I have taken all my vehicles to Global for probably twenty years, at least. They give 5-star service from the owner through every employee with whom I have had contact. They always go out of their way to make sure I'm happy with the results, and every single person I have met has been friendly...a tribute to the owner, Brian. The quality if their work is excellent, and if there is a problem, they take care of it immediately.

We have been very happy to have a Global Car Care so convenient to us since moving to an area where we didn't know who to trust with our cars. It's challenging when relocating to a new area: trusting new-to-you medical practitioners, finding home repair persons, and knowing where to go for reliable automotive services. We have a 5-yo full size SUV, and a high-mileage 15-yo BMW sedan I want to keep driving. We found the place! Oil changes started us off at Global and since then we have gone on to have major services on our cars. We have found the friendly and helpful team to have thorough communication with us through the process of scheduling, intake, diagnostics, providing options, the actual servicing, and the close of the appointment. Prices are in line with our expectations, and we have not had any challenges arise through the work we've had done. Global Car Care has really been here for us. I hope this review is helpful to others - I feel lucky to have nailed this service provider down.

I have taken both my cars for oils changes and service for a couple years now and have been happy. Last spring they told me I needed new ball joints for my Tacoma and gave me a quote. The price seemed high but I scheduled the work. A few months later I noticed some bad tire wear on the front tires. I took it back and they re did the alignment but would not replace the tires. A couple months later I brought it up when it was getting serviced and they replaced them. This last winter I had it in for service and they told me the ball joints where bad again and they would fix it under warranty since it was well under a year. It took two days to complete that work and they admitted they were having a struggle with it. A month later I saw bad wear on the front tires again so this time I took it to an alignment shop. He did an alignment and it was way out. He did an inspection and found loose bolts on one joint and the other was bad already. I give Global credit for trying very hard to do the right thing but I don t believe they can get it done right.

After months of searching for the source of a parasitic battery drain, the technicians at Global Car Care diagnosed the problem and solved the problem promptly.They have knowledgeable ACS certified staff, very personable. Highly recommend.

I was stranded in Wenatchee with damage to my car s axel. Global was recommended by another shop that couldn t fit us into their schedule.Global got the car and gave us 1st class treatment on getting our car fixed properly.Couldn t be happier with their attention to doing the work right.

Received 3 different price quotes for getting my brakes done on my 2018 Ford Explorer, with the in person quote being more than double the two quotes provided over the phone. While paying for the inspection, I was told my total was around $80 plus tax for a total of $100+ which could not have been the case with the current tax rate in Washington. Another employee came over and pointed out the error stating something should have been removed but I was not offered a refund or an apology. Will not be having my brake service performed here nor any other service.

Excellent work on my VW Atlas. I have always taken it to them and I am so happy with the results. I didnt know where in Wenatchee to take my Mini Cooper for servicing. Asking other Mini drivers, most said they go to Global. (The others said they drive 200 miles back to the west side!) I found a clean place, quick turnaround and professional service.

Courtney Provided courteous help over the phone and scheduling my appointment, Also was super sweet When I called this morning to confirm my apartment. Jeremy Peart did an extremely good job at explaining what was going on with my car, and providing comfort and satisfactory attention to my needs as a client. My experience with Global Car Care is that they are unreliable, unprofessional, and lack integrity.A same-day service turned into nearly three weeks. Day after day I had to chase them down to find out the status of my vehicle since they repeatedly failed to call me with updates.I found a charge of ~$300 for a service I never authorized. Thankfully, I noticed the error and had them remove the charge, but it makes me wonder how many other unsuspecting customers they've taken advantage of.They allowed me to use one of their "courtesy cars" for one of the two weekends they had my vehicle, but their car smelled foul. To top it all off, I presented a coupon from their website at checkout, but they refused to honor it. The service advisor and the manager claimed they had never seen the coupon before and didn't know how to redeem it.Steer clear.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge

Courtney, their receptionist, was so kind and helpful! I was traveling across the US when my truck I was living in started making squealing sounds. Several other places wouldn't even come out to give the sound a listen. She was up and out looking at my car in minutes, correctly diagnosed the program, and sent me to an exhaust specialist who fixed it immediately. I would highly recommend for quality service and someone who genuinely cares about their customers.

We took our GMC terrain in to get an oil change. Service was in a timely fashion and reasonably priced. The first time I took my Mercedes here I was impressed with the service, attention to detail and price (compared to the dealership). The second time, I drove from Chelan for an oil change and they ask me when I got there if I could leave my car, possibly overnight, since they were short on mechanics that day. I told them I could not and I left. I have a check engine light that keeps going on and off intermittently so I called again for an appointment and included the oil change. I called that morning to be sure they could get me in that day. When I arrived they said they could do a oil change and possibly the diagnostic but, they wouldn't be able to do anything else that day. I told them to not bother with the diagnostic in that case since I was traveling to the west side that week and would have it done there instead. When I arrived to pick up my car I discovered they had gone ahead with the diagnostic for $150. One of the issues they told me about was I needed to replace my tires since they were the "original ones". I told them they were my second set and the car has just 50,000 miles on it. The other issue has to do with something still under warranty and has to be done at the dealership or they charge me for it. So, I will have to go to the dealership for that anyway. After leaving I discovered all my service warning lights were still activated and go off every time I start the car. I also keep getting a notice that I need my 50,000 service. Seems like that should have been done when I was there for my oil change? Just disappointed since I thought I had found a good, local shop I could count on for servicing my car.

