Dan was able to help me out with an issue caused by a tow company. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Although they are out a few months, I would definetly recommend the wait if you can.

Excellent work. Done promptly once the vehicle was in for the appointment. It was a long wait to get the vehicle in, but well worth it. They are a busy shop and worth waiting for.

We went for an appointment for an estimate. They looked over our car and said they would email an estimate. After almost a week, we went by to find out about the estimate. Apparently, there is a stack of estimates that they have not done yet. When I asked how much longer, he said maybe another week. I will call them and tell them to not give me an estimate. We went elsewhere, but came here first because we did business with them about 10 years ago. How things change...

Very fast, 1 week for the work seen in picture. Worked smoothly with my insurance (state farm) through the process. We re booked 3 months out for even the small repair, however that wasn t a huge issue. Would go again if I were in an accident.

My sister in law took her vehicle in because it would not start. They diagnosed a starter. They replaced the starter than said it was a timing belt. How does that happen? That's like saying the cart is broke but the horse is dead.

I would not recommend this body shop to anyone. If you are wanting your car to be repaired in a timely matter this is not the place to go. I had an accident in May 2022 and I still have not had my car fixed. It s already February 2023! horrible service and customer service. Not to mention, I had to continue to call to see where they were at in the process of fixing my car on several occasions and during that time and I got little to no updates. I called again today to find out if my parts had already arrived and apparently they are in already. However, I wouldn t have even known if I didn t call.

Outstanding customer service! From the quote to the end, amazing service, reasonable prices and delivery of my vehicle to my spa! I was taken care of quickly and everything was done perfect on my Acadia. Paint and the repair were perfect! I had a nice loaner car waiting for me when I dropped my car off and when my car was finished it was washed and cleaned inside and delivered to me! I am a lifelong happy customer! I highly recommend Earhart Collision.

Service was great! Kept me up to date on everything. Took a little longer than expected but car bumper looks brand new! Only mishap was that my right blinker went out when I drove it off the lot, but they had me come back and fixed it right away. Also, my car doors locked with my key-fob before I took it in and now I have to manually unlock the doors. Key- fob works but doors don t unlock. They ran computer diagnostics on the car, but could not figure out why the doors were not unlocking. Have to take it to a Mazda dealership and try and figure out the problem. Overall, happy with the personable service and the repair on my dented bumper.Service: Auto body & trim repair

They have always given me great service at Earheart's. You do have to wait for an appointment, but it is that way with all of the auto body repair shops in town. I was very impressed with Earharts. I had my truck dropped off to them after I hit a deer and they made my experience so much less stressful. I was called first thing in the morning after the collision and had a quote within a day. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and I cannot believe how quickly I got my vehicle back. It drives great, and my old truck looks like it's new. I am so happy I chose them.Service: Body & Trim

My insurance agent recommended I go to Earhart's and I'm really glad she did! Their service was friendly, efficient and professional, and far exceeded what I experienced from one of their competitors. My car was in better shape when they returned it to me than before the accident because they did some touch-up work at no charge. I'm happy to recommend Earhart's.

Was involved in an accident and my car was taken to Earhart's. I could not possibly be any happier with my experience. My car looks just like she did before she went in. Everything was done in a timely manner and I was updated along the way. Warranties for work done are amazing. Everyone there was friendly and courteous. Last month I had a close encounter with my garage door, the end result being a totally damaged rear passenger door on my new 2019 Honda Passport. I had never filed an insurance claim nor had body work done on a car so I was a bit concerned about the whole process. I had previously heard good things about Earhart's so decided to take a chance. I was not disappointed. They worked diligently with my insurance company, this at a time when Covid-19 was on the upswing and many companies were at skeleton staff. The entire door had to be replaced and I must say that I was impressed with the quality of the work, including overall turnaround time and the paint match. Wonderful job. I would definitely use Earhart's again and highly recommend them. A final note: the staff were friendly and professional and made a painful experience less so.

I appreciated that Earhart's was able to immediately give us an estimate so we knew what costs we were up against. The extremely friendly staff member took the time to give us a detailed and accurate estimate, and schedule us with an appointment two weeks later. The damage to the vehicle was significant, but the Earhart's team did some magic to making the car look better than when we brought it in!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We brought our car in to Earhart's to have a dent removed from a rear panel on the car. They did a fantastic job getting the dent out and also matching the paint to the rest of the car. It looks as good as new! The service was very quick and honest and they worked great with our insurance company. We highly recommend them!

