I have never had such an overwhelmingly positive experience at a dealership. My old cars transmission went out out of nowhere and I felt so crushed because I wasn t sure I would have any options beside paying the cost to fix it which was near the cost I still owed on my car, which really wouldn t have been worth it. Josiah helped me find a car that fits into my lifestyle perfectly and worked with Liz to help me find the best possible cost for my monthly payments. They also helped absorb the loan I still owed. Josiah was so patient with my questions and helped me fully understand the Sentra I was looking at, and Liz went over every inch of the contracts I was signing to make sure I fully understood them. Fabian then helped me get my car ready to drive off the lot. Thank you for everything and I am so happy with my decision. If anyone needs help with getting a new car I highly recommend stopping by Nissan. You will be so happy you did. Thank you Josiah, Liz and Fabian! You guys are amazing.

I recently purchased a Rogue from Liz at Town Nissan. She went above and beyond to find me the exact vehicle I wanted and was patient with all my requests. I have been a customer of Town Nissan for about 15 years and I have to say that they have the best customer service of any place that I have gone so far! I've been leasing my vehicles for many years and with my last purchase I decided to buy after. Josiah helped me through the easy process and kept in contact with me even though I didn't have to pull the trigger at that time. He made it a super easy process and along with Liz in the finance part I walked out very satisfied customer. Now on to buying a truck as an additional vehicle in the near future.

I bought a Rogue recently from Town Nissan and worked with Frank. He was fantastic! He really took time learning the specs of the vehicle before I even came in and was incredibly thorough. He was amazing to work with and I would happily recommend him to friends and family or anyone else for that matter. He has followed up multiple times since the purchase to make sure I m still happy with the vehicle as well. Exceptional service!

Liz, Oscar, Sal, and Greg made it so easy and comfortable buying our new Rogue! The next day we received a call welcoming us to the Nissan family from Dan in service and Oscar and genuinely thanking us!!! Such awesome staff Nissan has! Oil change. Because I was open to whenever, I was able to get in same day. They took the vehicle right in after I arrived and finished in less than an hour. I took advantage of their guest wifi to do updates on my phone. It was all good.

Everyone make mistake . I get it, we all do, but used it as an excuse?My uncle who doesn t speak any English get oil change here regularly, and the technician did not tightened or torque the oil drain nut, it started dripping all over the places, it s not noticeable until nut get looser during engine driven and vibration. Then he call me up and I go underneath and notice the issue. He s without car for days cause he s afraid car gonna die on him. I went to dealer and ask for service manger to talk about the issue. Here s the reason I want to give the negative feedback, first, the manager never once apologized for the issue, matter of fact he s very offensive and start making excuses for the mistakes.second he never offer any kind of compensation for my uncle issues. He did call his technician go with me to my house to topped off the oil( technician is wonderful guy,did a good job cleaning up the dripping oil too). I trust the dealer because I assume they know their car better than other and doing a better job . I think the ownership need to do a better job training their so call manager to be more professional.,your higher position don t give you more rights. It s not that difficult to apologize.

Friendly service. Easy location to find (near Costco). Clean shop, competitive prices. I appreciate the complimentary carwash with serving. Nice waiting area, with large TV, clean bathrooms are handy. Love to look at the new cars on the lot while I wait.

Thank you, Liz and Greg. I was there to purchase an extended warranty today for my certified pre-owned Nissan. I was very apprehensive and cautious. They had every opportunity to be frustrated with me, but they weren't. I left there feeling like I received the best deal they could have given me. Again, thank you.

Everyone at Town Nissan was very nice, and I appreciated that they gave me a ride back to work after I dropped off my car. They also picked me up at work after the work on my car was completed. It was also great that they vacuumed my car.

It was great. Mike did a great job accommodating to all my request and working with me to get what I wanted. I know it was late when we made the purchase but he was still thorough and detailed about everything I needed to know about the car. He took his time and helped connect my phone bluetooth to the car. As someone who is not tech savy this was a life saver! I really did appreciate all the updates that were given thought out the weeks while I waited for the car to come to the dealership it was great communication from him side and always willing to answer questions.

I went in for an oil change and they always do a great job. The guy that was in training was very polite and both him and Dan had great customer service. I've been going to Town Nissan for years now and have always had good outcomes each time from oil changes to having my car fixed. :) I highly recommend going to Town Nissan!

I went to town Nissan at 7:30 this morning and was told that my car's Service engine soon and Tire Pressure light came on and it needed to be checked. I told the staff that the car was shaking a little when it started, and maybe the spark plug was broken and needed to be replaced. As a result, I waited for an hour and the staff said that the car was ready. I started the car and found that the service engine soon and tire pressure light was still on, and there was no repair at all. I was also asked to pay $92.23 to change the oil. I wanted to repair the car but there was no repair at all. It says the oil needs to be changed, why do I need to pay for the oil change? Waste of my time and my money. I really don t recommend where you go to get your car repaired. It was the first and last time I went there.

We came in knowing what we wanted so we really didn't need much selling. That said, Sal was our guy and he's gone out of his way to make our experience fun, easy, and quick, and got us the car with the features we wanted and worked with us on all the other details to make it really seamless. We are very grateful and would gladly do business with Town Nissan again.

Wait time is way too long. Waited more than hour just to get a basic oil chnage. This has happened to me twice now. First time with a appointment and second time without.
