I've bought many tires over the years from various stores, but I must say that the Les Schwab in Wenatchee stands out as the best. Recently, I got snow-rated tires for my Jeep, and I'm really impressed. They're quiet and perform exceptionally well in the snow. The customer service is phenomenal; the staff is always friendly, helpful, and patiently answers all my questions. I particularly appreciate the convenience of driving up to a bay for a quick tire pressure check. If you're in the market for tires, I highly recommend the Les Schwab in Wenatchee.

Got a flat this afternoon with my kids and dog and Les Schwab sent a very kind and helpful gentleman out, I wish I could remember his name , he pumped up the tire and followed me to the shop and got it in right away and 15 minutes later it was fixed! I'm so impressed. They even let my dog come in while we waited and my girls really enjoyed the popcorn and vending machines. They thought it was so cool they asked if we could go back again sometime.

We found ourselves in Wenatchee with a funky trailer bearing pack. It was only a few hours away from a holiday weekend and we were stressed! The folks at Les Schwab fixed us up, also checking the other bearing pack as well. A very fine experience. We would not hesitate to go back.

This business runs like a fine machine, efficient hustling employees truly represent how successful company's run. Returning customers who need some air in tires are serviced immediately without any real interruption of schedule tire installs . Price service and caring staff for clients who are waiting makes a huge difference.

Blew a trailer tire in between Coulee City and Waterville at 2am. Tom helped me get a tire an hour and a half before store opened to help keep my time critical cargo alive (live crawfish). Great customer service!

I took 2 snowblower tires to Les Schwab. My snowblower rims wouldn't hold the tire in the bead of the rim. Les Schwab managed to clean the rims and set the tire on the bead, they held air pressure. I came in to collect my wheels. The service person informed me that there is no charge. With all the troubles with those tires, I would have paid to have everything replaced. Thank you Les Schwab!

The service was fantastic! I was only rolling through town and happened to notice that my tire had a large gash through it. I swung by and connected with a gentleman named Martin ( I believe ), he was super helpful, insightful and managed to get me in right away for a new tire. The service only took 1 hour and then I was on my way! Thank you for the help.

My buddies battery went bad and it was from Les Schwabs and only 2 years old. They wouldn't honor the warranty because he didn't have the receipt.

Story time: approximately 8 months ago I was running errands in Wenatchee and received a flat. I took my truck in and Les Schwab was packed. I told them I believed I had run over a nail and wanted to see if it could be patched. My tires were less than 6 months old and had ample tread left. It turned out the branch was packed with a ton of cars also with nails in their tires. (Someone must have tossed nails out on Wenatchee avenue that day) After a 4 hour wait, I asked what was going on with my truck. I was informed they not only did not look for a nail, they had already thrown the tire away and lost track of it in the pile. They backed me into a corner of needing to purchase a new tire or not have a way to get home without providing the service I'd asked for.Immediately after getting the new tire I had a slow leak on said new tire. I took it back in to have them troubleshoot the cause or replace the tire. After more than 3 hours of waiting, they gave my truck back with rotated tires and said they forgot to look at it for a leak and now had lost track of which tire it was in the rotation I didn't ask for. Another 3 hours wasted. They were about to close and wouldn't have time to figure it out. Days later it became apparent my slow leak was now the rear driver side tire.I took it back in and waited again for over 3 hours. I was informed that my tires were all bad except for one. And that they could not give me my truck back unless I bought new tires. I asked how my tires could be "no good", they said they were "completely bald". I immediately called B.S. as the tires were about 6 months old, I had just looked at them that day and knew how much tread they had (Like new). Also, they'd just been seen by Les Schwab employees days before and were fine. They argued and I said let me see the tires. They responded they had already thrown them away and wouldn't be able to sort them out in the pile.I was not allowed to take my truck until I purchased new tires all around for it. The slow leak was never fixed and I have not had ability to return to get my tires looked at. Instead I have been filling up at a gas station 2-3 times per week and driving pine canyon on an under inflated tire. I commute 2 hours per day and have been late to work because of Wenatchee Les Schwab's failure to do a simple task as asked or replace the problem that they caused in the first place.I am a Federal Wildland Firefighter and Marine Veteran who has been taken advantage of. I live in Waterville and work 1200 hours of overtime in a summer, so wasting 4 hours at a tire shop 3 times basically takesup all the free time I have in a month. Let me tell you, nothing beats the feeling of coming back from a 2-3 week assignment out of state working 16 hour days and sleeping on the ground, knowing that my bed is just an hours drive away and then seeing that my brand new tire is yet again completely flat. I am writing this out of frustration this morning as I am stranded at home with a flat, missing a prescribed fire and overtime at work today. I have called both Wenatchee and East Wenatchee Les Schwab this morning and no one has answered or returned my call after leaving voicemails.I don't normally write bad reviews calling people out, but this entire situation has been unreasonable and unpleasant and costly to me from the start. I have had a Les Schwab account for 15 years and have used branches all over parts of multiple states. Wenatchee is the only one I have had any issue with and for 6 years living in the area, I have had an issue almost every time. From them telling me my brakes are fine when they are actually down to the rotor, to trying to charge me 3x what the next place will for simple jobs to just plain poor customer service and unwillingness to listen to their customers.

