I am the owner of an appliance repair service in Portland, Oregon. Due to an accident that I was involved in with my 2015 ram pro master city, my service van. I desperately needed to find a replacement vehicle based on settlement money that my insurance company agreed to pay me based on the value of it, to get a replacement vehicle. I searched far and wide between Portland, Oregon, Salem, Oregon, and surrounding vicinity s . Unfortunately, vehicles like mine that were my year and in some cases even had more miles on them than my original one, they were asking way too much money for. I decided to start looking out of state, and came across JJ s auto sales in Wenatchee Washington. They had a beautiful 2018 ram pro master city model that was being sold at a good value, and looked like was in good shape. Christina, Michael, Shane, and the staff at JJ s auto sales were fantastic. I have never purchased a vehicle site unseen. They were very helpful in sending me all the pictures, everything I needed to know about it, and even drove it over to an independent mechanic to check it out for me. They were patient, understanding, and cooperative, because this transaction did take a little bit of time. But we finally got it done. For having to deal with buying a vehicle out of state, JJ s auto sales was one of the most professional, and pleasant experiences, dealing with an auto dealership I ve had. And when I did receive the vehicle, it was everything, and in some cases even better than I could ve imagined. My thanks to Christina and the entire staff at JJ s auto sales for this wonderful experience. I have a great vehicle, And it will be an excellent service van. I highly recommend JJ s auto sales for anybody in Washington, and Oregon, looking for a good quality used vehicle.

Jj's auto sales is a great local car dealership, they treat you with respect, help you find your next great vehicle and apply no pressure while taking your questions and finding all the information you need. My boyfriend and I purchased a car from JJ's a week ago and we were told that it had just had a tune up and it was safe to drive and the car had no issues. Well the second time we turned the car on it started smoking and there was a leak somewhere. Sounds pretty safe to you guys? We call them tell them the issues, and luckily they are willing to fix the vehicle we bought from them that had "no issues" free of charge. And on top of that we were told by one of the mechanics that they usually don't do fixes free of charge, even if the reason the car needs fixing is because they didn't do their job right the first time. Jj's also doesn't sell warrants with the vehicles they sell which makes a lot of sense now. I hope this helps anyone thinking about buying from JJ's Auto Sales

These folks not only lie to creditors to obtain funding, some call that fraud, they lie to their customers and ask their customers to lie. They take money after permission is revoked, and sell vehicles that drive good for a couple weeks and then start showing signs of severe previously undisclosed and hidden issues. They have 3 stars for a reason, and I can definitely see that going down.Edited to respond:You absolutely lie to your customers, and now to this reading this because you did not offer a warranty, and additionally lied to your creditors that I had paid a down payment that I hadn t (that same down payment you mention above that you took out well after we agreed and then being informed that I would bring in cash) and lied to the creditors about how much I pay for rent, which I corrected. All of this has record, that s what I don t understand you guys think you can outsmart the recorded proof? Tell Javier to get back to using a wrench, and to get rid of Michael if he wants to have a decent name.You are doubling down on your lies and it s disgusting and embarrassing, you have this rating for a reason, and maybe you shouldn t look at the customers as the issue and maybe look in the mirror, at the common denominator. I like the way JJ's treats me and my family. Always super friendly and knowledgeable about what I am looking for.Customer service is hard to find these days and I feel we should be willing to share our great experiences rather than be so quick to bash a business or person just because things didn't go the way "we" thought or hoped for. The customer service at JJ's is always on point and as a consumer, I truly appreciate that.Stop in and see one of the hardest working families in town and get yourself a car that best suits your needs. Please read full post -1st day - What a great experience at jjs auto sales!!!! T�mo the car salesman was such a gentlemen and not to mention very well knowledged on all the inventory. I recommend this place because of the easy financial options3rd day- I hope that the problem with the vehicle will be fixed since I wasn't aware of any and was told there were no issues. I text my salesman to let him know that there is an issue with it jolting. However I know should have been more diligent especially when told several times that there's no warranty which now makes me rethink my decision. This vehicle was to help me aid in taking my elderly clients to doctors appointments and so on. Not a good experience

