Amazing people to work with and get the job done efficiently in a timely manner. With the temperatures being pretty low I had decided to go in and have them work on my Honda about two weeks ago. Amazing job Valvoline team

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. Our car broke down up the road. One of the workers offered to go with me to jump start our car. After we made it to the shop, they completed the repair in 15mins. Very nice, highly recommended!

Byer Beware! They list a front differential service every 3000 miles on the computer on a 1999 F-250.Who knows if this is an honest mistake or not. Do your own research on your vehicle before you arrive!

Make sure you search for coupons. My first search only came up with $10 off, then I searched for the best oil to get for my f150 and a $25 off coupon popped up. It helps a lot when your oil change is $125.

I have a 2019 f550 deisel 6.7 fleet truck. First of all they didn't have the air filter seated all the way in the air filter box. When I left valvoline I lost all power to the truck and had to turn around and go back. They finally got the air filter set in the box right and I was good to go. I guess it's some kind of switch ford puts in the air cleaner box.Second they didn't have a fuel filter for my truck. It seems like they are always out of something everytime I go in there. Last time they were out of oil and couldn't do the oil change.

My first experience at this shop was very good. Unfortunately the next 2 we're incrementally worse.Starts with second trip to their shop for oil change on my wife's Jeep. They cracked the filter housing when they torqued the cap down. This created a $800 bill at the dealership for parts and labor.I gave them the benefit of the doubt (because the first experience was good) and allowed that the part may have been damaged previously.The next trip was for service on my truck. The next day I found dark oil dripping from my skid plate. I removed the skid plate and found they misaligned the threads on 2 bolts and cranked them down, spilled oil from the reservoir on the skid plate while draining, and WAY over torqued the drain plug and filter housing.The employees here are likely to cause damage to your vehicle. They need to learn why torque specs are important.I'm surprised that there is not more negative reviews. I think people going to this shop don't realize that the "Service Techs" are likely responsible for creating problems with their vehicles. My advice is to avoid this location.

I used to have incredible experiences with Valvoline aka the former Oil can henrys but recently I went to have my oil changed and all the stalls were taken so I waited in my car in parking lot for the attendants to tell me which way to go and they all saw me waiting meanwhile another car drives up and around me and goes into a stall so I pull into the stall next to them and let them know that I was there first but they didn't care. The attendants clearly saw what had just happened but still let the car who cut in front me go first and responded to me with "it's first come first serve and you just have to drive up to the stalls, then we will tell you where to go"

The staff always does a great job. Lane could use some manners education. He was a bit rude when I couldn't hear what he said, which then he had to repeat himself. But, he went to the other bay and I got Luis. He and the 2 ladies were very helpful in letting me know what was recommended. They were accommodating. I thank them.

Had my son go and get his oil changed today and he said the tech said his oil looked good and his engine was to hot to get an oil change. I never heard of an oil changing company say this in the 35 years of me owning many different vehicles. So I decided to call and see if their was a different side of the story or something that my son did remember the tech said. So I decided to call the location in Wenatchee that he went to and I was on hold for 17min and then the line hung up on me. Going to try again and see what happens. A company that is open, not answering during buisness hours is just not ok. The owner needs to know about this kind of customer service on Sunday's at this location. Just talked to the tech finally after calling back and waiting on hold for another 10 min. He said the car was very hot and they couldn't do anything for him. They didn't even check the coolant and just said it was steaming. That customer service at this location is horrible but I think when a customer comes in for a service (because they are not a mechanic, that's why they are bringing it in) a tech should not just push them out the door. The tech said they are limited on what they can do. Never heard of a mechanic acting this way..The mechanic didn't even explain to my son what could go wrong if this situation is not addressed.This customer is 3hours from his house.Horrible customer service.