Lied and said they patched my tire. Nail was still in my tire, no patch done. Found out when I drove to Canada for a trip and the tire shop there said no patch done and nail still in tire. Normally never do bad reviews but I hate liars and they put me at risk for a tire blowout while driving a far distance. Very disappointed as I thought they had really done me well. Spent good money on tires at this company only to be super disappointed.

First I tried scheduling an appointment and they said they were booked out until mid May. It wasn t until I said I would also need to purchase some tires when their schedule opened up and was able to get scheduled within a day or two. Went to Les Schwab today in Wenatchee and they tried convince me my sensors were out on my tires and I needed to replace them. It was going to be around $300 extra. I had just got sensors maybe 4 years ago and I couldn t believe they were out. I said no and told them I would take my tires somewhere else. The service guy came back and said oh it actually looks like your sensors are fine after all, they were in sleep mode whatever that means. I feel like they are constantly trying to scam people and I m probably not going to continue doing business with them. At least here in Wenatchee anyway

Slooooooooow service, I was told that my car well be fixed in about two hours. ... I have been here for like almost 5 hours...and my car is still outside of the garage.... Whaaat?... Maybe it's just me but this sucks.... and goood thing that I'm not a kid anymore. .. otherwise u only will read bad words.

These guys are great! My family and I were supposed to be leaving bright and early on a long road trip, so of course the tire goes flat and wont hold air. I took it in to Les Schwab who got me in right away. Turns out that Despite the good selection of tires and wheels they had in stock, the manufacture of my car went above and beyond to make it really difficult to go through anyone other than them, and the nearest wheel was 5-7 days away!! That was not going to work. I needed a new wheel fast if there was any chance I was going to make our destination on time! The guys at Les Schwab said they would do whatever they could to help me out, and they weren t kidding! Within a couple hours, one of the guys called me with all kinds of reasonable options! They even called junk yards for me just in case I wanted to get a used one to hold me over! That s customer service! -It s worth noting that when they get busy, these guys literally start running instead of letting their lines get longer which makes sense, but it s rare you see that these days. Employees were running here and there with smiles on their faces; it felt like ALL the employees genuinely cared about customer satisfaction; it s quite a sight to behold.

We have always had great experiences with Les Schwab. We took our Toyota in for a tire rotation. The employee who, I guess worked on it, came in and a bit frazzled telling us that our vehicle wasn't running right. That it stalled and would stay running. I was concerned because I had just had a bunch of work done in it the day before. My husband went out and drive it around the parking lot without a problem. I drove it out to where I had the work done, as I said the day before. They went over everything and found no problems. I have driven it to Winthrop and back with no problems. I feel it was a bit unprofessional to say the least.

I have had a lot of work done on my car at les schwab in wenatchee and i have to say that Ive always had great experiences there. I especially wanna give a huge Thank You to Josh (dont know last name), who works in the shop. He has always been very up front and honest about what my car needs or dont need. I appreciate him so much for that! Hes very professional! So Thank you Josh!

Everyone that works at this place is amazing! I took a trip to Wenatchee to buy a bulldog. I didn t realize the conditions in the pass were frosty, and it was unsafe to drive back through with my family with the tires I had. The place was packed to the gills, and no other tire shops would schedule us. They were willing to stay over to change my tires to help get me and my family home safely and it was BUSY! I sat, waited and whitenessed perfection. These guys & girls were working like nascar pit crews. The girls up front were so friendly, knew their products and allowed us to bring our farting bulldog in the building. I cannot say enough about the integrity, and work ethic of everyone in that place! You all ran the place like a well oiled machine! I cannot thank you all enough.

We arrived with a flat tire, and were greeted by Marshall. He was able to make the repair and put us back on the road in 30 minutes, completely turning our day around with his capable hands and incredible customer service. We re glad we ended up at Les Schwab, and grateful for the service we received. What a wonderful experience!

On a recent visit to Wenatchee, I had a tire go flat. After having the dealership check my tires, I was told I needed to replace all my tires. The person on the phone at LS was super helpful and recommended the Reputations Mozama tires for my Toyota 86. I cannot be more pleased with the performance of these tires. They are better than the original tires that came on my car when I purchased it new in 2017. The road noise is significantly reduced, the ride is smoother and I feel much safer driving in the rain. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They got me in and out in an unexpected great time frame.

Had studded wheels installed for upcoming winter season. Left vehicle at 0745, collected at 1700. Other tires covered and placed in back of van. Recommend their service.

Last fall I went out to my brand new car after work only to find I had a screw in one of my tires and it was completely flat. It was already 5:00pm and I knew I didn't have time to change it myself and get it in to be repaired. I called Les Schwab and the sent Ryan right out to help me. He was there in 10-15 minute. Got my spare on in no time. I drove right to Les Schwab and he fixed my flat for me right away. Ryan was so awesome helping me! The whole thing was done before 6:00. The flat repair was free too. I was so grateful for their fast and friendly service!

Had an appointment at 11am for my brakes and alignment. They told me it would take 2hrs. It took all day. They completed the job at 6pm. NEVER apologize. I told them I had to go to work. I even called the night before to be sure it would be a 2 hour job. I had to call my work and tell them I couldn't make it. Why tell me it's only going to take 2 hours? Why lie? This is very bad service. A 2 hour job turned into 7 hours. How do you even begin to explain this. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Then I get in my truck to go home, there was grease on my seats and on my door.