We had an amazing experience with Global Car Care in Wenatchee. I was worried about a transmission fluid leak and our family reunion trip to Chelan was in jeopardy. Late on a Friday afternoon, we didn t have much hope of getting it fixed or even looked at, but Courtney, and Dillon on the service team were incredibly helpful and made sure we felt like family. They sprang into action and turned what could have been a disaster into a great experience. These folks are the best! Thank you Courtney & Dillon.

We had an issue with parts - a glitch from the manufacturer. We had an issue with timeframes - the last-minute reorder pushed us 3 days out. Honestly, that can happen anywhere you take your car. The major difference is the communication and absolute 5-star service you receive at Global. Courtney came through again for us - her knowledge saved us hundreds of dollars, and her work ethic got our car back to us a day early. Super satisfied, and the car runs like a dream!

I set up an appointment for the 60,000 miles check--up and had Global order the parts needed so that I could drop it off and pick it up later in the day. The car is running better and the price was not exactly low (it was lower than Sea/Tacoma area service providers). The staff at Global is professional and pleasant and this is something that was handled very well. (2012 Volkswagen Jetta GLI) This place has cost outrageous amounts of money for no reason. Took it in a while back for a buyer's inspection, among a few other things a transmission flush was badly needed as it has 130,000 miles and the transmission fluid had not been done if forever. After a week or so we schedule to get the control arms replaced and axle worked on. But the day before we took it there, it started to missfire so we told them to just worry about the engine. 500$ inspection and they said they needed to remove the cylinder head for further inspection. Said it was going to cost around 4,500$(including the 500$ inspection) to pull the head replace what they thought was a bad valve and water pump because it also needed replacing. We called a different shop and they took it inspected it and fixed injector seals which were the cause of the misfire, replaced water pump, serpantine belt and leaking oil seals for under 4,000$. They(other shop)said that it was going to be 700$ for a transmission flush and so did the only other shop in town that could do it, but globals estimate was only 400$. So we called to schedule a transmission flush and they weren't happy that we had another shop fix it up. We took it in and they were also not happy that we had the other shops plate holders on too. We asked them after it was done if the flush went good and they said oh no we just changed the fluid for 350$. How is a flush 400$ but just a change 350$!!?! 500$ mis diagnosis and a 350$ transmission fluid change that I could have easily done myself.Services: Transmission, Engine repair

When I first started bringing my vehicle here, I was delighted and impressed! However, once the front desk team changed, I became more and more disappointed. This will be a long winded post-so sit tight.Back in June, I scheduled to have my Audi in for timing chain replacement. Figuring this establishment was certified to conduct said work, I felt confident! Upon pulling into their lot for the appt, I randomly picked up a screw in one of my brand new tires. I spoke with Eli at the desk and he went to inspect. They said they could take care of it no problem. At this time, Courtney informed me that the technicians had never done a timing chain replacement on a vehicle like mine, and said that my car was "advanced" in some way. I won't lie- THAT made me feel a little skeptical. And why wait to tell me THEN and not earlier?! Even still, I handed over my keys.Little did I know that my car would sit in their shop for 2 months! And that flat tire I came in with? They let it sit for several days on BRAND. NEW. WHEELS. I called and politely yet firmly told them I would appreciate having my tire inflated temporarily to avoid any damage. They apologized and took care of it. I was also promised by Courtney to have regular updates on my vehicles status-but the ONLY time she called, was to tell me my water pump was leaking. I approved the repair and continued waiting and waiting... Fast forward to about a week before I get my car back (and after several more issues), I finally share my thoughts with Eli, who seemed willing to listen. While my problems weren't with the technicians (they came in on their days off to work on my car which was really nice of them), my issue was with Courtney. She's very well spoken but severely lacks communication skills. Had I just been filled in along the way, I wouldn't have had such a thorn in my side. And on top of that, this shop unfortunately wasn't prepared to perform timing chain work whatsoever, which is why it took so long. There's much more to this rant, but I'll digress as my car is in running condition. Even after my recent oil change visit, I won't be returning to have services done here. We have used Global for our Personal and Business vehicles for many years. We trust them with all of our service needs, and know they will address all issues in a timely and extremely knowledgeable manner. Eli is amazing to work with and takes great pride in customer service and customer relationships. He follows up with his customers, checks in to provide updates along the way if necessary, and provides options if needed. I would highly recommend Global to anyone seeking great service for their vehicles.

Not good at all. Took three weeks to charge the A/C and replace a wheel bearing. NO COMMUNTICATION. Had to keep calling them a day or two after they said it would be done. Kept getting excuses about the machine shop messing up or the part not getting shipped. Over and over again with excuses. Finally got the car back and the back wheel was making new noises. When called and asked about it they made even more excuses.
