Dispatch was fast and towing guys was very friendly and helpful. Tried to help me diagnose and "fix" my car. Paid a fair price for a tow from Dryden to Wenatchee. And put the in my driveway right where I needed it.Thank you!

We were staying at a cabin way up Plain and needed a jump. Got these guys through our Geico app and unfortunately I didn t get the gentleman s name that came to help us but he was very helpful and friendly. He ended up coincidentally following us to town to get a new battery. Definitely recommend Service: Battery serviceService: Battery service

Friendly and they were prompt. Just wish it were a little cheaper. I understand if they had to travel a ways but if they are close by I dont believe the cost to get my car unlocked should be $80. Realizing this is more my fault then theirs I made spare keys ;)

This gentleman moved two collectors cars from Wenatchee to East Wenatchee for me today and treated them as carefully as if they were his own. Put them exactly, and I mean exactly where I wanted them. Used NCW Towing yesterday (10/13/2020), couldn t be happier with the way I was treated. Arrived in 45 minutes and the driver was friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Would definitely use them again if I ever break down! Thanks chaps!

NCW Towing is the best around. If you're stuck, call these folks first for sure. Customer service was excellent and I didn't have to pay an arm or a leg for the service. (Or a tow...ha!) Bachelorette party gone wrong..NCW definitely came to our rescue! We were from out of town so I struggled getting an address. The gentleman left as soon as he had our approximate address (sent from iMessage location sharing) & was there as soon as he could be! (*** I apologize, I believe the driver's name is David but don't remember for sure!)***We had to make it into a little bit of an adventure. But he was SUCH a good sport! Definitely helps to have someone so understanding come to your rescue!! Thank you so much NCW!

Worst service ever. They were a couple hours later than expected. The driver got lost, then got mad at me. The house numbers are on a big blue sign on the road. Once he got to my car things were going fine, until he looked at the gay bumper stickers on by car. The. He started to get angry and cussing at me. I asked him to be careful while loading at he was popping my front number and he began to tell me me didn t have to take my f*ing vehicle he used f*ing at me at least 5 times. I honestly was not expecting my car to make it in one piece. I have never experienced such rude and disrespectful service.

Chuck and his staff are nothing but professional I've always appreciated the way they operate. His monthly auctions have always been well run and his assistants and description of the vehicles have been very helpful in purchases.

Cheapest place I found for towing in town. Great price compared to the other towing companies. Would use them again if we need another tow in the future.

The guy working here is one of a kind when it comes to helping out. I bout motorcycle from person who lost the title and he literally did everything in his power to help retrieve it. Now I m riding legally thanks to his help

Driving is repugnant at best. Flips people off while backing into oncoming traffic. Get better at your job.
