Absolutely terrible customer service. Rude old man ....Got my new tires put on rims today. Went to go to work and both passenger side tires are flat. And tires aren't cheap!!! . 200 bucks to put on tires!!! And didn't even do it right...when I called he said I need to get my car to him so he can fix it . How can I drive with 2 flat tires!! Go down the road to another tire place!!...Update.. got air in my tires to make it down there before he closes an hour early.. he ended up breaking my tpms sensor which was working up until I got there... He did give me 80 bucks back from my bot he'd service. But now I gotta get a new sensor and have it put on . He just brushed it off as just a light on . Not with my OCD . Go to GCR.. they charge 90 for all 4.. should have done more research...

I have done business with him in the past and he's not too friendly. I called today for a price to put on my snow tires and he wanted $35 per tire so $140 for 30 minutes of work. No thanks. Costco charges $20 per tire. I'll take my business elsewhere.

He gave me a great price for 4 tires and putting them on. He was fast and friendly. Told me his concerns about my rims, going in next week to have them checked due to rim concerns. No appointment needed. Highly recommend for your tire needs

Must say this was a disappointing experience. Was quoted $120 to swap out four tires and charged $140. ZERO customer service. Not even a thank you. Just moved to the area and starting to build my service resources. This will not be one of them in the future. A smile or friendly hello would have gone a long way

Tires are decent.The owner is fast when servicing. If you expect to be treated like royalty here however, then this is not your place.If you expect to get prompt service, good prices and straight to the point no nonsense business, you'll be at the right spot.I recommend it.

My mom and I got a flat tire on our camping in Wenatchee, we came here to get the tire repaired. They were very professional, quick and very thorough. I highly recommend this place!

Super fast, affordable, had me out the door with 2 new tires mounted and balanced in about 15 mins. At half the cost of other places. I would definitely go back.

The Used Tire and Wheel Express is by far the fastest tire service in town. Their used tires have at least 50% tread and their prices are fair. They also sell new tires as well. A good place to get good used studded snow tires. I've got 4 on my rig. Supplies may be limited. . .

cheapest place and real fast service. They guy that works there is a little on the gumpy side, but he know what he is doing and i trust him to work on my car. No waiting lines most of the time, my favorite thing in a tire shop

Bad customer service, would not advise on other shops that could help because he couldn't mount atv tire. Wasted my time driving there to ask, never going back. There is a reason the place is always empty.