Bought the suv 3 weeks ago. They were supposed to fix some issues and nothing has been fixed!!! Detail job, all they did was vacuum and wipe the surfaces ( was not detailed) as for the smell in the car which should have came out when they did the detail, all they did was put this awful smelling smell pads to disguise the smell.They did not rotate the tires like they said they did, got it verified at les schwabs that they didn t. Was supposed to have someone stitch up the seat, never got done, back window doesn t work they haven t even called to get that fixed.Don t trust the company nor the salesperson Temo! Don t get their insurance, don t trust their Mike Wolfe mechanics!!! Shady company and people!!!!! All liars

I would like to thank this dealership for helping me in getting a car loan to de able to finance a vehicle that I was searching for so long, I thank God for that. L service no one was there when I clearly said what day I was coming in to get a car and no one was there to help or service and not to mention I ve called 4-5 times and no response I even called at different hours of the day to make sure they weren t on lunch or whatever still no response L dealership don t come

Bought a car recently from JJs. The price was comparable to and better than most of the prices for the same car around the state given condition and history. It s always up to the consumer to research their vehicle of interest and know what to look for and what questions to ask. Javier was very forthcoming in answering my questions and happy to let me inspect the car in any way I could. He pulled it up on the showcase ramp so I could get underneath. Used car purchasing is always a crapshoot, but as for the shopping experience, I enjoyed working with the people at JJs and would recommend giving JJs a try. As far as I can tell, they are decent honest people and easy to work with. Good luck in your car shopping!!

My husband and I bought a car here on June 7th and the salesman said he had checked all the fluids but after a week all of the lights on the dash started lighting up like a Christmas tree. We stopped driving it after the check engine light came on and made an appointment with an auto center.There they said that the fluids were never checked and that along with many other things the head gaskets needed to be replaced. I guess we should have paid more attention to the salesman when he said he hadn't checked the head gaskets because I'm sure he had and already knew they had to be replaced.Now, we are into the repairs and are paying just about as much as we paid for the car in repairs. Lesson learned, we won't be making this mistake again and purchasing a car here.

My husband and I just recently got a car from Jjs the car looked and sounded perfect INTELL 30 minuets after purchasing the car we smelt oil burning turns out the head gasket was leaking on to the muffler and that s what was causing the burning smell! We contacted the sales agent that sold it to us and when we told him the problem he was nasty and rude and HUNG UP ON US ! I then told him to have his boss contact me , 10 minuets later his boss contacted me and told us we could have our down payment down which was $2000 the next morning we showed up bright and early to get our money back sales agent was there and STILL being nasty he had a attitude by the way the sales agents names in (Daylon harn) Turns out they new about the head gasket leaking and where supposedly waiting for the buyers to notice ?!? Like really come on MAN?! Anyways we ended up on getting our money back thank god I would rather buy a car off of craigslist then this junky ass car lot !!!!

I would not put a star if it let me. This is the worst dealer ship in Wenatchee they sold me and my sister a car with a lot of issues and every time we tried to get it fixed by There own mechanics they made it worse. They couldn't even figure out what was wrong with it and we took it more then 4 times and made use waste haundreds of dollars. How I sees it they are rip offs don't get a car here and don't trust there mechanics. Had to take the car to another mechanic shop just for them to tell me straight up that the car was junk.

I got my Ranger from them. And they treated me so well that I brought one of my good friends to them and he left with a great deal. And very happy. These are one of the good guys in town

Would give more stars if i could!! Never thought i could qualify for a car loan, these guys really went above and beyond and got me into an awesome vehicle. Would most definately recommend to anyone. These guys rock!!

Horrible they lie lie lie just to sell a car I bought a Chevy equinox lt awd 4 cylinder even told them what was wrong with it and still didn t fix it then I ended up having to put a power steering in not even 2 months And a catalytic converter and then about 6 months later the transmission went out now I m stuck with a 8k low and no car I spent more on parts than the car was worth
