I walked in to take a "look" at a Jeep Wrangler that I had talked to them about. I didn't really think they could work the deal I wanted, but they did, and a couple hours later, I was on my way home in that new Wrangler. They made the buying experience easy, fair and painless.This is my second vehicle purchased from them. Both experiences were great!

This Dealership has gone out of there way, to make things right for me, I got my dream Gladiator a Rubicon! Everytime I step foot in the jeep I smile!! Took the Ram in for service and a few days later, drove home a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited. While waiting for the truck the wife wanted to check out the Cherokee. Jorge Martinez, Our sales person, was very professional and informative on the L Limited. The sale went very smooth all the way through financing. Also, the service department, especially Matthew Blevins, went above and beyond to remedy my trucks malfunction. 5 stars from me.

I purchased a 2022 Jeep Gladiator off the lot at Town Chrysler. They treated me fairly and made sure I was happy. They also followed up periodically to check in which I appreciated. A year later, I had a need to purchase a commercial chassis truck. I ordered it from the factory via Town Chrysler. I dealt with Paul Jarolimek whom made sure I ordered exactly what I needed and he made sure I was current on the order status. I traded in an older Ram pickup. Paul treated me fairly and made sure the ordered chassis truck was ready to go and the process went smoothly with the trade in. I certainly recommend Paul and Town Chrysler. Paul loves cars, it shows.

He listens to us, provides excellent communication, and really goes above and beyond for the customer experience. The folks at Town CJDR were wonderful to work with. I was looking to get into a new 1500 and Jose helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I am loving the new rig. I really appreciate Jose reaching out later the next week, to make sure everything was going good with the truck. The General Manager also introduced himself to say thank you and was quick to assist when I picked up plates a couple weeks later. Highly recommend Town CJDR, wonderful customer service.

I bought my 2023 Grand Cherokee L from Paul. I reached out to him through email and he quickly responded and found me what I thought I was looking for, a Grand Cherokee L. After a quick discussion, he was so knowledgeable that I ended up going with the Grand Cherokee L Altitude instead of my original choice. This is the 14 car that I ve purchased and for the first time I felt like a customer, not a sales quota that needed to be met. Paul is absolutely someone that I would recommend. He is friendly, extremely well versed in the models and options that I had questions about. Also, the Jeep is pretty amazing. There isn t a single regret that I have from start to finish of the purchase. Tbh I actually owe him an apology. My past purchases of cars around the United States have always been so stressful because the dealers were @$& ## so I was a bit rude in the beginning. Paul quickly defused my defense and I truly believe that he gave me his best price. He s got integrity ..most people these days do not. Thanks Paul, I ll be back for sure.

Been bringing my cars to Town for 7 years and have been thoroughly happy with their service. They work hard and try hard to solve problems and come up with solutions. I literally drive 1.5 hours to come here versus 10 minutes to my local, but horrible dealer. Thanks guys for always taking care of us.

Eli from service department is unprofessional. Not willing to answer my questions and help me out vehicle came from town Nissan. Service Manager Justin stepped in and got Matt to take care of me the rest of the way. Matt did an awesome job super friendly and willing to answer all my questions. Him and his master tech who is super knowledged took care of me with my 2014 jeep Wrangler! Town Dodge needs more employees like Matt and his master tech, they made getting my vehicle worked on fast and easy. They are way to do business !

Service department was awesome! Had car trouble while on vacation that could have really ruined our trip. These guys stepped up and got me something to drive for the night and my truck fixed first thing in the morning. Definitely saved our trip! Stassi and Justin were amazing!

I called a couple of dealerships before I called Town Chrysler Jeep Ram, spoke with Travis Solso and within 30 seconds, he was far above everyone I had already talked to. He listened to my needs for a new truck and within 10 minutes, he found me the right truck. Easiest vehicle purchase of my life. Juan in finance was very professional and got me the warranty that would work best for my driving habits! Thank you TOWN !!

We love this dealership and their customer service, down to their repair side. This whole crew of folks go above and beyond their jobs every day and it shows. We will continue buying from them for years to come.Working with Paul for another purchase for our company made it so easy! We purchased a 2024 Dodge 3500. We showed up, signed and were out the door within maybe 20 min tops. Paul made sure they were ready for us and knows the type of trucks we need for our business and nailed this one for us.Clayton also is a huge help! Helping to coordinate everything since we live on the west side vs east side of the state. He's helped the service guys ship numerous parts to us.We greatly appreciate all of the extra "care" these guys provide into selling us trucks. Thank you all!

