1st time I ever bought tires from Discount after Les Schawb scratched my rims the last time I bought tires from them. Disappointed in the service I received from Discount Tires they stripped a stud on my tire, then proceeded to break it of when they rotated my tires. Now I have to go waste my time at another company to have it replaced. When they could've just slowed down and done the job properly the 1st time.

I had a great first experience here; after ordering, installing and driving away with the wrong size tires I thought I totally screwed up and was stuck with the stupidest tiny tires.. I reached out and within minutes the manager Cory called and made everything right, was very understanding and helpful. I'm blown away at how quickly everything was resolved and surprised I wasn't charged every fee in the book for my stupid mistake. I see first hand why they came highly rated. Interactions like these are what make customers for life!

Bought new tires a month ago. Picked up a nail in the left rear. Waited a week for a replacement to arrive. Took it in for replacement- I still have a nail in the left rear. So they replaced a perfectly good, new tire and not the bad one. Now I'm assuming we wait again, and I guess next time I'll sit in the bay and watch.Ohh no, that's right, there isn't going to be a next time. Useless.

They can usually get me in/out fairly quickly. It helps to make an appointment, not just show up. But they did a great job plugging holes in 3 of my tires. A month or 2 later, they got my new tires put on. Never have had a problem with their service or products.

These guys are always really friendly and efficient. And they remember your car, even if you haven't been there in a while. Franchise business with a nice small town feel. They handle all of my wheel and tire needs.

Best discount tire I ve been to across America. They aim to please with customers. I ve had my F450 here a few times. Jose has always made sure to not scratch any of my rims. I also like the store manager Darryl great people.

Wenatchee s Discount Tire for the win! They continue to go above and beyond on their service. A few years ago I decided to give them a try after feeling hustled by a close local competitor and won t ever see going back. I took a tire back today that my son got a nail in and they not only had the replacement tire in stock but promptly put it on the wheel and loaded it into my vehicle. Last summer I took my riding lawnmower trailer in because the valves were out and they repaired both for free! I regularly go in to have my air pressure checked, yep it s a free service. You just pull up and viola, someone runs out to check it out.I love doing business the old fashioned way and they definitely know this skill. I hope you give them a try next time you are in need.

I bought tires at this place for three different sets of tires mafe an appointment one time they told me to be 2 hours when I got there and I said I have an appointment so appointments don't matter had a nail in my tire today went there today they said it would be 2 hours and 46 minutes to get it fixed I will never ever go back to this store again

On June Friday 9th, I was coming back from Leavenworth to pasco wa, and I got a big bubble on one of the tires on my truck, sadly I had aftermarket wheels on my truck and discount tire didn't have those tires the day, it was late didn't know what to do at the moment but one of the front desk guys name junior talked to me about options for my truck and they were able to get me new wheels and tires for a good price, and I was able to make home on time for my daughter's graduation day Thank you discount tireThank you junior for helping me out

2 1/2 hour wait to get fit in for a puncture inspection. sorry my puncture did not make an appointment with you ahead of time. never have had to wait like this at any of the other locations I've ever been to. always been able to get service without getting shoved to the side like this. only way anything got done was to get in someone's face and demand attention. open a new location around here Pronto if your service is going to be this bad at this store. hard to stay loyal, especially after spending as much $$ as i have with this company.

I had new tires installed on my 2016 DRW work truck. They broke 2 wheel studs on the front end and I had a wheel come off the rear while traveling down Highway 2 after all 8 studs sheered. The insurance process was started Nov 11 and has yet to be resolved. Discount Tire outsources their claims to a third party company, Fleet Response, out of Ohio. I have emailed, called, and left voice-mails daily. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this particular Discount Tire. Their prices are lower but it comes at a far greater cost in time and safety. Buyer beware.

We don t live in the area but we were passing through and needed to fix one of our tires. Corey was so awesome and helpful! He was right there every step of the way to make sure my kids and I we re back in the road safely! Thank you Corey!!!

Fast and quick, I stopped by for tire air pressure check because the light came on. The kid was very friendly and courteous and took care of the issue under ten minutes.

