Had to Search for K & N air filter cleaner and recharge kit myself.Saturday early afternoon.Shipment received and restock taking place at same time.I understand this is the new normal.Grew up with this paradigm being a latch key kid.

Went in for help with pulling codes and changing a headlight and Martha the manager is awesome! She took the time to help me out and also has amazing customer service! If you ever need help with your car Martha has you covered!

All the staff was very helpful, they tried everything possible to get me a battery for my car on the weekend at 730pm. These guys and gals will go above and beyond and i recommend them 100%

Lets be real. Where else are you going to get car parts? They have the best selection with the best price. The kids that work there even know a little bit, sometimes. They didn't have my part in stock but they got it there the next day to get me back on the road. Thank you Autozone kids, much appreciated.

I was the only customer in the store. Waited at front counter while 3 employees had personal conversation. When they were done talking one employee rudely helped me- half way through helping me, he walked off and helped a customer that had just walked in. Clearly the employee knew the customer walking in. What kind of employee helps a customer and then literally just walks off to help a buddy? Really rude. I ll shop elsewhere.

Recently purchased a car for my battery and was able to select home delivery service to have it brought to my home the same day. Anytime I need any items for my car, I enjoy coming to my local AutoZone because I know I ll receive quality service. Thank you!

I had a tail light problem, I couldn't get it apart to get to a bulb. I thought I would have to buy the entire unit! Jose came out and took it apart and replaced the bulb. I didn't think there was customer service like that any more. I belong to the rotary club in East Wenatchee and I intend to tell them about your customer service, people need to know where to go to get that kind of service! Thank you Jose!

I don't go in here very often, but every time I do these guys are always really helpful. They are quick and my problems always get solved. I can't recommend the AutoZone in East Wenatchee high enough.

Had to wait for parts before..... but i was told by the store in wenatchee that if i ordered before 10 am i would receive my product today.... so i came into the east wenatchee store was told the same that if it was ordered before 10 i would have it later that day.... well waited all day called for them to tell me that oh sorry the Tacoma hub always comes the next day...... it was able to be ordered form either kennewick or Tacoma well i rellay needed this part tonight and you guys faild me bad... i dont understand how your worker did not know that this hub was going to come the next day, when i called they new right away and was like the hub from tacoma always comes tomarrow....

Went to the East Wenatchee store, tried to get parts for my Chevy, the little latino girls behind the counter had no idea what I was talking about, tried explaining to her what I was talking about, some Mexican ,kid, must have been the manager started saying I was yelling and being rude, which I clearly wasn't. Since I'm white I didn't want to cause a seen. So I left I think he was just trying to look cool in front of the young girls working behind the counter. It would be nice if they hired people that actually know what cars and car parts are. I will never shop there again.

Went in for new wipers tonight and the woman there was an amazing help explaining the different types. She put them on for me even though it was freezing outside! One wasn't wanting to go on so she got another one and it worked. She really was awesome and wished me a safe trip to Seattle in the morning so glad y'all were open until 9pm.

Bought an alternator with a "lifetime" warranty that went out less than a year later. Now they "can't find my information", and refuse to replace it. It's their own brand! It's a Duralast! Spoke with the manager, who was very nice, but apparently his hands were tied by his boss's corporate greed. Tighten up. I've been a customer for 20 years. No more.

Great service!!I had an engine light come on while I was traveling. The store manager opened a few minutes early so someone come help me with my car. They got a code reader, looked up the numbers, and got me back on the road in short order. They were incredibly helpful!

The staff could be a little more helpful and less distracted, but parts are great prices are comparable, over all good place if you need parts.

I am very thankful for the staff at the East Wenatchee AutoZone!I have been dealing with a horrible smell in my car for days.When I first arrived, I was greeted by a wonderful young lady named Jackie, she then included Ricky the Store Manager in our conversation.Ricky was able to diagnose my problem right a way. He also saved me a $1500 bill from the dealership!He was very knowledgeable with the part I needed and what I needed to do. I am so thankful for these two!When I first called around to different parts stores to help diagnose the problem, I can tell you, I did not receive the care and concern for my situation like Ricky and Jackie gave me!I even called the Wenatchee AutoZone location and I did not receive the same customer service I got at the East Wenatchee location.Thank you, Jackie and Ricky for all of your help, it means a lot to have people like you in our community who will go the EXTRA MILE to help a stranger out!

Literally terrible. I've been here twice, the first time the cashier ignored me for 10 minutes so I walked out. The second time an employee was putting in my new battery and couldn't figure out how to use the ratchet, so when he picked up a call from his mom after 12 minutes of struggling, I took the tools and did it myself.

Just went there today do buy a blower motor for my a/c and an idler pully. Always such nice people there very helpful and always professional.

I went to Auto Zone last week to get help figuring out if my battery or alternator was bad. The guy came outside and tested and informed me that for sure it was my battery. I asked him if he could help me change it and he told me that "due to covid" he wasn't allowed to help. The car was outside and he didn't need to get into my car. Funny, I heard a commercial tonight stating how Auto Zone helps change batteries. I ended up going next door to the other auto shop and they were more than happy to help me.

Carlos and the Valvoline team did an excellent job on the oil change! Everyone working there was positive, friendly, and professional. I would recommend their service to anyone!

The manager makes herself available, and is very helpful. Rick did his best for me when I was stranded in Quincy. The Quincy AutoZone was experiencing a power outage, the people here stepped up to the plate, and made the difference.

Staff said they would hold a part for us because we lived out of town tell morning when my girlfriend went in to town next morning to pick it up they changed their mind and said we only hold it for 6 hours so why say you will hold it tell morning? Deceiving to the customer won't trust Wenatchee store again they have the parts but do do other stores in that area. THIS IS ONLY FOR WENATCHEE STORE NOT FOR EAST WENATCHEE.

I went into AutoZone to get some tools and I went and looked at the seat covers and there were 2 that I really liked and they were on sale i went to the cashier and they were $30 and I said they are on sale the cashier went and looked and said "sorry they arent on sale it's been busy and one of my buddys put it here!" first and last time here

I called to enquire about an ignition for a 89 Honda Civic. While this store didn't have it in stock she checked Wenatchee and confirmed they had it in stock. She also explained over the phone to the best of her ability what the part looked like to ensure that it was a match.

Good parts store but very offer gives me the wrong parts. And won't open an account for me as all the other parts stores have. Their loss I do lots of biz.
