I m a single older woman who had car trouble and needed a mechanic. I was referred to JJ Complete Auto Repair and I am thoroughly impressed! I was treated fairly, with respect, and I was given clear expectations on what was needed and how long it would take to fix my issue. I was given a quote and a break down of what was needed, and the cost! Great customer service! I will refer to all my friends! I felt confident in who was working on my car and that I was in good hands!

Worst mechanic experience I have EVER seen. My son was over in Wenatchee visting friends and had trouble with his car. It was towed to JJ's where they attempted to gouge him $500 for a battery change and an oil change. Never in my life have I heard of a business overcharging by several hundred dollars for something as simple as those two fixes.Turns out they told him that the battery change would fix the problem and it didn't. They didn't look into the issue, they didn't hook it up to their computers to find out the problem, they just saw a 19-year-old that they thought they could take advantage of.My son got his money back after they tried to swindle him and even the tow truck driver we got to take it to a better shop said "Oh yeah, JJ's has a reputation for doing that kind of thing."Horrible customer service, uneducated mechanics, and a real criminal business style. Disgusting.

I was very impressed with the way JJ's Auto got me in and fixed my car the same day. My radiator hose came off and my car died literally right in front of their shop. So I went over and asked if they could get my car fixed and they did, and it was done right and for a fair price. I really appreciate the fact that they got me in quickly, and fixed my car for a reasonable price. I would definitley recommend them for car service if your looking for excellence customer service!!

Went in for the first time last week to ask about a service, which ended up being a dealer-only sort of thing. Person I spoke to was very friendly, however, and was genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed. I can't speak for their actual mechanical service yet, but if you need somewhere that can take care of your BMW or Audi, give them a shot.

I hate going to auto repair shops because I've been taken advantage of before. These guys were great! They told me they might have to replace two parts so I was ready to deal out a bunch of money, but they called and said they only had to replace one. Took my 2014 SUV to get a oil leak fixed that the dealership(stealership) said would cost 1500.00 not including tax and sensors. JJ's did amazing work. Will definitely be returning for anything else that needs to be done

We had a great experience with this shop!Our 2005 Ford Ranger truck needed a new engine. We had got a few estimates around town and they beat all of them. The first engine he ordered had bad compression. He pulled it out and ordered a new one. No extra charges for his extensive work. It runs perfectly and we ve not had any issues.We ve been so impressed we re taking another vehicle in to fix the air conditioner tomorrow.Thank you JJs!Service: Engine repair

I had an issue with my Jeep that needed to be fixed ASAP before a cross-country move. I called Jose at JJs, and not only did he fix my issue within the day- he did it within a few hours! Prices are very reasonable, and their customer service can't be beat! Very highly recommended.

Falsely diagnosed the problem with my car. Told me it would cost over a thousand dollars to repair. Did not call me or order the part. My car sat for 3 weeks with no work done. Ended up towing it to the dealership. The issue ended up being a faulty battery cable that cost a little over $100 to repair and was done in 2 days. I would never recommend this place.

Javier (the owner of JJ's) was the most helpful mechanic I have ever encountered. I got estimates from 3 different places and his was the best price and he only told me what I truly needed. He even educated me and showed me where and how the parts worked so that I understood what he was doing and felt more confident in the work being done. He is a very kind, honest and knowledgeable man who got everything done in a timely manner. In fact I needed the work done in a very short notice and he stayed open late just so he could squeeze me into his busy schedule! My car runs very smoothly now! I highly recommend him to anyone needing repairs, a tune up or even just an oil change. I will definitely be going back to him for anything I ever need in the future.

Rip offs. Wanted to charge me $700. for a fuel pump I got for $80. Said needed new motor etc.to fix my power window. Guy I know fixed it with $7.in parts from Amazon. Wouldn't suggest the place

Good service at good prices! Had a rotational vibration/sound and they diagnosed it as Lower ball joint and wheel bearing. Replaced both for a fair price and quickly. It's been fine for the last 600 miles so far (knock on wood). Will use them again in the future!

Took my Ford Explorer in after trying a different place and them turning me away for a different date. These guys offered to look at it on the phone, and once I got there my poor truck called it caput. Pushed it into the shop and they fixed it up perfectly for fairly cheap. Amazing service, friendly people, and great mechanics. Definitely a recommend.

I've been going to JJ's for the last 6 months or more. He's got about the best price for an oil change anywhere; plus he'll do all the normal servicing and top offs. Super nice guy, laid back. He does a good business, naturally he's usually busy in the evenings so best to make an appointment with him a day or two ahead.

I had the unfortunate circumstance of some low-life human being pour honey/syrup into my gas tank. When I took it into the shop I had no idea that was the cause of it not being able to start. Jose immediately called to let me know what the issue was and since I worked nearby I walked to the shop so he could show me the damage. He assured me it would be fixable and that it could be ready by the end of the day. I was able to pick up my car right after work fully fixed. I appreciated the service and work they did, especially knowing they had to drain all the gas and clean inside the gas tank which I imagine was a painful task to do. I highly recommend going to these guys. Great service and reliability.

I took my vehicle to JJ's last year for the first time. I was very pleased with his friendly and professional attitude. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I don't have to worry about "ifs" or have to listen to any excuses for not getting the job done in a timely matter. Very dependable.Thank You Javier.

