, and on scope, while ensuring a quality finished product. We hired them to frame our roof. They said they would get it done before Thanksgiving, and that's exactly what they did.

Martin and his crew transformed our gravel 3 car carport into a 3 car garage with concrete floor, auto doors, and skylights. They were very easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and made many useful suggestions for the project. Demolished old deck and substructure and discarded. Completely rebuilt substructure and installed new Trex deck. Built landscape retaining walls and added red volcanic rock and decorative larger rocks. Easy to work with and good communication skills. Cleaned up during construction. I am very pleased with the results.

They installed a sliding glass door for us in a load bearing wall. Did it professionally and by the book. We fee confident it was done right. Delivered as promised and on time. Martin and his crew replaced the worn out cedar decking on our front porch with aluminum decking. They installed brick steps and skirting, and added a metal railing. They did all this with care and competence, and, best of all, they kept us informed about their work schedule and came when they said they would.

I am a real estate investor and have been using Quad Construction for all of my remodels and tenant repairs for quite some time now. What I love about them is that they are true to their estimates, they always do a good job and they show up when they say they will! They also stand by their work and are communicative and easy to work with. Have no intention of ever changing.
