It is a nice little resort but it is disappointing they don't offer the boat rentals anymore. They've turned it into more of a wine tasting / dinner area than a fishing resort. I also wish they'd get with the times and get starlink internet so they can accept the usual forms of payment. It sucks to be in the middle of nowhere and find out your debit card isn't going to work.

We stayed 4 days with full hook up. Clean quiet and friendly. We ate at the restaurant multiple meals and all were present and as expected.Nearby activities: Fishing was great!

This campground is beautiful. The scenery is awesome. We were just a couple randoms from Ohio passing through for the night. The ladies treated us like family and were very friendly and accommodating. The "regulars" at the campground were the nicest group of people and even let us borrow their kayaks. Even with all the hardships they went through with the fire, they were more than friendly and the place felt comfy. Cant wait to come back one day when they get it all fixed back up.Its was the best combination of remote and comfortable camping we could have asked for.

We had a wonderful fishing weekend at Jack's Resort. The hospitality there is great as well as the views and fishing! It was great to have full hookup and I believe soon they'll have wifi as well. The RV spots are big enough for large RVs and are all grass. They serve food and ice cream as well!

Truly a 5-Star Fishing/Camping resort. Owners Anna and Ginger are friendly, fun and fabulous chef's! The meals are all home-made from scratch (pies, soups, etc.)The road into Jameson Lake is alongside the lake with gorgerous brightly colored cliffs facing you. It is so beautiful! The camp-sites are generous and well cared for. This is a pet-friendly resort and best of all: NO CELL SERVICE - YAHOO!Now to the fishing: The 4 of us each caught our limit. . You each of the 2 1/2 days there. The fish range 10 - 20" You can sit alongside the waters edge or take a boat - whichever you choose and be pleased with your efforts.Now, I worry about too many people reading this and making reservations and they may not have room for us. This has become a "family tradition" for several years now with friends as well as family. So much fun and so reasonable priced! .

This is a great place to fish! We camped for two nights and met new friends, such a friendly place. Owners Ginger and Anna are so helpful and friendly... Jack's Resort is the best kept secret for camping and fishing.

I've been going there for years. Jacks Resort is great. The owners are witty and fun to be around. Most importantly they put up with grumpy old fishermen like pros. Besides all that, Lake Jameson might be one of the best trout lakes in the state.

Great place for camping. Campground is a good size. Host Ginger and Anna are friendly and accommodating. Most sites have full hook up. Power water and sewer. They have a fish cleaning station. They also have fishing bate and worms. Bring bug spray. There's a lot of bugs.

been going here for ten yrs now love the girls. love the fishing.the camping is outstanding. clean friendly and so relaxing. the kids and dogs have a great time.out of all the places ive been this is by far the best place. in fact we love it so much we relocated to be with in a 20 min drive to our favorite one stop outdoor spot.

I have been coming to the lake for 59 years, and it is just perfect.Fishing the bombFood the bestCleanliness is 100%You can order whole pies to goR.V. park great and they are very pet friendly and family oriented. We fished there just once this yearBecause of CoVidThe ladies and their family and helpObeyed and went beyond to keep the sanitation rules above what was asked of them only the 3rd time I have not stayed there for 1-2 weeks in 59 years.To update everyone the wildfires destroyed a huge section of Jacks Resort. There is a go fund me page.And I hope the ladies will let us help as much as we can this coming spring. Roy is a retired civil engineer and is offering any services with the planning stages and writing bids .We will also donate time for any more pre work they need. We are working on an auction right now and part of the proceeds are going in the rebuilding of Jacks.These owners are survivors and THEY WILL PREVALE.

Just spent four wonderful days at Jack's Resort. Quiet, peaceful and great fishing! Ginger and Anna are wonderful and make you feel right at home whether it's your first time there or your twentieth! Definitely will go back!

Went up for a weekend with the guys. Had a good time, even without the resort being there. We were there more for the fishing anyway. Which there was good fishing to be had. Will definitely be going back.

Great place to stay! Make sure to eat at the restaurant, amazing home cooked meals! Reasonably priced all around for food and camping. Fishing is generally really good around here as well.

Jacks resort is a place to pickup your forgotten items before going out on the lake. Surprisingly not price gougers like you might think, and they make decent food as well.

Vikki, Ginger, and Anna make Jack's resort fabulous! Great food served here! Awesome hospitality! My family has been coming here for over 35 years now! Absolutely love this place!

This place was AMAZING!!! Exactly what we needed after schooling online. The teenagers disconnected...the adults disconnected...we experienced wildlife in its best. The owners were accommodating. We will be back!

A great place. Clean restrooms and showers, RV hookups and camping, great breakfast at the restaurant, good fishing. All in all a great place to spend a week or weekend.
