I deliver tires to this location on a daily basis and it's always busy with customers. I've personally spoken with the owner's and they're great people with great attitudes. My overall experience has been great everytime I deliver to Paco's tires. The customer service provided is amazing. Great people down to earth and your always greeted with a smile.

These folks go above and beyond to offer excellent services at the very best prices.Paco's is trusted by the community because, unlike the other guys, they keep it real.My employer uses Paco's for all of their vehicles and most of the employees use them as well because they are certified and trusted throughout the Gorge. Whether it's a simple tire change or major vehicle repairs they got you covered. While on a long trip from Alaska to Florida in our Class C RV we had some tire trouble and came to Paco s for help. They immediately started working on our problem and had us back on the road again in about an hour. I highly recommend Paco s Tire Service. Professional, friendly and reasonable prices.

Paco and his folks are super friendly, and we're lucky to have a hardworking and honest local business in town. They do far more than just tires. For the last few years I've taken my cars to them for any wrenching that needs done that I don't have the time or inclination for. Always very reasonable rates, and I trust them. The few low reviews here seem mostly to do with Paco getting busy around winter tire switch season. I recommend calling in and getting a read on how busy they are before taking your car in if it's around those times of the year.

I was referred by a friend who had a good experience, "fair price with good service". I had purchased some used tires, off facebook, to get me through the season and had Paco mount and balance for a fair price (best I found). I left and returned at set time. it was done. when I went to my car all the used tires were still in my car!??! Paco showed me that the facebook tires all had a belt exposure on the sidewall crease, (I've looked it up now, its called "flexion" and happens when you drive on low inflation and corner about at high speeds, its easy to miss for a novice) Paco had installed used tires he had because he wasn't going to let me drive on any tires I provided. My suspicion meter went off. However, before any mention of cost, he asked for no more than the agreed mounting price!! I had a hard time believing this and offered to pay. Paco and his wife were gracious and said "no worries next time". Well, the next time will be every time I need tires. If you are looking for tires, your consideration should include Paco.

I've always loved Pace's and have been a customer for 7 years. I bring several vehicles every spring and fall to have my tires changed. I always buy my own tires and bring them in and have never had a problem. (Thats one of the reasons I choose Paco's) This time I bring in 2 vehicles 1 with used tires and 1 with brand new and I got charged more by Paco's Wife for bringing new tire because I didn't buy them from them. $160 instead of $100. I explained that I have never been charged that before from Paco and she told me "well Paco isn't here is he". If the price increase was disclosed prior to service I would not have had my tires done there. Very Sad I really liked their service but I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Thanks for all the good years. Paco's = honest, reliable, and affordable. We're lucky to have such a awesome tire and repair shop in White Salmon. I've had everything from tires and brakes to rear differential and transmission service done at Paco's and they've always done great work. And unlike some other shops, they never try to sell me on repairs that I don't actually need!

It's nice having someone local who will get you in and out and do a good job at an affordable price. We have been very happy with everything from tires and brakes to alternator replacement. Highly recommend giving Paco and his crew a shot.

Top notch group.. I took my 2008 Dodge Durango in had them do a four tire swap and new valve stems. They were fast and accurate. They had me in and out of there in like 35 minutes That's amazing. Very nice group, very much recommended. I showed up early for my appointment they jumped right on my car. Very pleased with their service. Will be recommending them.. thanks Paco and team!

Paco's Tire Service exceeded my expectations. Not only did they get my car in quick, but they also were super friendly and polite. I was surprised how affordable they were. I will definitely be getting my tires done here from now on.

Honest and amazing people!! I called early am and they were there in less than 20 minutes to change my tire and get me back on the road. Highly recommend and will use them moving forward.They were more concerned with taking care of me and I m still trying to get a hold of them to pay for the service.

Fabulous customer Service, and best prices. It's a long drive for me, 30 minutes or better, and I drive by Les Schwab that's 2 blocks from my house to get there. You find brand name tires new and used at a fraction of the cost any place else. Give him a try and you will be very happy.

Paco is an amazing hard working honest guy. If he offered daycare you would feel comfortable leaving your kids with your car. I've been a few times for various things and he's always helpful, fast and reasonably priced.

This place is amazing! I had a nail in my tire, woke up to a flat, and got a patch put on at Paco s. I was on vacation and they made things so easy and stress-free! Plus, you can t beat their prices. Thank you!! I wish I lived closer so I could use you more often!!

Vacationed in White Salmon, Washington and I ran into a problem. I was referred by Napa Auto store in town after having such a pathetic experience with Mark's Auto Repair Service. Paco's was so professional, so helpful, so patient. Great place. I am planning on coming back to vacation in this town. He has definitely earned my business and support. He greatly epitomizes customer service!!

Tried to go to the other places in town and they were booked and I knew they would take forever to get an appt. I came to Pacos (recommended from my mom) and it was quick and easy to get a new set of winter tires! All done within a couple hours! Good service! Will be coming here for regular tire services

Thank you so much Paco s! We had a small emergency when our trailer tire got a flat in the middle of tire season and Paco s had the tire and replaced it within 20 minutes. In and out. You guys are amazing and have made us Paco s customers for life now!

I had two tires with foreign objects stuck in them. I arrived at Paco's with no appointment. The tires were removed, repaired and air was put in all the way around within 30 minutes. Superb service. Don't go anywhere else for tire service.

Paco's Tire is a wonderful place to go. Friendly and fast service by knowledgeable service men. And the owner Paco is a great guy who supports the community he lives and works in. They're always busy but will make time for someone to check the air or who needs a question answered. I highly recommend Pacos Tire

Theese are quite possibly the nicest people on the planet. They're also really good and can get you in quicker than Les Schwab. I reccomend Pacos to everyone I know and no one has ever been disappointed.

Made an appointment for 8:30 came there at 12:15 nothing being done. Asked why was told this is tire season. Too busy right now. Said why did I make an appointment if it didn't mean anything & was told he didn't need my business & to get my car off his property. This was Paco I was talking to, the owner. Never be back there & plan on telling people about my lack of service.
