You guys are the best. My son has autism and his battery was dead they did a house call and jumped my son's car. I drove it to Les schwab to buy a new battery. They said up to a two hour wait. I Said please he has apt." Can someone please just put a new one in fast, and they did .. Their customer service was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to help My son and I .. way to go

The staff is nice enough. Unfortunately, the corporate policies they have sometimes don't make sense. I had called in advance to see if they could balance the tires on my camper that has dot compliant beadlocks with military tires. Once I got there, they told me that they're not allowed to touch anything with beadlocks. I explained that they don't need to even disassemble the wheels they simply need to unbolt it as a regular wheel and balance it. Since they were the only place in town that had a machine large enough. I gave them a second chance and had them install and balance some tires on a brand new tundra. They shook right from the get-go. After going to another Les Schwab to have them rebalanced, I was told that they don't warranty this. So then I said fine I'll just pay for it and I left the truck and received a call that they could not touch it because it has wheel spacers. Having dealt in the automotive and off-road industry for over 20 years and selling and installing thousands of wheel spacers, this is just ridiculous.

The customer service is basically nonexistent. I had a car that had a lot of problems and I kept going to Les Schwab to get it fixed and each time they never found the actual problem with the car. Also, the credit got maxed out and the last time I went there to pick up the car the guy literally threw my keys on the counter and told me that they can t find out what was wrong. The older lady that works there is very rude and hostile. She called me yesterday about my account and I tried explaining to her that I m now a part of the national debt relief program and that I m making 2 payments a month to bring down my debt. She said then asked if I was going to bring the merchandise back and I asked her what do you mean? And she said well you can t just take our merchandise without paying and I told her what the national debt relief people told me to say and she said well we don t do that here I ll just send it to collections and I tried to talk to her more but she hung up on me. I ve never experienced this kind of customer service before and I will never be finding back to them. They say they re professionals but they re just another place that overcharges their services. Everyone I ve talked to said that the older lady is rude to everyone and no one does anything about it.

Was waiting there for 3 hours just have them say they couldn't put 2 snow tires on *which i was purchasing from them* wish they could of told me in the beginning instead of waisting my time, never going there again.

Have always been met with respect and courtesy work has always been done efficiently and as quickly as possible. There are less expensive places, but with cars you get what you pay for. And personally I don't mind spending a little more for quality customer service.

The service was excellent. Everyone is friendly and honest and stand behind their work. My breaks needed to be replaced, and I was out of there in one hour. I buy my tires there also, and I've always been treated well. They never tried to charge me for something I didn't need. I tell everyone to go there if they want good honest service.

We as customers I found out are paying high price for their service because they send their employees to Hawaii, and giving them full benefits on our dime.I went in for a flat repair and walked out with $197.00 bill because they said my wheel had a hairline crack. No other choice because they wouldn't put my tire back on my rim. It was a three month slow leak.They came at me with one choice with an estimate in hand for a $157.00 steel snow rim that Discount Tire sells for $57.00 with a $22.00 installation with lifetime structural warranty. Also Discount Tire DOES NOT CHARGE YOU FOR THE VALVE STEM THEY CHARGE $8.99 per stem.I have been a valued customer of Les Schwab for over 7 years, but not any more after I contacted the store manager and their headquarters in Oregon and they couldn't give me even the valve stem free!So I advise everyone to price check your tire and rim purchase before you buy.Also the Les Schawb family sold the company to someone else. They are not the same as when Les Schawb or his family owned it. -10

Best customer service I've experienced. We had a flat on our RV and everywhere we went said they were closing even though their websites said otherwise. We called and they stayed open for us. Now we can go enjoy our vacation. Thanks soo much!!

The good: The person that helped me in the commercial truck area was very nice.The bad: He informed me that they can no longer install carry-in tires, even new ones on farm equipment. They didn t have the tire I needed so I purchased at different vendor and because this store was closer, I thought I d give them the business. I figured they would just have an extra fee to cover not buying the tire there, which I would have gladly paid.

Called and made an appt for the next day to have my brakes and a few other concerns checked. They took my car back right at the scheduled time. Definitely need new brakes and they didn't find anything else of concern. They offered to try to get the brakes done the same day but they had to find the parts elsewhere, or they could order the parts and schedule a different day to do the service. I opted for ordering and scheduling for a couple days later. All done in less than an hour. Very friendly and helpful!

Honored thier warranty and replaced my blown out tire for free. They accidentally broke off one of my tire studs but fixed it for free as well. Staff was great and only had to wait an hour and half for it to get done.

