Great customer service and very friendly workers. Had a guy named Mike help me out with getting new set of tires and also let me know about replacing my rear bushings. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle for a alignment or oil change.

These guys are top notch! I took my truck in for an alignment, and they found the alignment was already good, they refused to take any money for it! My whole family gets our oil changes done here, they take great care of us.

Great customer service! They went above and beyond to make sure I had my car serviced, breaks and oils change. I called last minute because I was traveling from Seattle and they made it happen in a matter of hours.

Got me right in, great service, pointed out items to be aware of, but provided me with the information, but that it could wait (as we discussed other items I am looking to do) Reasonable pricing (which I ll pay more for great service, then the Corp. companies that just take orders), support your local small businesses, they are the foundation of our economy! You guys exceeded my expectations! Thanks for the great service! Appreciate the friendly staff, fun and personable.(Update) I do have an older Jeep, it is a used 22 yr old vehicle. Although items were checked and items that were pointed out were good, I started to see a leak (very small). Concerned, I dropped by on a Saturday (BUSY) but the gentleman took the time to listen to my concerns, did explain something that actually made sense - told me to hold for a bit, he would get me in to just confirm that nothing was of concern. He was busy/busy, but stopped to hear my concerns and try to rectify!You guys are how small business should be run! This gentleman didn t create or did he handle my original service, but he did pull me up, told me to wait and he d get me in. Respectfully knowing how busy you guys were, I offered to just come back when the levels slowed.Standing O for this Small Business! I wanted to know that even if a problem arises, they didn t just say beat it, make appt they tried to figure out how to make sure I was comfortable!I will be in today to do additional work or make an appointment.for additional work!Great Company!Services: Transmission, Oil change

This place is terrible. I have a 2019 Ford Ranger. I called and scheduled an appointment for a transmission flush with a filter change almost a week ahead of time. I went in on the day of (a Friday, I had to take time off of work) and sat there for about 20 minutes until the receptionist came up to me and said yeah sorry, we don t have the filter that you need for this truck. Okay? I gave you guys almost a week to get it! She asked if I would like to bring my own in and I told her I ll see if I can get one. I called around and luckily the ford dealership had one nearby that could be at the shop the next day. So she ordered it, and we decided I would come in first thing the next morning and I would be their first appointment.So, the next day, I take more time off work to come in for my appointment. I show up at 8am, and they tell me they have the filter and to drop the keys off. I decided to wait in the lobby. They didn t even bring my truck in to work on it until 8:45. I sat there for almost 1 and a half hours. Then, at around 9:15, the same receptionist comes out and says yeah, your ranger takes a special fluid that we don t have. It s different than other Rangers. Sorry, we can t do your service at all. What?!? How could you not know what fluid a vehicle takes before you agree to flush it out? Of course a 2019 Ranger isn t going to take the same fluid as a 2004! I took two days off of work to get this done! She recommended the dealer do it, which is around $800! The whole experience was very unprofessional and left me with a truck that still needed a transmission flush and ended up actually costing me money from the time off of work. I don t recommend this place AT ALL!

I thought my truck needed front brakes. After Mike got the wheels off to get started, he noticed that my front brakes were fine and it was, in fact, my rear brakes that needed to be replaced. Not only did he bring me back to show me, but he squeezed me in the very next morning AND got the parts for the rear brakes at no extra charge. They also gave me a veteran discount. I'm coming back for other services soon. It's rare to find such honest and diligent service these days.

I guess each customer has their own opinion but my experience with these guys was great. They took care of my needs and then some. Oil change and I needed my car aligned and the suspension adjusted. Mike had a job on his hands with my car. Mike was very knowledgeable and did a great job. And the front pit crew did great too! I ll go back. My husband scheduled an appointment for yesterday over a week ago and when he showed up for the appointment yesterday, they informed him they never ordered in his filter for his truck. He was super frustrated but then they let him know if he came in right at 8 this morning they would have the filter and could perform the job. Well, after making him sit for over an hour at the shop and even pulling his truck back to start the job, they let him know they didn t have the correct transmission fluid and yet again wouldn t be able to perform the job. The receptionist had no empathy for the issue and the whole team for 2 days (over a week really) lacked any competence or ability to do a job they regularly perform for others. We could not have worse things to say about this place and will urge everyone we know to never come here lest they waste time like we have.Service: Transmission

