A very sincere thank you goes out to the team at Wenatchee Powersports! I had a factory issue on a brand new bike that was going to prevent me from enjoying the only sunny day in the past few months, not only did the team jump in to short source the new part, they even arranged for an after hours pickup. This is the kind of care and dedication that you can only find in a small town local dealership. I will not hesitate to head down there for my next purchase, because I know they will not rest until they know that their customer is satisfied.

Did the new bike break in, then the next day ripped around like a little kid. Absolutely love this 250 xc-w! Wenatchee Powersports delivered again! Love the crew out there and my buddy Brandon who owns this awesome shop/store. No problem heading to his neck of the woods to support all that he has done for me. Top notch! Thanks again guys

I recently bought a new Polaris snowmobile from Wenatchee Powersports. It was a Snowcheck order from the factory. With the limited supply since the pandemic the dealer allocations have been limited, and my type of sled was not originally offered. But General Manager, Randy Sage, worked hard with the factory rep and eventually made it happen. I called dealers all over the NW to order this sled, and they all told me they had no options to order my type of sled. But Randy got me a sled. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Wenatchee Powersports to anyone looking for great customer service.Kevin BookeyLeavenworth WA

We came for replacement tires for our Polaris Ranger and left with a Honda Ruckus as well. Both service and parts departments were extremely helpful for the tire purchace and having the tires mounted on our rims. While we were waiting the the tire work we met Randy and found a used Honda Ruckus. The buying experience was fast and easy with no pressure. We will be going to Wenatchee Powersports again soon.

Every time I've walked into this place I find the staff discourteous, uninterested, and uninformed. I wouldn't go back except they're the only Yamaha and KTM dealer in town.

This is by far one of the best places to buy your Powersports in the PNW. They have great customer service, an excellent service department, and the parts manager is very knowledgeable along with his parts team. Not to mention a great sales team. When entering the building there is always someone to great you with a smile and they are ready to help with any Powersports need. Highly recommended and hope you all buy here.

They are absolutely fantastic to deal with. I was traveling through the area and needed to follow up on a recall on my KTM. They made it so easy. A new tire was installed the next morning. I was greeted at the door by name when I walked in as if I was a long term customer. Keep up the excellent customer service!

I went online and received text messages and emails in a timely manner. Ben was the salesman, very helpful and easygoing. The price was fair and upfront. I put a deposit on a Beta 430 RR-S , Ben called me when it was in , and had the bike ready when i arrived.Randy helped me with the finale paper work.Also the girls were friendly, and the parts department too.I traveled from Oregon because some local shops are charging more in Oregon because they can, some 500.00 to 3,000 more. I wasn't that desperate to pay or agree to those charges, which I think is unfair during this economic funk were all in . Everyone has a right to make a profit, that's business, but lets be realistic. It was B.S.I would recommend Wenatchee Powersports to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and dignity. Keep the rubber side down , and have fun. So far so good with the Beta 430 rr-sRegardsDennis Crane

After missing out on a 2022 snow check snowmobile with limited availability, I was contacted when one did become available! Quick, professional assistance by everyone involved and I was on my way with the new machine. Outstanding customer service! Thanks all for a great experience!

Took Razr in for a battery drain problem. $600 in parts and $400 in labor did not solve the problem. A month later Razr returned to shop. They reached out to Polaris with no solution found. Shop wanted to replace a good battery in Razr, I refused as battery tested good. I ended up installing a battery on/off switch and continue to drive the Razr.

Want to give a special thanks to Cody. He had everything ready to go. Process was smooth and easy. Was in and out in 30min. Bike worked flawlessly. Very impressed with overall customer service inside store as well. Helped me pick out some gear as well. Just hands down a good experience altogether. I will definitely be willing to come back and do business again.

This review is both good and bad.Took my Polaris Pro in for what I hoped was a drive shaft bearing but it turned out to be much worse and needed a full engine rebuild. They gave me a quote and went to work. After a couple of weeks they called and told me it was going to cost even more which was frustrating but understandable. I wasn t in a huge hurry to get it back but after 2 and half months in the shop I was getting frustrated, especially because the only updates I got were when I called in to ask about the status. When it was finally ready and they started to load it on the trailer I noticed that the front bumper was chipped in multiple places and the exhaust heat shield was nearly torn off. Both must have occurred while moving it around in their service holding area. That s the bad.Now the good. Later that night I got a call from the owner and he personally apologized and told me that he was going to make it right. He replaced the bumper and heat shield and threw in a nice additional bonus. They had everything done within 2 days. I was very pleased with the response. I understand accidents happen, but the response to an accident is what counts and the owner made it right. Also, the rest of the crew was very nice and understanding. I will continue to bring them my business, but I recommend giving the customer more updates throughout the process on a job that large.

These guys rock! Both the owner and the manager went the extra mile to take care of me and my new bike. So pleased with the KTM purchase experience that I decided to buy a Stacyc bike from them. Then they proceeded to go above and beyond on that as well. I will be seeing them again!

Previous ownership had me so bummed out I honestly never thought I would actually set foot in this place again, I heard there was a new owner and decided I needed to give him a shot on a super small parts deal. That turned into me snowchecking two sleds from him last spring. The best thing about Brandon is he rides sleds and bikes and actually cares to have his shop providing quality products and service which is a huge change from prior owners. Extremely thankful to see this change for Wenatchee Powersports, go give him and his crew a chance!

The crew at WPS is fantastic! I had one of the best buying experiences here when I picked up a new snowmobile - the team was extremely helpful, accommodating and made the process, quick, easy and painless. Due to the pandemic and living in a high risk household, they helped me do everything virtually (with the exception of the final paperwork signing). I will definitely be buying through these folks in the future!

We purchased a bike for our son and had to travel to pick it up. The guys ended up staying an hour and a half after their closing time to make sure we got the bike in time for our sons birthday. Absolutely great customer service, I would definitely recommend shopping with them.