I'll take customer service and quality of work over quick and unsatisfactory work. This is the kinda place, old Les Schwab's use to be like. If the old man was still around, things would be differentI'll never go back to buying tires from Les Schwab's

I ve had nothing but amazing experiences with discount tire at other locations! Unfortunately, I didn t have that same experience here.There **WERE** incredibly friendly to customers love that!!But I went in to get my tires rotated and have them checked for leaks as I had issues with one of the tires getting low every 2 weeks. They told me it was probably nothing to worry about, because changes in weather can cause that (I was already aware of that); however the weather doesn t change that drastically in just two weeks time (and this had been happening for months). They didn t find anything wrong with them.A week later, I had a low tire again. Brought the car in. They brushed me off a bit again and said that it s probably just because my tires were nearing the end of their life and said they were at 5/32 which is at the line of their suggestion for new tires (didn t inform me of that the first time I came in). I told them I want them checked anyways. And sure enough they found metal inside my tire that they missed the last time.And while only a small thing, they didn t replace the nozzle cap. Which doesn t show very good attention to detail or high quality service.I have to travel a ways to actually get there not a convenient trip so it s unfortunate I had to sacrifice that time and miles on my car for a mistake they made. It could just be a one-off thing, and from experiences with other discount tires, I m sure they ll eventually crack down and get that excellence back.Gave 3 stars instead of 2 only because of my positive experiences with other locations.

Ordered some new tires, a gentleman by the name of Justin helped me out. He is very polite and has good customer service. Came back to complete the purchase aswl well as get them installed and JR took came of me. Big shoutout to these guys. Still miss Leroy

They didn t even pull my car in until 45 minutes after my appointment time. Then I watched people who came in after me get their cars completed in way less time while I m still here 1.5 hours later. Awful service today.

good store with good staff, but too busy for its own good. corporate needs to open a second store in e. wenatchee to spread the load and decrease wait times. would be worth the investment. area is growing.

I took my flat tire in to be inspected if it was repairable. It wasn't. They found me the best deal when I was most stressed out about affordability and they got me on the road in less than an hour. They offered to replace windshield wipers and after the work they did to make my day I said yes. I was lucky to have chosen Discount Tire today as I really needed a decent and honest tire shop to fill my needs. 100% going back to them with any future tire needs.

I walked in to purchase four tires at 8am and was on the road again at 8:35am. Ernest was the associate that handled my consultation and purchase. He was super professional, thoroughly answered all of my questions, and the shop provided fast service! I couldn t be more pleased with the quality of service. I highly recommend this store if you re in the market to purchase tires.

Really, really great customer service. Which is truly hard to come by these days. We are so appreciative of how understanding and helpful they were in helping us pick out new tires, getting us the best price and getting us an appointment to get them put on the very next day. The whole experience took less than an hour with text message updates during and when they were finished. Followed by a phone call. Great group of people running that place - thank you!

Had a great experience here! They misheard me over the phone regarding my tire size, they ordered 17" instead of 18" so when I came in I had to wait a little longer for them to get the right size tires in! They kept the original price quoted for the 17s and also didn't charge me for mountain and balancing to make up for it! I'll be back!

Nothing but fantastic customer service at the Wenatchee discount tire store! Most recently, had a wiper blade completely fall apart during the pouring rain. Even though there is no warranty on windshield wipers, Zach at this location offered to replace both blades for no charge. He even installed them for us. Super customer service Will always come back here for tires for sure!

Zach at discount tires was professional, compassionate and understand of my situation having little money to work with in order to get replacement tires for my Subaru. He also updated me that I have an alignment issue which was causing my tires to wear out faster than normal! I am very grateful for his knowledge and help assisting me in finding the best deal for me that was even under my budget! Huge shout out to Zach and the team, this is why I have continued to come here for years since moving here. Thank you!!

I ordered a new set of tires for my travel trailer, came to the store to get them put on. First, they had my name and address wrong in the system couldn't find me in the computer, finally got that straightened away. Next, told I was good to go, checked the tires before leaving and discovered they had put the wrong set of tires on, back into the waiting area until the ones that I had ordered got put on. Before leaving I noticed one tire was low, grab my tire gauge and found that the pressure was 30psi not the 65psi recommendation. Checked the other tire it only had 50psi. Back inside to have some body come out and fill the tires to the correct psi. Not impressed with their workmanship.
