Took my vehicle in 20 years a go and didn't like his work, now twenty years later.... Took another car and same bad experience. Good luck to the next person, hope your satisfied because i wasn't!

These guys are great.. I got an appointment pretty quickly. They listened to me explain my problem and called me three times throughout the day explaining detailed information on what they found and the end cost before they did the work.. I had no surprises on my bill and my jeep is running better than it has in years.. Bottom line is they did an amazing job. Fast, courteous,detailed information and a very fair price.. This is a great place... When Valvoline is too busy or I can't get in there it's well worth coming here... Yet if they can't do it they send you to someone who can... Valvoline instant oils...Thank you als auto.. see you next time..

These people are the best in Wenatchee without a doubt !!!!!!. they are never pulling something shady, have great prices, and most of all do quick and amazing work for sure ! My husband had some work done on his truck here. They added on an oil change without prior authorization. He had just changed the oil 5 weeks before. It did not need an oil change. When he called and talked to Al he made no apology or offer to right the wrong. He said that it was standard practice to add on service without prior authorization and he admitted he's been doing this for years. His excuse for this underhanded business practice "Everyone in the valley is doing it." Consumer beware!

I brought my car into Al's to get the thermostat changed and got a phone call a little later from Albert about the car, (Mind you I have not had any issues with the car for more than a year) he told he that it was leaking and that the water pump baring's were going out. All this without taking anything off. He told me that it was going to be over $900 and I told him no tank you. Later that day I get a phone call from my son that the car was overheating and that it was smoking. I was not happy so I called Al's and no answer. I finally got ahold of Albert and went in to talk to him and he literally laughed in my face ad his exact words were, "people come in everyday saying that there are things now happening to there vehicles after we look at them and it happens." He had no explanation for anything other than, I didn't d anything to it. Albert is a nice guy but it seems like there is no responsibility or accountability there. I have put in calls for Al (owner) to call me back and I have not got any call back. Very unprofessional.

We really appreciate the work that Dave and the others did on replacing the transmission in our motorhome. No one else in town was willing to even undertake such a task but they did and did an outstanding job.

They can do good work if you can convince them to work on your vehicle it seems if you're Hispanic or female you get your fastest response for auto work
