By far the worst mechanic experience I ve had across the country. Besides taking 3x the normal amount of time to align my tires, contradicting theirself of what is actually wrong with my vehicle and breaking my door handle in the process, what really put this review in motion is that I just wasted $150 for my vehicle to drive worse. It wasn t even out of alignment before I took it in (just got new tires) and now it pulls hard to the right. When asking for a refund the manager stated that I needed a new steering gear box (which was never brought up until I confronted him) and that he aligned the vehicle correctly. But I m confused as of why it was never mentioned the day of the payment. 0 stars and will also be in touch with the BBB.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Two years ago I was charged $1500 for brakes, rotors and calipers for my 2014 jeep compass, they have gone bad already and when I called the owner to find out if there was any warranty .but no response from them.Not just that, I have got the same job done for $900 in California.Do your research before you go to these guys!

If you're looking for quick, affordable and decent work, dont overlook alpha automotive. Dont let the shop location fool you, these guys kept me from being stranded by doing a big job in half the time for half the cost. Thank you Anibal.

My engine locked up they didn t put new oil in. Until next day when I went back to tell them! Bad customer service . He didn t Accept his fault and he still charged me. I wouldn t take my car to him ever again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
