I redeemed my punch card for a free drink and the baristas attitude completely changed when she saw it, she handed me my drink and when I asked for a fresh punch card she sneered and told me I could get a card once I bought drink. I've never had this issue before when asking for a new card, I wasn't asking for it to be stamped for the free drink since that would be unfair. Everyone is usually so friendly here so she much have been having a bad day, I probably won't be back since now I'm uncomfortable about asking for a card next time

The only place that makes the perfect frappe. I always order a mocha frapita with peanut butter and drizzled chocolate topped with mocha whip. Tastes like a snickers. So creamy! Other places make watery frapees. This last time we went, they were so so delicious. I finished it before I got home. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication to their craft. We love it every single time.

I usually love this coffee stand. The girls are always nice and my coffee is on point! But today I had the worst experience and service ever! I ordered a caramel macchiato. The lady never asked me hot or iced. She made it iced so I kindly told her I didn t want it iced I was nice I even laughed a little. It wasn t a big deal. She remade my drink was super rude about and then on top of it the coffee was burnt and was not good I threw it out. I hope next time is better.

We stopped by the 5th street branch 5 minutes before closing (I didn't realize they closed at 11) and ordered 4 blended drinks with whip and the ladies were so sweet and my blended chia tea was the best it's ever been. It was a perfect end to a super long day and I appreciate it so much.

I come to Wenatchee occasionally, and also happen to be a coffee lover. Usually, when I travel, I like to sample the coffee offered by the local coffee stands. Over the last year, I have tried a few of the local places in Wenatchee. On February 17th, I was introduced to this coffee stand by one of my companions, and I really liked the coffee. Easily the best I've had in town. The Irish cream latte actually tasted like cream. I cannot attest to the customer service, as I did not interact with the barista, but the coffee was definitely top-notch.

Barista made my extra sweet drink with no flavor and tasted burned. When I asked for it remade she told me she had to help other customers first. I asked for a refund instead and she replied that she s not trained for refunds and I have to call the main store for that. Well I had my 2yr old in the back waiting for dinner so I parked on one side and walked over to the other, holding both sides up until a drink I could stand was in my hands. Not that hard to do and what s with the rude attitude lil missy! I know thousands of better baristas than this one! Please don t waste your time. Jack in the Box coffee next door was faster and tastier! :/

I just would like to say thanks to the lovely girl belinda that made my night before driving back home on thursday, and I hope your trip goes very well.PS. The lotus drink was on point and it really helped a lot to stay up.

Went here a lot about a year and a half ago (was traveling for work) came back about a week ago after not having been there for so long and the barista remembered me (granted I drive a very characteristic vehicle). They always make great coffee here and I have always had such a great experience with their customer service! I hope to travel there again for work soon!

Amazing coffee place! Been getting my coffee here for years. Only downside is when it gets busy. They seem to take very very long. And unfortunately I have had many drinks that I have not been satisfied with many of the newer girls...I understand that they arent going to be right away perfect at making drinks, bit should probably be tested before having them make them. Just a thought. Still my favorite coffee stop.

The brand of peach syrup changed (or the normal brand changed their formula) and I'm sad about it :( it tastes like the peach Gummi rings now. Before it tasted like actual peach. The cream now separates from the syrup/carbonated water and it didn't before. The pic shows after about a half hour.

Rude baristas, long lines, slow service, the coffee is nothing special. The baristas run their hands through their hair, don t wash their hands or use sanitizer, and then continue making drinks. Very few of them tie back their hair, which is not too appetizing when preparing drinks. I m tired of all the questions about where I am going, what I m doing and where I work when I am trying to get a cup of coffee. Add at least 30 minutes to your morning commute if you want to get through the line and make it to work on time. Lately they have been asking if you want to add a tip; imagine if other businesses did that. As far as I know, tipping is not mandatory, especially for bad service.

Straight up, great taste of the coffee bean and good roast. Far better than the taste of Dutch Bros! Yet....Too much ice, not consistent service, consistent disappointment! Times before, the service was snappy attitudes and the cards are not stamped clear enough! Lost out on my free drink due to this. The girls are very young, sometimes lacking experience to make my time a good experience.. I didn't have time to pay attention to my order being made because the other gal interrupted, asking to add a food to my order. Maybe I could have had the right milk, the right amount of ice, blah blah. My fault I am sure...And at is up with never being able to hire any men?Oi vey! Yet today, another big disappointment! Who puts an entire cup full of ice? I have been a barista many different locations, never would I let my customer have such little liquid in their drink! I am soooo disappointed that I paid $7 for ice!

During busy times the lines get really long and it seems to take longer than other places (like Dutch Bros) to get your drink and move the lines along. I would like for them to have someone outside taking orders more often. I've only encountered it happening once in the many times I've come through.

Consistently good coffee, they always remember us and our drinks. We love going to Aut-To Mocha on the weekend right before we head down to the market. I've literally never had bad service.

I was a die hard auto mocha lover for about 9 years but the past 7 times I've ordered coffee it's tasted so watery and diluted. I tip well & voiced my concerns but to no avail so tomorrow I'm switching to dutch Bros since nothings being solved :( I guess hell has frozen over lol

My favorite coffee stand in Wenatchee! The girls are kind and quick! The breakfast options are perfect and the drinks are consistently delicious! Prices are reasonable and the stands are at multiple locations which is super convenient.

Today we went for coffee got there before 2 after waiting well over 10 minutes just to have an incredibly rude blonde woman come out and tell us to leave after politely asking the woman if she consider helping us out seeing as we had waited so long she immediately said she could not because she had plans and that we'd have to leave because if we don't she will call the cops what kind of an employee threatens a customer with police because she has plans yes princess will be going now that one needs some more training lost a customer for sure!

The coffee is amazing! Better than anything around the valley. So many options with quality at the front. Nicest Baristas, that know what they are doing. Wouldn t spend my money anywhere else!

I think it really depends on who's making your drink that day. But the last few times the barista didn't know what I meant when I ordered, I'd clarify, and then ask if they knew what I wanted. They'd say yes and still get it wrong. If you go get an Italian soda, and you want multiple flavors. You have to ask for half or quarter pumps, or they litteraly do the amount required for a one flavored Italian soda for every flavor. So they quadruple up on syrup in a regular sized drink. It's to sweet, like sickening. It's just not drinkable that way

I really like the coffee here it's probably some of the best in town in my opinion I really hate though that the girls are constantly gossiping about the other girls that work there or just their drama I don't want to hear it and they're extremely rude barely even acknowledge you this is all from my own experience if the girls treat you great that's awesome but it seems like they are selective as to who they acknowledge or don't

Wish they had one in New York they don't really have a lot in Upstate New York have a lot of espresso stands in fact none in these little Villages that I live in so I'm thinking about opening up my own can't really figure out what to call it because up tomoko took it's pretty good name and they make a pretty darn good coffee too

Love this place great coffee awesome staff I suggest the white chocolate espresso shake with 3 tottie shots its perfect for any time of the day please stop in and give them a shot they will make you exactly what you need to have a great day

I love their zebra frapita. It tastes like a chocolate malt and chocolate milkshake. It's so yummy. It was a nice treat.
