No other place could get me in for my winter tire changeover. They got me right in and provided excellent, fast service. My tire sensor kept going off, so I wanted them to check it. They very well could have lied to me and told me that I needed a new one. But they didn't, they told me that there was nothing wrong with it that my air pressure was just low due to winter. Not sure why they're getting negative reviews. But the two times I've been there, It has been nothing but positive. And even though prices have gone up everywhere, they honored the price that I paid last year. They will continue to get my business! And I highly recommend them. I went to the Wenatchee location.

The staff at Kevin s Tire shop were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. They assessed my tire needs accurately and guided me towards the best option for my vehicle, without trying to upsell unnecessary products. Their expertise and professionalism left me feeling confident in their recommendations.

Kevin's tire service was absolutely amazing in every way! They met us at the shop and changed our tire in record time and the price was very competitive. I would recommend Kevin's tire service to anyone anytime. Their staff was absolutely 100% professional and kind and it's very refreshing to be treated the way that they treated us. Thank you.

This place is amazing! We had a flat tire on our RV and our spare was not in good shape. We pulled into this place 20 minutes before they closed on a Sunday (and they were the only tire shop open in town!). They were extremely friendly, took us right in, and even helped stop traffic when we were trying to exit onto a busy road. You do not find a genuinely friendly and professional service like this as commonly as you use to. Thank you all at Kevin s Tires for helping us on our way!

Disappointed. 930 appointment. No one there. Get a call at 10. The tires that they ordered on Monday won't be until 1. Can I come back? No, I have a job.First off. The guy at their warehouse? The number that came up was the number I have been calling for the last week. 2nd shouldn't have my tires been there before my appointment? Won't go back. Irritated Les schwab here I come.

Can't give it zero stars or I would. Completely unprofessional, overpriced and just an all around bad scene. Spend your money at a place that isn't just a hang out spot for a bunch of shady characters.

Horrible experience! I thought I would give this business a try. I had purchased a pair of tires privately to have mounted. The gal in the office was nice, but the guy she asked about mounting them acted like it was too much trouble to mount them. He quoted me $35 bucks apiece for them! When I asked why, he said "they were a specialty tire". Give me a break, really! They were 255/50/17 in size, that have been around since the 70's! Some of the tires these days are huge 22" rims with no sidewall at all! I went down the street and mount & balanced BOTH for $40 bucks!

I come here every year. I spend 400 on new tires. In the three years I have come here, at least one tire valve stem is always bad forcing me to have to take brand new tires in a week after purchase. I have also find that every time I get tires here, because I am an American, I am helped last every time.I'm patient, but not OK w service like this. I watch car after car pull in and they get tires, but I gotta wait till they are all served. The gal at the counter is nice. Or I'd give them no stars. Just go to a real tire company, don't support small businesses like these. I won't ever go back. I've spent at least 1300 here and not happy to be a regular.

First time I went here I bought a 13 inch tire. The guy was changing it and in the process, made a funny face. Like something wasn't right.I didn't think much of it and a week later, I notice a huge bubble on the side of my new tire. Needless to say it needed repaired.A year later I give them another shot I just needed two tires pulled off the rims. Been waiting for them to do it for over an hour now.It's like they won't give me the time of day cuz I'm white and don't speak good Spanish.Getting really frustrated. Won't ever be coming back.

Worst experience ever. Sold me display rims after we payed for new ones. Said they were on back order. Then the tps didn't work on my car had to pay over 400 to get new ones. From a real tire shop. Found the same rims online for half the price he sold them to me for. Highly disappointed.

Great prices and service! I was very impressed that they fixed my tire when I had a flat...I had taken it to another well known dealer just 2 days prior and they failed to find the nail and fix it permanently. I took it to Kevin's thinking I would have to buy another and was pleased when they not only fixed it but at no cost!!!

Really aggressive owner. Gets angry and flys off the handle. I wouldn't risk going there because you might get assaulted if you say the wrong thing. The worst part is, as a business owner they should be the calm voice when a situation comes up and that's just not the case. I wish them luck, but I won't be back

I would not give this place my business ever again. I had a motorcycle tire mounted by them and was charged $35. It took all of 5 minutes and was done backwards requiring it to be done again. The next time I took it elsewhere and it was done right for $10 the first time. Just recently I was quoted $40 per tire to install studs at one of their stores and $50 per tire at another location. Les Shwab quoted $15.50 per tires! Overpriced and poor service!

Best tire shop ever. Been coming here for 9 years and they are the best price and service. I highly recommend these guys, they are amazing.

We stopped in when the tire pressure monitor fired on my brand new car. They were super friendly, fixed our pressure and sent us on our way in 5 minutes with no charge.

This was the second time I brought my tires to this shop only for them to tell me he can't fix the leak so I asked if he could at least mount some tires on my lawn mower wheels and he said they were to small, it seems they always have a reason why they can't help you but are quick to sell you a new tire so don't go here they are a joke and that same day I found another local shop that fixed all 3 tires and mounted the 2 small tractor tires

They helped me get rid of 10 truck tires and wheels we moved into a home with about 50 tires. Only have a few left thanks to Les Schwab and Kevin's

Ended up with a flat tire during 4th of July weekend in Leavenworth. Thankfully, Kevin s was open and drove down to Wenatchee. But the patch only lasted an hour and I still had to call AAA for service. Pretty disappointing.

Wouldn't mount tires because they were not bought from his store. Wouldn't blame the guy he looked like he didn't know much about tires or automobiles. Probly didn't know how to do the job and was afraid to say so.

These guys are fast and priced better than the chains. Ten times better than Schwab who tries to sell you even when you just want air

Bought a set of brand new tires a week ago, since then they have already gone flat four times. Worst experience with new tires ever, I will not be going back ever, and if u like full tires I would not recommend you go there either

They give you their undivided attention. They aren't pushy and when a mistake happens they own it. My first choice for tires.
