Summer of 2022 I brought my block, pistons and crank to Jerry's Auto Supply. I wanted them to hone the cylinders and reassemble with new crank bearings, rings and pistons. They also repaired a flat spot on the crank. I thought all was well even though got the block back 4 weeks after I was told It would be ready (this is not the issue). Now a year and a half later I have a hole in the block and the rod cap and bearings from #3 sitting in the oil pan. After speaking with them, I was not billed for any assembly and therefore are claiming no responsibility. So by not charging for the assembly they gave themselves a way out of a potentially poor assembly and improperly torqued bearing cap.

A week ago I purchased an AC compressor. No issues then. The device turned out to be defective. Upon returning the item I was informed that they can not refund or replace it unless I have purchased additional parts the first time. They claimed that these parts are what are needed to flush out the system to prevent further damage to the unit. That is fine and good except for one problem. I was not informed of this the first time. After some back and forth they eventually agreed to forfeit the cost of the part and provide the replacement free of charge. With a catch. If for any reason the secondary device fails I must purchase the additional parts to get the warranty. Fed up with this nonsense I decided to purchase the parts so I can get the warranty. This problem could have been avoided if I was informed that I would need to purchase additional items for the warranty to be valid.Presently, I am about to make my third trip back for one part alone because they are giving me the wrong part despite how clear I am about what I need. I even asked them to look at the old, no-good parts to ensure accuracy. That did not happen. I was informed by my mechanic that his male customers do not have any issues with them. That may or may not play a factor in this mess.If you need to go to Jerry's Auto I highly recommend the one in Chelan, Wa. They are great. This place... Not so much.

This Napa store on S Wenatchee Ave has ordered me the wrong parts on numerous occasions, why I still put faith in them I don t know.

I have a truck that is difficult to find the right parts for. When I went in looking for the right lug nuts the other day 4 of their employees spent 30 minutes brain storming on a solution to my problem when they could have easily brushed me off. I give them credit for doing their best!

Napa has great replacement parts for your vehicles. Unfortunately the merger with Jerrys auto supply was not a successful as they probably envisioned. Customer service has decreased very low. At different occasions I have left dissatisfied and disappointed. My recommendations to this store is they either need to hire competent staffing or they need a better system for ordering/verifying correct parts for your vehicle.

Completely done with Jerry's Auto Supply. Not sure what has made them so incompetent. I ordered a part for my Stihl 85 power blower April 2021. Was told they would call me when it came in. Gave it 3 weeks no call. Called them and was told it would be in on next weeks shipment. waited 2 more weeks no call. Called them again. Threw an old employee under the bus. BS since I talked to several reps. I talked to Rubin 3 weeks later and was told the guy that takes care of the order comes in on Monday. He told me that no one had ordered it. They reordered it for me. Called today after 2 more weeks and was told they would call me back, which they did. Said they had the part. Went in to pick it up and it wasn't even close to what I ordered. No apology, no "how can we make this right". Poorest service in the valley that I have experienced. I have purchased 3 chain saws, 2 blowers and a kombi with attachments along with miscellaneous supplies from this company when it was really Jerry's Auto Supply. But after this experience I will take my business elsewhere. I am a landscaper by trade and I will definitely not recommend this place to others in the future.

Reason why im giving low review is i paid 700 for a head to be rebuild like new they didnt even torque down nothing to spec, everything from the griddle was loose, i had mechanic call me tell me he went over the head and had to pay still more for something i had already left jerrys to do . Dont recommend taking for rebuilds or anything that has to do with a build if they cant do it right the first time.

This place gives amazing customer service, very personable. I'll even come out and help you with many items in issues that you may have with your vehicle. They all seem to be extremely knowledgeable and their craft. An excellent change of pace from a few other places in town it don't seem the care about the customer.

The southend Wenatchee Washington store has a person named Manny that is absolutely one of the best sales associates and all around human beings I've ever met. He is not originally from the US but he has been here for a long time. He'll gladly tell you how much he loves his new home in America. I admire him for his conviction

As a counterman for twenty years in several dealerships. I have dealt with NAPA stores, known the owners. Both as a customer and provider. After moving here to Wenatchee, was hopeful that the same service would be provided. Multiple promises from one of the counterman on more than one occasion leaves me disappointed.

Drove in from Spokane to replace an alternator for my mom's car.i work at spaldSpa auto parts and we did not have a used one available. I called AutoZone in Wenatchee to have an alternator put on hold for me.whrn i got to town they could not find my part, I went to a few big chain parts stores in wenatchee and nothing was available til after the weekend. Went to Jerry's and the alternator was thankfully in stock and 20 dollars cheaper than any other.

Was assisted with buying some car bulbs. Unfortunately one of the bulbs was defective as could be seen through the unopened packaging. Drove back and they replaced them for free without issue.
