I know nothing about Cascade as a dealership, but they provide a free, public EV fast-charger (70 KWh). I appreciate how they are contributing to the community, and would definitely consider buying from them if I lived nearby. What a great gift, and awesome to see a business doing just a small piece of good in the world.

Thought I was cutting a little close on the juice needed to get to Leavenworth in my Hyundai, and saw that this dealership offered free 25kwish charging which is about as good as it gets in Wenatchee on Plugshare.The sales agents noticed me driving loops around the lot trying to spot the charger and they hopped right out and guided me to it. On top of that, there's no charge for the juice.And I'm just a Canadian tourist in a new car, there's no sale to be made here. I'm very grateful for the generosity and assume this is a reflection of how they treat their actual clients.Thank-you!

Very disappointed with our experience purchasing my new car. Took 4 hours to get the car out the door. They way, way undervalued my trade in. They said that the condition was worse than it is. They could have saved us $7000 in taxes but it seems like they didn't care about us.

Warning!!! Would avoid. Affiliated with Cascade Auto center service department. 7000$ in warranty work 2000$ out of pocket vehicle did not last 7000 miles before completely breaking down. Service manger was sarcastic and would " diagnose" for "free". Should have done more research before bringing vehicle in for Warranty work. Save yourself the headache especially if new to the area.

Cascade Autocenter is the best GM dealership in the greater Wenatchee Valley. I have purchased four vehicles from cascade auto over the years, and each experience was seamless and professional. The building and surrounding grounds are clean and kept up and are very inviting. The staff at Cascade Chevy are very knowledgeable and take each customers purchase and service with the utmost respect and importance. If you're in the market for a new Cadillac, this is the only place I recommend. Thank you, Cascade Autocenter, for your continued leadership in the Wenatchee Valley for GM vehicles. A year ago I brought my Equinox to be fixed. Sensor for my tires and catalytic converter. Not only did I have to call for information after waiting days to find out what it needed, it was there for over a month and I had to get a little upset to get it started. Then the first time I had to take it back because of the same sensor issue they decided to appease me with new windshield wipers ( I just spent 40 dollars day before it went into the shop) and they are cheap ones. And then second time they gave me an oil change and did not put 3 quarts of oil in my car. I had enough of the shop and yes sensor still on. Then I took a chance to find a car a few weeks ago and they were suppose to run credit which they did not. And find me some cars and email them to me. The only thing I received is an email from the saleman if I had any more questions. I'm completely done and think I deserve my money back for the first time my car was to be fixed.

Called to get my car serviced. Worked with Tyler in service. They were very transparent and communicative on what needed to be done, pricing, and timeline. This isn t the closest Chevy dealership to me but I will be coming back here for the good experience.

My car broke down. I had an appointment the next day. I had a text sent to me since I was traveling Stehekin, Washington. No service. I called once I was in range told what was wrong and got the car up and running. Runs like new again. Great service and parts that are for my type of car. Thank you Cascade Auto!!

Jordan Mark and Nick where courteous and professional and got me scheduled in to get my truck repaired. I had been searching for a truck for over three months. Contacted the dealership through the web and dealt with Roy G. at first. This guy knows his stuff and was over the top helpful. I scheduled an appointment to come see the truck. He got me in touch with Randy R. (sales) and we did a walk around. When I came back with my wife, Roy greeted my wife and I as if we were long time friends. We took a test drive and instantly fell in love with the truck. There was no pressure from Randy at all. He left us alone to discuss what we thought we would do. The next day made the purchase. This was by far one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. Highly recommend this dealership.

Our Silverado broke down on a Saturday as we were heading out of town. The staff at Cascade Chevrolet were all SO incredibly helpful in getting our truck into their schedule to diagnose the problem, quickly order the needed part and they had it fixed ahead of schedule. Ivan in the service department was so accommodating and helped us from start to finish. Highly recommend these guys, they are fantastic!

We started our journey with Scott Bunger, Assistant Service Manager. We brought our Tahoe in for service and discovered that this is the shop to go to. Not only did they fix the Tahoe but they provided us with a vehicle evaluation that educated us on the condition of our vehicle, as well as a plan for future service recommendations. I come from a mechanic family and all of their recommendations were spot on.We then arrived to pick up our Tahoe and brought our sad limping 2000 Chevrolet pickup in. We decided to leave the old faithful truck there and bring home a new used pick up. Carlos was great to work with and he managed to sell my husband a truck in one day. The Tahoe took 6 months to complete the sell. So cheers to you Carlos! Your honesty and integrity shinned and we are happy new owners of a 2016 Chevrolet Pick up. Thank You. P.S. I only gave 4 stars for the price because everyone always wants a better price, so no price is perfect. :-)

After a bad experience at a local Seattle area dealer, walking out 5 hours later at signing when promises were not kept, I sent an inquiry to Cascade for a 2017 Kia Sedona. I heard from the dealer the next day. Carlos knew I had a lot of questions, so he sat in the van to call me back and answer everything about the Sedona in real time. He arranged a talk with warranty when I had questions. He let me have time to think about it, talk to my spouse and I didn't have to walk into the dealer and wait around all day as I did a few days before. The price on the van was more than fair and significantly better than I had seen elsewhere. We decided to call Carlos and let him know we were ready to move forward.After emailing in the credit app, Carlos called back with the financing details and then upon approval, arranged the paperwork. He even offered to deliver the car to us at no cost. Ted from finance called me the next day to go over the numbers and terms and verify all the information. The numbers came out as they should, no surprises and everything Carlos promised was in the paperwork. The price was great and I didn't need to even haggle. It was a relief.We decided to come in the dealer the next day, honestly still nervous things were not as easy as they seemed. . Everything was exactly as they said, and we spent a maximum of 15 min in the dealership. Buying every vehicle should always be this easy.Though they are a solid 2 hours from our house, it was worth it. It is the first time I left a dealer and really felt good about the entire experience and didn't even mind that it was 2 hours away. I am now glad my first van fell through. I paid 3800 less for the whole transaction and the van had 6.5K less miles. We will be back for all our vehicle pruchasing. Honestly, best car transaction in 30 yrs of buying cars.Thanks Cascade and Carlos for redefining the car experience and saving me from anymore misery. I really appreciate it. You guys are the best.

The Service dept., all of them, were exceptionally thorough and nice to work with. My battery had to be replaced even though it was relatively new and this was done without problem. They have always been nice to deal with!

Service team was Amazing! Mark is the person who helped me.. top notch! I will only be coming back here to get work done! I was told by one company one thing, and Mark and his team figured out the real problem fixed it and saved me hundreds of dollars and unnecessary work.

We have purchased several vehicles from Cascade Chevrolet. We now live in Hawaii, called Randy Roberts at Cascade Chev. to purchase a Silverado. Randy and Dan Cordell are wonderful. They handled everything for us, delivered the truck to Matson in Seattle and its is on it's way to the Island! Thanks again for everything - you guys are the best!

Best place to get the service done on my car. Oddly they were the cheapest which I did not expect to get at a dealership so that was a pleasant surprise. Never had a bad dealing at cascade.
