They were super friendly and QUICK!!! I got a tire changed (and disposed) for 60$ in 10 minutes. I only had to wait a short couple minutes before they attended my car.

Excellent, speedy service. Got us back on the road in a matter of minutes when we noticed we had a flat tire while traveling through. Reasonable prices. Very friendly! I cannot thank them enough for taking care of us on a Sunday when no other tire places were open.

Got a flat on a Sunday, and this place was open. Service was so fast. They got me back on the road in under 20 minutes. Highly recommend. It was great to support a local business, over a national chain. Highly recommend.

I had a horrible experience with El Gallito Tires. I hired them to put four snow tires on new wheels for my 2005 Honda CRV- EX. At the time, I thought everything went great (the price and quickness). Spring came around, and I personally was taking out all the lug nuts for all four wheels. Everything was going great until I came upon one lug nut that would not come out at all. I called my mechanic for him to come over to look at the lug nut that was giving me issues. My mechanic looked at it, and determined the lug nut stripped the wheel stud because they did not take the time to hand tightened the lug nut as they should off. I quickly called and asked to speak to the owner. I spoke to the owner and I told him about the lug nut/wheel stud problem. I told him I would happily drive down my Honda CRV, so he could see the lug nut/wheel stud problem with his own eyes. In addition, I requested they pay for all the damages. The owner told me he was not going to pay for any damages, and that the problem was my vehicle and not his employees. The owner told me it was a Honda problem. I responded to him that it was not a Honda problem, and that Hondas are known as very good reliable cars. Also, I told him my mechanic determined their employee who installed my tires on my new wheels is the one who caused the lug nut to strip the wheel stud. Lastly, I asked the owner one more time to pay for all the damages, and he refused to. I told him I am within my right to give his business a Google review that reflects their work. I will never do business here ever again. From now on, I will only do business with Discount Tires even if it costs me more because they warranty their work. Luckily, I hired my mechanic to remove the lug nut from the stripped wheel stud. My Honda CRV-Ex is running like a champ.

I like very much the warm genuine attention each customer receives. I like the low overhead no-frills approach that saves a lot of money on tires but it's not dumpy - the waiting room is comfortable.

These guys are fast, honest, and very helpful. Had me in and out with a fixed tire in less than half an hour. Very reasonable prices too! Don't waste your time or money going anywhere else.

Fix our tires in no time flat (no pun intended). Awesome place. We hit a nail in Leavenworth and this is the only place I could find that didn't want to replace all four of my tires on my all-wheel drive and just patched it up. Highly recommend

Extremely unprofessional and customer service is horrible I went in for a simple tire latch and ask nicely how long the wait would be they told me extremely rudely well how ever long it takes and walked away horrible place save your money!!!

"Customer is king" best describes the attitude that the staff of Llantera El Gallito have shown since the day they first opened for business. There are times when things can become a bit chaotic but that happens only twice a year. First, when it's time for studded tires to be installed, Second when it's time to take them off again. It gets chaotic because this very popular family owned and operated tire shop is where the vast majority of the local people go to get their tire needs met. There is never an appointment needed and rarely a wait in line of more than ten minutes.

They were very professional &very fast &friendly it's pretty much family owned&operated they have very reasonable prices I have gotten tires there a couple times through the past few years and I would recommend them to anyone looking for tires who is on a budget. Keep up the good work guys.

They bent my low pro rim and wouldn't take credit for their mistake. I took it to get a second opinion right away and they showed me the imprint of the tire tool they used to get the tire off that actually bent the rim. I will be seeking legal counsel! I highly do NOT recommend going here!

Been doing business with these folks for years and have ALWAYS felt like I was not being charged enough for all their tire work. They surprise me once in a while with their keen sence about mechanical issues. I don't speak Spanish but like I told them yesterday, I might have to take a course this year because I spend so much time over there. It might not look like the big tire shops but this is one of those situations where looks can be deceiving.The Very Best,Roby

Wow this place has cleaned up and come so far from what it used to be! Reliable, fast, and very nice owner and employees, good customer service at a cheap price for quality tires and service. I definitely recommend this place over any others in the area for any tire services!

I had them mount a low profile tire on a small honda. Seems that they did not balance the wheels, the rim got ruined and turned into a nightmare. I would caution this place as there is a language barrier, I speak fluent spanish and was not able to communicate with the people. Overall customer experience a 0, it seemed as if I was back in tijuana going to this business.

Great service! I had my tires dismounted, mounted and balanced for quite a bit less than the big tire places in town. Only suggestion I'd give is to have a small waiting room that's heated.

They gave us a great price! Great service. And honest. I over piad and gavr 3 $100 bills instead of 2. they stuck together as they were new and krisp. Went back and tgey had it seperated and had already tried to flag me down when i left. Great respect to them!

I'm being generous with the 1 . I called in and asked when would be a good time to come in for a tire change and I receive -- "I'd come today and get your s*** done, it's a beautiful day. Thank you, come again." Followed with a hang up. Thank you for "thanks" at the end, I suppose. Big lack of courtesy unfortunately.