I hit a deer back in February and needed a collision repair to fix the damages. I searched around Wenatchee area and called a few places, but Earharts collision repair was by far the best company I found. Jimmy was friendly over the phone ! Very quick to respond. And also very quick to try to get my car serviced. I had my car back within exactly two weeks as they had told me. My car looked amazing ! Probably even better than before! We had excellent care and communication through out the whole repair process at Earhart s. They were professional and great about checking in with us and keeping us updated on their progress and even following up afterwards to make sure all the repairs were in order. They do a Great job and I highly recommend Earhart s for any of your auto repair needs. Thanks again Jimmy and crew!

My vehicle was hit while it was parked. I felt overwhelmed as it was just another thing to deal with, however, from the first contact I had with Earhart's I knew I was in GREAT hands. I basically handed them the claim number and didn't have to talk to another insurance agent again. They provided a rental vehicle (a nice one!) while my vehicle was being repaired and dealt with all of the insurance side of things. I also received emails and/or texts informing me of how the process was going. My car looks as good as new (even better, actually) and I HIGHLY recommend you go here. You will not be disappointed!

Took my truck to Earhart's collision in the middle of winter for accident repairs. They were able to get me in within a week- much earlier than I had expected, and had the work done in a timely fashion. The repairs look great. Additionally, they went above and beyond by washing and vacuuming, even delivering my truck to me upon completion! Would definitely recommend.

I was going through a nasty separation with my ex who totalled this car. I specifically told two people the first day that his name was not to be on the record for this car. It was. I asked the gal on the phone to change it, she said she would and never did.I was never notified of my first drop off in December.When I took the car in, I was adiment about the issues with the driveline, and that it be added to the estimate. I was told it would be no problem, not to worry. I even took it to another shop just to have it documented that the issue was there. So instead of it being totalled in September, I made payments through august of the following year on a car that would be taken as a total loss. I reminded people at the shop every time I called that there were issues with the driveline. Everytime they had no clue what I was talking about. There must not be very good communication there.I was never called to be updated on the lengthy time it was taking, past the estimated time. I had to call every 2-3 weeks to see what was going on.They called to tell me my car was done, but still hadn't done the driveline repairs.The only reasonable person working at that shop is the shop manager- Jimmy.I will not reccomend this shop to anyone. Horrible communication and did not do a good job painting over the damages. You can see the small dents on the bumper from where they just painted over. If you want a good job on your vehicle take it somewhere else.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Excellent service and fair price. Undercarriage damage to my 2005 civic. The car was just barely worth repairing, but it is such a good driver I wanted to keep it . At my request, Earhart's found quality used parts and returned the car to road worthiness affordably and quickly. They listened to what I wanted, provided an accurate quote and when all was said and done repaired the car, meeting my expectations, for less that quoted.

Trustworthy and honest. Our company vehicle's driver door had a nasty squeak. According to the internet, it needed to have the lower hinge replaced. I took our vehicle in to have Earhart give me an estimate for the hinge replacement. After taking a look and applying some lubricant, our door was fixed! Many other repair shops would have told me that I was right, the hinge needed to be replaced, but Earhart's was honest and I really really appreciate that. I will go to them for any future auto body needs.Service: Body & Trim

We had an internal fuel tank issue after our accident, and had to go back 2 times to figure it out, but they we re so kind and courteous with getting us fixed up.Had to do rental truck 2 x as well, but Earhart s had them ready to go each time! We recommend and would refer others to Earhart s collision.Thank you for getting us back on the road Earhart s !

Earhart's Collision Repair did an excellent job repairing a busted tail light. They returned my car pristinely clean. They were professional and trustworthy - a valuable commodity for this single mom. They also alerted me to my poor tire condition. So happy they saved me from a disaster. Also, so happy to hear that they are now serving mechanical maintenance needs. They've earned a customer here!

Friendly, professional service all around. They went above and beyond to get my car back on the road after a deer collision. It took a while, but that was due to supply chain issues beyond their control.