My new truck on its first road trip.There was another brand and another dealership as a serious contender but...In the end my sales guy, Jaime Chavez, reminded me that Jeep has a truck. I have a Jeep history. My father had two Gladiators back in the 70's and I have had 2 Wranglers and 2 Cherokees myself.The Gladiator in the Rubicon config checked the capability boxes with MPG a little better than the competitor which was a SUV. They had the color I like, RED, on the lot. They also gave me a good trade-in value.I ALSO had previous Service on my old Dodge here a couple of times. That was flawless. So, yeah. That also helped with the decision.My sales guy, Jaime Chavez, worked for me but only when I wanted. (which is exactly what I wanted) LOLIn the end, my most important needs were met and qualified.1. A good sales experience; team, person, and support crew2. Service after the sale. It has been good. (I already knewservice overall was good since I brought myDodge truck here with good results.)3. An overall great feeling about the vehicle itselfSo.....Would I do it again? YesI'd also look for Jaime to help me in SalesUriel in Service.Thanks Jaime! Thanks Team! The un-named rest as well!--It is also my experience that it really is a good team overall even if a few wear socks with their sandals or don't understand the nuances in the controversy over "catch and release" fishing and how its impact relates to Sasquatch migration routes and mating rituals. (You know who you are!)But in the end, that's ok, because I am happy with my new Jeep. I didn't need their wardrobe, debate, or random interests anyway, just their ability to support me. I m in California, and I Purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee ($98k) from this dealer. The price was good and the sales person helpful during the deal. However, after the deal the sales person ghosted me. I asked for support (take pictures when shipping company arrived) he did not do that. He did not take 1 min of his time to send a text to inform me the car was picked up. He said all paper work would be with the car and it was not. Instead of sending the paper work to local DMV it was sent to headquarters and was lost in other paper work. That caused a head ache, could not drive it in CA and the dealer offered little support. I had to do all the work to fix the lost documents on my end. To top it off they forgot to send the sales tax to the state (CA) I had to call ask for the money which I received after a month from the purchase date. If I had to do it again I would not purchase with this dealer. I am giving 1 stars because it s below average and received no customer service after the purchase.

Bought a Ram from Paul at TCJDR after a catastrophic engine failure in my old truck. He and the other staff who helped make the deal were very professional and accomodating. They even gave me something in trade for my busted rig. The whole process was easy and we felt confident in the trustworthiness of the dealership. Love my truck and the service department there is outstanding. I highly recommend these guys!

We bought our new Ram 2500 Big Horn at Town Chrysler in Wenatchee. Noah Buchan helped us through the process of choosing the right truck for us and showed us all the Ram 2500 diesel trucks they had. He asked a lot of questions about our needs and plans and never put on any pressure. He also answered our questions and when he did not know the answer he asked someone else for help. He gave us good advice when we asked for his opinion. He showed us used trucks and new trucks and let us drive whatever we wanted. We came away with a very nice Big Horn that fits our needs perfectly and we got a good price with a Factory and Dealer discount. The whole process went very smoothly.The process of buying a new vehicle does not have to be grueling or unpleasant. Noah and the staff showed that perfectly. We have been buying new vehicles since 1990. We rate Town Chrysler and Noah at the top.

The wife and I were looking for something fun and exciting to drive when we spotted a challenger hellcat I the color we loved. After a brief 5 min discussion the decision was made to go a head and purchase it. A few hours and nearly 60k later with keys in our pockets we were on our way home. I just wanted to say the sales team was great I have no complaints at all.Here is the problem a few days have passed the hellcat is great but the communication after the sale not so much no email, phone call or text reaching out to ask how things are going, or even a simple thank you for your purchase thatfor some reason bothers me.

Do not recommend.Bought our truck sight unseen, paying cash. Travis was phenomenal to work with, easy going and the best part of our entire experience.The deal was far more complicated then I have ever experienced. It's not our first time buying a vehicle sight unseen and wiring the money over. They were extremely difficult to deal with when competing the paperwork, refusing to use a fax machine or email. This caused delays, a deal that should have been completed Monday was not complicated until Wednesday.Beyond that, Juan in finance was just abrasive and seemed to have no interest in our concerns or general interest.Salesman Angel was good, got us everything we asked for when it came to photos. He seemed rather inexperienced with deals like ours but was able to make it work.The truck was mostly as described, and overall satisfied, however I will think twice before buying from them again.
