Since we travel full time for work, they were very willing to work with us and our schedule. They even pulled a couple extra guys to finish fixing it RV awning and replace it oven in half a day.

Excellent customer service, we had some work that needed to be done under our extended warranty. The warranty company pushed back on most of the work. They requested pictures, videos and a written layout of what the problems were. Dan, the service manager, took the time to accomplish what they asked for and pushed back that the work did fall under the warranty. He was an advocator for us and I am very grateful for his persistence. In the end the work was done under the warranty and everything works great. Thank you for your excellent customer service!!

We had an emergency need for a new RV toilet in our trailer when we first got to our campground. 10 minutes before closing, they were able to help us get one so we could enjoy our camping trip. HIGHLY appreciated!!!

I brought my motorhome in late in the day in a panic when I noticed that the front and side were separating. Jake, the parts manager, took a look and reassured me they could help. He got Juan, the service tech, and he went to work. I came out later to a beautiful repair on my motorhome. Come to find out, the Thor manufacturer had only installed 4 screws where 12 belonged. They got me fixed up quickly and back to camping again. I am so comforted having them right here in my town to take care of all my RV needs. Thanks again to Jake, Juan and Dave (the service manager) for being there for me, even late in the day! We've relied on All Seasons RV for over 20 years!Theresa

I can't say enough good things about All Seasons RV in Wenatchee, Washington. My wife and I were on the first leg of our trip from Shelton, Washington to Virginia. Upon arriving in Wenatchee we opened the slide on our 2022 Lance travel trailer and it jammed at an angle. We were able to retract the slide, but it wouldn't deploy. We couldn't go across country this way so we stopped in at All Seasons. They were incredible. The Service Manager (Dave), as well as Mike and Juan immediately came out and checked our trailer. They determined that the rails had failed and would have to be replace. We found replacement rails at our dealer in Tacoma so we left our travel trailer at All Seasons and drove to Tacoma to pick up the parts. We didn't get back until closing time at All Seasons so they allowed us to stay overnight on property in our trailer and supplied us with 30 amp power. They also rearranged Juan's schedule so he could work on our trailer the following day. By 3:30pm, two days after the slide failed, we were back on the road with a fully functional trailer.Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They saved out cross country trip.I can't recommend All Seasons enough. Special thanks to Dave, Mike and Juan who were beyond helpful.

Our rPOD lost the bearings in one wheel as we were traveling from Republic to Seattle. This was on April 30th, a Sunday. We were able to get it carried to All Seasons on Monday. The mechanics said that they would get it in right away. They had both wheel bearings fixed by 4:30. We were so pleased, surprised, and grateful! Thanks again!Pat Reed

I was passing through town and had a major water leak. During the holidays I suspected it would be a long duration type fix and highly costly. The folks at all seasons not only got me in quick, they went above and beyond to get me right. I can t speak highly enough about this places. Good people, great work and they could have exploited me if they wanted. Top notch all around! Honest and genuine!

These people are great! While traveling through the area, I had an emergency electrical repair needed on my motorhome. Not only did they have the part needed, they worked me into their hectic service schedule to get the repair completed asap. Would highly recommend!!!

I needed a new furnace blower motor asap. They triple checked their inventory to make sure they didn't have to make me wait. Unfortunately they did have to order but they got it to me the next day. Very friendly and helpful!

We had a propane leak which is a safety concern. The pressure test was free and the regulator replacement including labor was very reasonable. They were able to get us in and out quickly. Great service. Had a nice chat with the owner, too.

My first experience was when I bought a camper from another out of town dealer and purchased parts and accessories from All Season's RV. Prices were good and customer service was great. Then I bought a new truck and wanted a canopy for it. Found a high quality canopy and had it installed by them. Again great service and quality product. This year we purchased a new Rockwood Trailer and had extensive upgrades (awnings, slide covers, cameras and additional AC). Totally happy with sales, service and the RV. Great folks to do business with!

I was driving through and my blinkers and brake lights were out. They went out of their way to call around and install new lights so I could drive home safely. They were really the best! The kindness and expertise made my day.

We were basically killing time, but for a purpose- just seeing if they may have a better option in an rv than we already had. We were impressed immediately with Sales Manager Jim. He was upfront, honest and believable. We looked through several in the length category we were interested in. Then Jim suggested looking at one last one. Bingo! We gave the thought process some time and days later started the process. From day one right through to the end, it was a fabulous experience compared to where we d purchased our first one. Thanks to Jim, Carla, Colby and John. You four were the ones we had direct contact with and you all shine! Thank you!

My wife and I recently bought a new truck and needed a canopy. We've always preferred the Leer brand. We found out that All Seasons RV was the local dealer and stopped in to see what they had. What a blessing it was, their customer service is excellent. We were able to order our canopy to our needs and it was delivered ahead of schedule. Thank you All Seasons, your staff is the best!

Awesome staff at All Seasons RV. Pulled into the State Park at Wenatchee and it appeared that a bearing seal had gone with grease all over the trailer wheel. We were staying there for 2 days then back to Canada. Dave (Service) was able to get us in and what appeared to be a simple seal ended up being a big job no thanks to the previous faulty service in Canada. They sourced the parts, explained the issue(s), showed us the problems, and Bob (Technician) went to work. Very good service. Many, many thanks to Dave and Bob for getting us back on the road the same day.

Super super people. Our fridge went down and needed a new cooling unit. We are Canadians who had just started our journey south for the winter. These incredible people took care of us like we were VIP'S.Fixed our fridge which was under warranty which we weren't sure of. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who has any RV problems

This review is from the perspective of needing advice and parts for a motorhome. We were driving the Cascade loop with our just purchased (used) Minnie Winnie. I thought I needed a hose fitting for the black tank flush because the water hose at the prior rest stop on the I-5 freeway would not connect (I think it had a pipe thread not a hose thread). The parts store part of this business appears as well stocked as a different store we stopped at along I-5. The staff took my problem to some co-workers to discuss. We did not end up buying a fitting, but we would certainly stop there for help again should we need something RV.

Good location. Easy in and out from Highway. Plenty of on site free parking. Good selection at reasonable prices. I needed a replacement plug for my camper and they had it in stock. Friendly, helpfull staff. Worth the visit.

Beware of the RV cosignment program , after parting with $320 for their inspection . 2 days later I get an estimate for $3450 to bring my 9 year trailer up to their standards. Including $770 for tires that would be $300 at Costco, $1330 to clean and seal the roof that I could do in a afternoon for $60 . Not happy with this program at all .I'm out 2 days of my time and $400 for nothing.

I've gone in to All Seasons RV several times over the years for parts and info. So I went in again to see if I could get some help with figuring out my RV's A/C controls. The folks in the parts department gave me some ideas about where I could find some more information and on how to fix my A/C. Thank you "All Seasons RV" for your time and patience!

Story begins in April when we were returning to the Wenatchee area. Contacted All Seasons to explore how we could have a lengthy warranty punch list addressed. Our problem? As full time RV'ers, our motorhome is our home - all the time. This negates the ability to simply leave the rig at their shop. So... After the walk-thru inspection of items to be worked on/fixed, they formulated a plan to do the work during the day and returning the rig to us each evening so we could continue living in it.All Seasons was able to complete our multi-paged list in four working sessions spread over 2 months with the only delays being caused by getting parts shipped and getting the manufacturer's approval on work. Each item on our checklist was completed with strict attention to detail and highest quality of workmanship. It is so rare to find a service facility that knows and understands the full-timer lifestyle and is willing to work so well with the customer. Kudos, accolades and a resounding "huzzah".
