I couldn't recommend Romaine Electric any more highly! They solved the problem of my dim headlights and their rates are very reasonable. Javier is kind, professional, and was extremely helpful. I'd give their name out to anyone who suspects they have an electrical issue with their vehicle.

Javier is awesome. Spent time on a tricky parasitic drain on my car. He wasn't able to fix the problem however, he helped me narrow it down to the two components that needed to be replaced. Without his expertise I would have spent quite a bit of money throwing parts at it. Didn't charge me a dime! Very honest!

I called the Wenatchee office and the manager was very helpful over the phone listening and asking questions. He said stop by anytime and he would take a look at my no power to low beam issue on my 2006 Yukon. I stopped by the next day and the service and attention to detail was top notch. Fixed my problem that I had been fighting for a while. Will most diffidently go back and highly recommend. Shop very clean, service tremendous and their job is their passion. Thank you.

Javier is trustworthy and honest. I brought my vehicle in to install a kill switch. He was the 3rd person to look at it and found there was already a kill switch installed! I have limited knowledge on vehicles and he could have easily took advantage and installed another one. Thank you, Javier! I will definitely recommend you to others.

I one time had an electrical issue I couldn't figured out because I took my alternator into an auto parts store and got it tested, only for them to tell me it was fine and nothing was wrong w it. last ditch effort I took it to auto electric and the guy tested it and ended up saying the same thing. BUT he actually asked me a few questions and proceeded to open it up only to find sure enough some solder joints on the rectifier or whatever it was looked sus and sure enough while running the solder would get hot and short causing me to lose all lights, everything while driving. Anyways he did all that w/out promise of even selling anything so that's good service if you ask me. and yes I purchased an alternator. would definitely recommend.

I can t speak more highly of these guys. I brought in my wife s car with a troubled A/C. After spending numerous hours trying to diagnose the problem, it was going to cost more than it was worth. They didn t oversell me and we wouldn t even take payment. I had to shove some 20s down Javiers shirt! Anyway I sincerely appreciate the integrity and being given a fair shake. Thanks hugely guys.

Javier is kind and trustworthy. He checked out my old alternator and said it couldn t be rebuilt so he sold me a new one. This place has great service!

Javier was very responsive and accommodating on the phone and in person. He took the time to listen AND explain the problem, and he got me in and out quickly so I could move on with my day. The only difficult part was getting to the place. The entrance is cut off, so you have to go around and between other buildings to get there, but it was worth the extra effort, and they will be the first place I call in the future for auto electric needs. I was very happy with the service all the way around! I would send my grandma there any day:)

Took it to a mechanic shop because the battery light came on. They replaced alternator and battery. But after the repair the light came back on I told them the light is still on. They tried to fix it but couldn't figure it out. Took it to Romaine's and Javier help me resolve the issue as one of the connection to the starter was lose. I would recommend them for any electrical car issue.

This is a great place, locally owned and run. All your auto electrical needs in one place. I only needed a battery this time but they have done great rebuilds for me both on alternators and starters. Car, truck, or tractor it doesn't matter, they can do it all.

Up front communication. I have taken two vehicles to this business. First a vehicle which had been sent to multiple repair shops to look at an electrical short. Although they never found the short, they fixed the problem and it has never returned. Second vehicle I took in had problems with the intermittent wiper. I was very pleased that they tried to fix it the most inexpensive way but warned me up front that it could be the wiper motor. They completed one time and at estimated expense.

Very dissatisfied got ripped off 400$, I took them my car and it's worse off now than it was when I took it to them .Javier called me a liar over the phone . Never again will I take anything there. Nothing was fixed and now my headlights surge like a motorcycle. VERRY DISAPIONTED PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION

I had problems with my sunroof they told me what to try first I also had window problems they found the problem quickly and they fixed it I was very pleased with the work I highly recommend them to anyone with electrical problems to go there awesome thank you

We had old Prestolite winch motor used in an old forklift that was about dead. Called Romaine and they sent me a new motor. Unfortunately It was different and when I called them they said they could rebuild the original. Beings this is a very important piece of equipment for our shop I sent it in. We put the motor in and it sounded terrible. The motor had a huge amount of end play. I called them and sent it back to fix their fu. Got it back and it was still lose. We measured the end play at.045". Still very lose But the guy from Romaine said it would be fine. NOT! He wanted me to send it back again. No way. I toke the motor apart, found the new armature the put in was hitting the brush holders. Wow. These guys are real pros! Made a .040 thou washer and now it works. Stay away!

Don't listen to the Douglas Dazell guy he's a Male Karen that was rude and impatient to Javier... these guys are awesome and saved my place of work 200$ for our starter.