Best experience and amazing service. My family and I came up for a weekend trip to Wenatchee. Our truck broke down, and we were stranded. We called all sorts of shops. But they were rude, or asked WAY too much to fix our truck. We called JJ's and spoke with Jose. He told us to come in, right away. We got to the shop. They got our truck in immediately. Fixed it up, and got us on the road! I am so thankful, and will recommend JJ's to any and everyone. By far the best service!! It's a family owed shop, who treated us as if we were their own!Thank you all SO SO SO much! My family and I would have been stranded, if it wasn't for y'all !!!

J J's auto repair is a great family business! I appreciate that they are always honest and kind when I need advice. A different , very reputable company wanted to do over $1,200.00 worth of repairs on my car. Thankfully I took it to J J's, he put it on the rack, helped me to prioritize what my car needed and I spent 1/3 of the other companies quote. About a week ago I purchased a vehicle, took it to J J's and he put it up on the rack. He called me down and spent about 20 minutes explaining to me what was going on, what I needed, didn't need and how to do things on my own to save money (ie new battery). I just sent my dad there and Javier helped in get the best deal on quality breaks in town!!! It helped save my dad a few hundred dollars. I am grateful to this company and I recommended them to ALL of my family and friends! Go See J J !

The mechanics at JJs keep my 2004 Mazda Van up and running. They fix what is needed, and at a reasonable price. They take care of our families trucks and cars. We have a 69 El Camino which JJs always tunes just right. These guys are always helpful and easy to talk to.

Liar and thief. I pulled into town with a problem CR-V. JJ's very nicely got me in on a Friday morning and supposedly took care of the problem over the weekend. However, when I picked up the car and headed to Seattle on Sunday, the same warning light came on just 40 minutes into the trip. I limped back to Seattle and got the car into a shop there.The Seattle shop told me that the part that JJ's used was an aftermarket(not Honda) part and that this particular aftermarket part had a very high failure rate. The Seattle (yes high priced Seattle!) shop switched out the fake part with a new Honda part and changed the oil for less than JJ's charged!I called and asked JJ's just for reimbursement for just parts. I didn't even ask for reimbursement for their labor. JJ's agreed to pay me back for the parts. I even paid to have the fake part sent back to JJ's so that JJ's would be able to send the faulty part back for a refund. I was not rewarded for my efforts.A few weeks later, no word from JJ's. I called and JJ's claimed that it was a clerical mistake. Supposedly, the woman who writes the checks was out of the office. Sounded sketchy, but I believed him. But they still promised to send the check.Since then, radio silence .JJ's has not returned my calls. I guess they figured they could rip off an out of towner and get away with it. It's a shame, because they seemed very nice in the shop.I find their behavior highly dishonest. It's a shame. I always believe that if you treat someone fair, they will reciprocate. I was lied to and I am out $410 plus parts shipping.Please be aware that JJ's uses aftermarket parts and don't tell you!

Amazingly honest and decent. The final price for repairs was hundreds less than the original estimate, even though the original estimate was $100 less than another shop quoted. They also took the time to thoroughly explain what was needed, as well as what was not. I highly recommend this auto repair shop!

A discerning reader's first question may be: why 5 stars? The answer is quite simply because...they don't have six. To say I'm impressed is to severely understate what I perceive to be not only a fine operation, but a fine and decent man. To say that JJ's is "complete auto repair" is to also understate. As someone out of town on business far from home last Saturday with car troubles, I could have been an easy target to be sure for an unscrupulous operation. Fortunately, growing up with a father who is a mechanic and turning a few wrenches myself, I felt aware, and what I felt was honesty. I could write about mechanical details that no one cares about, but the point is this: I am blessed to have called JJ's and to have received the service that I did. He fit me into an already incredibly tight schedule and had me back on the road quickly. He was clear-spoken, kind and considerate and was more than fair in his pricing. If you go to JJ's, I hope you will say "thank you very much, sir", gladly pay the repair cost, and offer him a gratuity to boot. Top notch.

JJ's is the only place I take my vehicles period! He is knowledgeable and gets the job done right the first time and every time. His prices cant be beat and your complete satisfaction is his #1 priority. I always recommend his repair shop to all my friends and family. Need a repair or an oil change? JJ's is the Complete deal!

On road trip and passing through Wenatchee, I had major electrical issues with fuel tanks , switching and pump on my camper van . . After being passed around from many local repair shops ,I called " JJ'sCOMPLETE AUTO REPAIR " late in the afternoon . Christina answered the phone ,was very courteous and well spoken . After explaining my situation they worked me in and Steve found the problems and gave me OPTIONS FOR REPAIR AND REASONABLE PRICING . Also , some forthcoming issues to watch for on this vehicle . I was on the road again early the next afternoon .I , being in a bad situation had a good repair experience. I thank Javier,Christina and their whole staff and highly recommend them for complete service or repair.

JJ's Complete Auto Repair has worked on both of my cars and has come through for me every time. Javier is very knowledgeable, professional, and finishes in a timley manor. His facility is extreamly clean and is operated with integrity and fairness. I recommend anyone I know who is in need of anyh kind of auto repair or maintenance to him.

We were visiting Wenatchee when the battery light lit up on the instrument panel in our Jetta. I checked Google for repair shops and found J J's Complete Auto Repair, it had five stars so I decided to call and have them check out the car. Javier James checked out the car and found the problem, a broken belt. He fixed it and sent us on our way. The service was very deserving of the 5 stars on the internet. I recommended that my son who lives in Wenatchee take his truck to JJ's

He stayed late to repair my car on a late Saturday afternoon, when all the other shops I called said they were closing early. I was visiting from out of town and really needed the repair same day. He diagnosed and repaired the problem and I'm mobile again. Great service, thanks!
