Truck driver loitering outside our complex dropping off friend or something but parked for about 30 min with engine running and yelling back and forth around midnight and music playing . Mind you truck is not quiet . He was not on site for business I would almost think they were partying

This is the 3rd tow I've (unfortunately) had and these guys are AMAZING!!!! QUICK TO RESPOND, PROFESSIONAL AND amazing at communicating the time frames..They have been Sooo busy and they still got my car smashed in the ice picked up in under an hour. Very good towing companies thedrivers are hard workers and sweet people. I highly recommend this company! Thank you guys for your had work!

They say they can tow a car illegally parked on your property for free, then when they show up the tell you it will be a charge of 85$ , BAIT AND SWITCH, LIARS

The driver that picked up my order jeep did a excellent job. That guy could park a space shuttle in your backyard under a inch! 19th and bates.

Jason has always been so helpful and professional! Always shows up super quick, and communicates so well and explains everything. He was our tow driver twice, once with a flat tire and second getting towed to the auto shop. He was very patient and kind to me!

The driver showed up in time the driver knew what he was doing moving my car onto his flat bed since it was undrivable and the tires would not roll. He was pleasant to talk to , it was a great experience.

Just had a long day and it got worse when my vehicle broke down on the side of the highway.. From the time we made the call , to my car being in the driveway took less than an hour.. I was pretty amazed. Not only was J.W. extremely quick at getting the vehicle loaded and unloaded but I was genuinely impressed at his skills backing into our crowded driveway and putting my vehicle in the perfect spot for working on later.After he got our signature on the paperwork he stuck around and asked about the car and what was wrong with it and he gave me a bunch of things to try.Thank you JW!

I broke down in the middle of nowhere and unfamiliar with the area. I sent a screen shot of my GPS, they found me, towed me to my hotel, then Nate came to look at my car. They were unable to fix it but sent me to a service shop that was awesome as well.I highly recommend them. Excellent customer service and caring team!

Friendly service and good rates. I don't have anything negative to say about my experience with them today June 22 2016. My vehicle was well taken care of no scratches or damages that weren't there before. If I ever need a tow again this will be my number one choice.

They hooked up the wrong truck at the wrong location. Then they broke the cover to my truck when they drove it to the shop, hid it, and said nothing. Didn't find out till I got it out of the shop and drove it home.

I had to get towed after my car broke down in the Home Depot parking lot. Chris was quick to get there, polite, and even diagnosed the problem. While I got a ride home from a relative, he took my car to a repair shop where I live in Cashmere. He even dropped it off with a note about what was wrong. Thank you!

I was released from the hospital and asked to pick my truck up.... the guy was polite and said he d be there in an hour. I waited Close to 3 hours! I called back multiple times.... no answer. Finally I called WSP and the same very polite guy showed up and proceeded to change me $95 for an after hours fee!!! Complete insult to injury. $ 488 to bring my driveable truck in from rock island. 1.75 hours!!! On a flatbed! They could have pushed it faster. Shame on you WSP for contracting this company!!!

I had trouble with a car a week or so ago so i called AAA. they hooked me up with these guys to get a tow. The guy showed up about 10 minutes before they said he would. Instead of just loading up the rig and towing it he did a quick trouble shoot and figured out the problem. Super helpful and gave us a bunch of insight on the problem. Didn't need towed after all. Thanks adam!

Their truck rode our ass all the way down the mountain , while we were doing 70 mph .The driver didn't slow down or back off until after Leavenworth. Then he just sped on.Not recommended. Accident just waiting to happen.

My car wouldn't start. I called Dick's towing and they arrived in 20 minutes. I was so glad to see them. Very friendly, quick and professional!

Took way longer than they said it would be to show up. When they did show up they seemed more interested in making me wait longer then getting me on my way. Why do I need to watch them load the truck? I didn't

After calling all of the other towing places in town with no answer I called Dick s towing,, they were able to tow my car promptly & professionally for a great price! Highly recommended.

While fueling up at the fuel island at BJ's in Rock Island, my dog locked the door, with my keys inside. It was already about 80's outside. Everyone at Dick's handled the situation in a calm and professional manor, even though I was freaking out.

Damaged my new car in two places and wouldn't take fault for it. Took pictures after loading car which is not correct practice. Rude and unhelpful service.