Absolutely amazing service. I came in on 1/16/20 around 11am and the three guys working were very efficient, explained everything they were doing in terms a non-car savvy person like myself could understand. At the end of my oil change, my car had difficulty starting. All three employees were very helpful and even pushed my car to a safe place until I could get more help. 100/10 service, I don't think I'll go any other place to get my oil changed!

I ve been a long time customer of this location on Easy Street in Wenatchee. I ve always had a great experience until today at around 4:30pm on 10/30/2022.I went in for a full synthetic oil change $100+ only to receive a snarky a** comment from one of the oil attendants. I politely asked for an oil change and nothing else. I informed them I didn t want any fluids or filters and had brought my own oil filter.When the tall, curly haired, and polite attendant passed this information to his short, dark haired, small build, and rude coworker changing another customer s oil, he responded with dOes hE HaVe hiS oWn oiL tOo in a snarky attitude.Let s just say he may need some more training on customer service and how to speak to customers. I let them know I no longer wanted the service and drove away.It s safe to say I won t be doing business here anymore and I ll be sure to let people know to avoid this place as long as he is an employee there.Service: Oil change

Guy that was doing my service had broken my sensor off my tire and tried to say that it was the highways salt and water but it was cracked off as if applied too much pressure and pulled it to the side instead of directly up and they thought I was funny cuz I have three kids in the car with no patience and I didn't get home until three hours later

Awesome job. We stopped in with our 18 month old car after the dealership failed to put enough oil (or none at all). Skylar was helpful, knew his stuff and helped us out with quantities and photos of what cane out of the car to go back to the dealership. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Came in at 5:40 when they close at 6 to get a windshield wiper replaced. Parker grumpily greeted us by rolling his eyes and checking his watch as if they were closed. Then there were 3 employees working none of which could figure out how to replace the windshield wiper and were giving attitude the entire time.

These guys are always helpful and they explain things very well. Also great customer service. Fast and friendly. Good prices too. My wife loves coming here and supporting our local businesses. Two thumbs up!

Been going here for years! There work is good and done in a decent manner of time.The techs seem to enjoy their jobs, therefore, I feel they treat the vehicles and customers better.

Highly productive crew who operate as one many-part machine...but also a fun machine which banters jokingly and actually enjoys their job. The customer can stay in their vehicle and just watch them work...or eat a burrito (the building is shared with taco del mar)

This is a wonderful place to go get your rig checked out! They really go the extra mile to make sure your car is safe and taken care of. I love that the guys laugh and joke around with each other and include you in the fun and conversation as well. I really had a good time even though I was just sitting in my car, I got to watch "bottom side" work on camera which is kinda cool. Brandon, Jesus, and Jose all worked hard to get my car fixed up, I dont think people realize the amount of work it takes to do all the extra services on vehicles. Show your appreciation with a little tip, they deserve it!

Awesome staff and super fast oil change. The price was astronomical and unfortunately I can t justify a $100 oil change that I can do when I m home for $30 at max! I appreciate the professionalism and great work but seems a little steep considering the time and process. I will always suggest to people needing an oil change it give fair warning to the price.

I returned to this Valvoline for the second time, and somehow the staff was even friendlier and more helpful than last time. I noticed Saul and Damon working on my car, and I also interacted with the manager, Vic. All of them were outstanding.Bonus: My 60 year old dad didn't know stay in your car oil changes were a thing, and he was incredibly impressed by these guys. Thanks for everything!

Was there way to long. They asked me to start my vehicle and I had no oil pressure, they had me start it again and it was running rough, no pressure. My son got out and found that they didn't put oil in the vehicle. The area manager said that if it's not making noise it will be fine. That it wasn't on long enough to do damage. Wrong....

Everyone is very nice and the job was done in 15 minutes or so. I do feel there's a bit to much upsale. I will return as they do a very good job and the people are great.

First time at Valvoline Wenatchee. I was very impressed with their customer service, communication with me of what was being done, and very quick!!Thx to John - intake service and to John who performed the oil change! You both were great!Thumbs up!!
