Caliber Collision did such a great job working on my car! They kept me updated on all the steps, letting me be in on the loop. Their customer service was outstanding as well! They went the extra mile when they vacuumed my car for me! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a shop to go to!!

Had my car vandalized in August and my back window broken out and a small dent was made most likely from the tool used to bust it out. Caliber was selected for the repair to paint and body work after my window was repaired prior. They are a busy shop with a lot of work but they seem to prioritize and get you in as soon as possible, insurance provided a rental and Caliber got the work done quickly; the turn around time was efficient and I was kept informed at all stages of the repair. Extremely professional crew of people and I recommend their work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had repairs done through my insurance company (Geico) following a hit and run I had not witnessed from the middle of the night. Upon dropping off my car, I felt like they didn't want to hear my details I was experiencing with the alignment or a loud clicking noise that wasn't present before the wreck. I mentioned it on the phone and in person multiple times. It was my biggest worry about my car because the only things wrong with my car prior to the accident were a mirror that was badly placed when I bought the car 4 years prior and had fallen off or some other cosmetic damages. I had an alignment and new tires less than 9 months prior. No sound was present until the wreck happened. I called approximately a week later and mentioned the noise was louder and worse than when I dropped it off. The noise restarted only 2 days after the repairs and picking up my car. The clicking noise is loud when turning it or hitting bumps. When I dropped it off it was only on bumps. I only do in town driving either to my job or to the college. I am always busy with either one. But, Caliber said they'd call me back and never did.Secondly, the repair took quite a bit longer than I expected and they kept me in the loop, but the reason for the delay was the paint shop had multiple cars before mine. Ok I understand that. Luckily I waited with a rental car while they repaired.I'd suggest anyone else to seek your own repairs and find estimates through someone you trust or know. They made my car look nice cosmetically and I was happy at first until the issue began with the loud clicking with turns and bumps returning only 2 days later. I wish that I'd sought out my own repair company as the recommendation from Geico to easily get it done through the contracted collision company has left me with issues that I have to fix on my own which after the insurance claim payments, deductible and extra stuff I paid (mirror and opposite side headlight also being replaced instead of mismatched headlights) I shouldn't have to.**UPDATE** (About 3.5 stars)This review got the attention of the regional manager and the local manager Derek got a hold of me. They took the car back and gave me a rental car. The customer service was improved this time around. The hard part to write is the damages they repaired was the drive line. This was a $900 fix! That was very unexpected when they acted like it was nothing previously saying it was fixed with tightening of a few bolts. It's obvious this was not the case when they had to take my car back and make such a huge repair after the original repairs failed within days.The only downfall after this was they left the old drive line in a box in my trunk that extends up to the back of my driver seat. That's pretty large and I have no idea what to do with it.To be 100% honest I wouldn't trust them to take my business again. Was this review the only reason they helped me? I'm thankful for the regional manager and Derek on working on it once they saw it, but it shouldn't have taken that. I paid an extra $620 for the mirror replacement and headlight because it was my own personal decision for them to get fixed if other things were to be fixed. I also paid the $1000 deductible. My insurance covered over $2000 as well and brought them a new insurance claim. It's scary to think I was very close to having to explore what was wrong with my car on my own because I'm sure down the road someone else could've tried taking advantage of me causing me to pay well over the $900 that Caliber Collision fixed for the driveline.

Did a pretty good job. Only thing I wasn't happy about is them replacing my battery without informing me. Battery was aftermarket and expensive... But they discounted the cost from my deductible and made it right. Friendly staff. Work done was good. Lifetime warranty on the work is nice also.

Top notch repair facility. I brought my 2018 Honda Accord with some front damage to be repaired. Caliber staff took care of the damage and then some. All of the work was top quality. Eddy ensured the repairs were done professionally, and communicated with me through the whole process. Thanks again, and if I ever have any future repair needs Caliber will have my business. I drove 65 miles from Moses Lake to Wenatchee, and it was worth every mile driven.

When I had a fender bender, my insurance co suggested Caliber. I was concerned because my car is a Mini Cooper. I knew finding fenders could be a problem. Caliber did a terrific job, kept me up to date on work status, got original parts in and fixed my Mini up good as new. I had a great experience.

Edgar's customer service was exceptional! Because of their schedule, we couldn't get the car in for over two months but the day I brought the car in, Edgar sent the estimate to the insurance company which was approved and funded that same day, and they began work that day. It took a month to repair the car as they were waiting for parts. But Edgar called and updated me each week. The only negative besides having to wait so long to get the car into the shop was when we were called to pick up the car, there was still a spot on the car that had not been repaired correctly which was overlooked by the shop staff and Edgar. However they literally worked on the car that night, painted it again, and had it ready for me the next afternoon!! The car looks beautiful. Paint matching was superb and I actually think my driver's door closes more solidly than it did before it was smacked by a truck! Could not have had better customer service!! This was an insurance claim. The auto was covered with deep scratches from an accident. Caliber was right on top of getting this fixed correctly for us. They worked with the insurance company and kept us posted at all times. At first we did not understand the complexity of the job. They essentially had to dismantle each section that needed to be painted for the best results. As they discovered more damage they ended up repainting most of the vehicle. It's a tough time with long waits and supply chain issues in the auto body repair space, but Caliber Collision delivered what they committed to deliver. The quality was great, but more important was the very frequent update calls that communicated each step of the process. Great service. Friendly staff. The finished product/work was excellent. We told them that we need our truck done before xmas. They were able to get our truck in/out within a week. That s was super cool and the truck tailgate looked brand new. Highly recommended for this body shop in the valley.

Temoc was very helpful throughout the whole process. He even went above and beyond and got my rental extended! The desk person Anuar was very kind and kept me updated on my vehicle while Temoc was gone for a couple days.