Again, I want to commend the East Wenatchee Les Schwab Tire Center for their fantastic service. Late this afternoon, I called this store and Alma answered all my questions and then some!!! I am a teacher and I know it is a busy time to ask for a tire change after hours. As before, she not only accommodated my requests but fit me in after another appointment in Wenatchee, WA., so I wouldn't have to make two trips to town. I live several miles from this store and have found all of the staff here to be so thoughtful and kind. It is wonderful to have a business like this to be part of a community. Thank you for all your help over the years! Since I was a child, my father used Les Schab Tires and when I lived on a farm several years we also used this company. As long as I have a car, I will also carry on this tradition. My children use Les Schwab Tires! Three generations and growing! Blessings to all of you!

We got a flat tire while parked in the Costco parking lot in front of Costco's tire bays. Costco could not help us. 9 minutes later Les Schwab was there to help. They filled our flat with air and we followed them to Les Schwab and a few minutes later our tire was fixed and we were on our way. Our food was still cold in the trunk on a warm day. Les Schwab will continue to get our business!

Excellent service! We purchased a new battery from them and not even two months later our car kept dying. We brought our vehicle in as we suspected battery issue, and. The team their inspected it and confirmed it was a faulty batter. They replaced it and no cost to us. We always get our tires from them and recommend family to go as well. Have never had any unpleasant issue with their business.. Thank goodness!

They took a couple tractor tires and 6 tractor trailer tires that came with the place That I didn't know what to do with. They only have so much space so you need to schedule dropping them off. There's different prices for different sizes and if they are on wheels. I found I could come in the back off Baker St. No grant road hassle during busy traffic.

Made an appt 2 weeks ahead of time for what I thought would be a quick tire swap but ended up waiting 4+ hours. I understand you guys may be busy but also what's the point of making an appt if you don't prioritize me first? Not satisfied at all and won't be coming back.

Debbie in customer service is always happy and friendly on the phone. Her voice is welcoming, she listens intently, and tries to problem solve thoroughly. I ve been coming here over 20 years!

This by far is the best store out of the area. I live an hour away but I am always willing to drive to them at their East Wenatchee store. Their customer service is second to none.We ordered wheels and tires for my truck last Thursday and happened to come in the afternoon of the following Tuesday. That was my only day off for the next 22 days.Javier and his crew started working on it immediately when I arrived around 4:30pm even though they close at 6pm. They stayed after hours to complete my job! Most places wouldn't have even touched my truck that late or strictly required an appointment for some other day. They did all of this work without a single frown on their face or any disgust about staying at work when not needed to.These guys are willing to do what it takes to get your vehicle in order! All the work was done correct the first time and made my truck look fantastic. I will gladly keep doing business with them and recommend you to do so as well.

I dropped off my car at 7:30 am for them to put my winter tires on my current wheels. It s now at 4:17pm and they still haven t work on my car yet. This is crazy that I have to waited this long. When I arrived this morning, there was like only about a dozen cars in the parking lots. I assume my car should already be working on by now. Last year I went to discount tires with same deal no appointment just walked in right before they open and I was only there for like 4.5 hours long not like here. This is ridiculous. I will not coming back here again. Extremely slow services. Customer don t have that kind of time to be waiting that long anymore nowadays. This is why I m rating this place a 1 star.

Always get great results and fair pricing.Last visit however one of the staff that was working that night yelled from the carports that freaking people need to stop coming in so late. I got there 70 minutes before closing, I get its hot and you been working all day and want to go home, but that just seems rude and very unprofessional

My trailer broke down on the road and came in this evening for wheel, tire and hub repair needed in an emergency. Unfortunately there wasn t one in stock but Mac came out and started calling a few places to find a hub and we found one in across the river. I was very fortunate to have Mac take the time to take care of me to get my trailer back on the road today. If it wasn t for Mac and the guys on the commercial side doing whatever it takes I would of been stuck for a couple of days. Thank you for going above and beyond. Im very grateful to have these guys when I came in and I wanted to let your management and other people know what good service I received today!Andy

Had my rear tire a little bit under the regular psi and said that they couldn t put air in the tire because it was totally flat the guy told me to go and I could get it under the warranty. The guy from the front desk is told me I had to buy a new one that it was my fault. Never buying from les shwab again Didn t even have my tires for 1 year it was like 7 month and had put less than 7,000 miles on them. The guy was rude, we get tires so they can last, we trust this company and they don t help .