This may have been the best experience I ever had getting my car repaired in all of my 58 years. Multiple warning lights erupted on my dash 100+ miles from home and the local auto parts store referred me to Alignment Pros since they have the best code/computer reader in Wenatchee area. Without delay, they scanned the computer and provided the diagnostic information for free. Since my steering wheel had been misaligned after a recent curb impact, I decided to get four wheel alignment done on car for only $109 and completed the work immediately, showing me detailed three axis before and after data. Very impressed thus far, I saw the sign for air conditioning recharge at only $229, and decided to get mine serviced since it quit blowing cold late last year. They did the full professional recharge, completely running a vacuum to clean the lines, running dye through the systems to check for leaks, recharging the system by monitoring both high and low pressure lines, replacing my high and low pressure valves for only an additional $20 to ensure leak-free over the long run. Once complete, my AC compressor still failed to turn on. I assumed it had failed. But Alignment Pros quickly diagnosed the cause for free as a failed electrical relay, temporarily installing a substitute and showed me how to easily replace the part with a new one on my own from the parts store next door! When all was said and done, I got 10% off for purchasing multiple services! I am an engineer usually reluctant to let others wok on my vehicles. This place does high quality work with outstanding customer service, at incredible price/value. Most important you can trust them! I come to Wenatchee regularly and decided I will return here for future maintenance on my 5 vehicles instead of doing it myself or continuing to deal with business I cannot trust on the West side of the mountains.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

So back on 01/30/2020 I had my 2005 Subaru Baja towed to alignment pros because my car got new wheels and new tires and new shocks installed. The main purpose of my visit was to get an alignment. During the time there I had some parts installed as well. Which they did good work with the parts. However the alignment job was SOO terrible. I ended up going back about 3 weeks later to let the owner know that my car was still pulling to the right and that the alignment needed to be redone. No problem he did the alignment pretty fast and sent me on my way. And then again I visit him again on 4/07/2020 because I had noticed that my rear wheels looked kind of slanted out. I go under my car and then notice that my brand new tires were ruined. Half the tire with really good tread and the other half completely worn out. I go in talk to the owner/manager and tell him the problem. I told him he needed to replace my rear tires because that was the result of his terrible alignment. Not one but 3 different TERRIBLE alignments all under 4000 miles All he did for me was tell me that my tires still have some tread. He absolutely did nothing for me besides ruin my brand new tires. I'm upset I trusted his work. I will never go there again.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Incredibly humbled by my experience with these guys. Carlos, Omar and Ricardo were incredible. I went to the shop originally to get some help with my anti freeze hose. Right when I pulled up, my coolant reservoir was leaking like crazy. I pulled in, and the guys helped me for 1 hour to remove the reservoir, identified the issue, fixed the issue and refilled my coolant. They were under the car while it was leaking. They did amazing work and they also were very friendly and in great spirits despite the 18* weather. The guys were genuine and just happy to help a guy in need. I love these dudes. I am going back on Monday to buy them all lunch. Highly recommend them for ANY service. Or just to swing by and be around their positive energy.I will be going back and giving them my business, whether it s with a car, or just to hang out. Absolutely humbled. These are the guys that make the world go around.I want guys like Carlos, Omar and Ricardo on my team.

A big thank you to Omar and Juan for helping today with my car s AC. They were pretty nice and friendly. They received me very kindly almost at closing time. Really professional and honest because I thought I needed an Air conditioning recharge, but they told me that I only needed to change my AC relay switch because it was malfunctioning. Wife and I are on a retirement trip and the indicator said 5% life left in the oil! Called them up as they were getting ready to close and talked to Rick(y) and he said they could fit me in. Have been going to alignment pros for years now! Will be going to Sangsters from now on after the employees shut the garage door on my vehicle. Proceeded with some rude remarks and disregarded the event because it didn t leave a lot of damage. The door came down on the back bumper and thankfully our truck was stronger than their door, the fact of the matter is, is that this is a place for vehicles and they should be the top priority! But hey, we got a sorry! Worst customer service we ve ever received! Still can t believe the manager and employees were okay with this and told us to have respect . The owner needs to have this brought to his attention since he had just conveniently left.. completely irresponsible for any shop!

Mike is hands down the best! He helped me get my subie right, he has a lot of knowledge with Subarus. He did my alignment and I had a broken axle boot that cascade was going to charge $400 for labor and alignment pros only was going to charge me $100. Isn t that crazy. I 10/10 recommended going here and if you have a subie make sure you talk to Mike!
