My '18 Escape shut down on me - turns out it was the engine under recall - I worked with Jordan P - let me tell you the amazing, outstanding customer service she provided was above and beyond! She gave me a reasonable time frame for the repairs, which were accurate, so the shop guys did an amazing job as well. ! When my was ready Jordan arranged to have it delivered to me, upon the arrival I see they also washed the car inside and out ! I'm so very happy with the entire service department here! I do hope I need to their services again, but if I do I know it will be superb service. Thanks to all.

Bought my bronco at damerow in Beaverton. I live next to ford Vancouver dealership but I service it at westlie ford. Damerow denied my TSB fix on my soft top but westlie ford did not. I had brought it here at least 3 times now. Treavor, my service advisor has went above and beyond especially this last visit. Made sure problem was fixed in a timely manner and had always kept me updated. I will continue to bring my bronco here if needed. So thank you and to your team of whomever had helped.

I ve been to this service center three times for a troublesome trouble code. These guys went above and beyond each time. They even took me home twice. Ford has been lackluster in their interface with the service center to get this fixed. The service center has been patient and communicative. I have been to other service centers and none of them are of this caliber and quality customer service. Not one. In fact they treat you like you have no other options. You do! Take your ford to Weslie! It s worth the drive to Camas.

I had some work done on the transmission initiated (sort of) by a recall notice. The making of the appointment was simple. The service tech knew what I was talking about. When I got there on the scheduled day they were already prepared for my vehicle to come in. I dropped it off with a request for a spare key to be made. They called me a few hours later to say everything was done and I didn t even need to wait for the key as it was ready also. I went to pick it up and once again they were ready for me. Paid for the key and was out of there. It was beyond easy. The customer service was professional and friendly. And super prepared. I am so pleased with the service I received. After my visit for service at Westlie Ford, I received a request from them to submit a Google review. Normally I would keep negative thoughts to myself. However under the circumstances, I was obliged to respond. I brought my vehicle in to assess the check engine light. Diagnostic fee was $205 and the repair estimate was $600, which supposedly included a partial credit for the troubleshooting fee. I decided to get a second estimate, so my neighbor recommended a mechanic in Portland. He charged me $100 for the part and $75 for labor, because the repair took him less than a minute while I watched. Even though the Ford dealership is only a few blocks from my house and extremely convenient, I can no longer justify patronizing this business.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Great service. I had prepaid for an oil change, vehicle inspection and tire rotation. So they did all but the tire rotation since the tires are original to ouelr 2013 Ford Edge. Time to buy tires.We appreciate Westlie!!Service: Auto maintenance

Went in for oil change, tire rotation and to troubleshoot a warning light. Diagnosed the electrical issues in less than an hour, showed me a photo of the damaged wires and replaced the damaged wires. They called me several times to keep in informed of the progress. Customer service pretty darn good, Jordan. This is the second time I've brought in a vehicle for professional repair, not sure the professionalism isn't a strong suit for the maintenance individual or individuals. As mentioned, twice in for repairs, left with door major rub by another rig (white one this time) in driver's back door. Looked like a rig ran/shook it's door on mine and all issues were not addressed, and let's not forget,,, I get it back with additional issue.Sorry for the bit of negative, but I'm being honest. I know positive, 5 reviews are what we all strive for. We dropped our car off Friday night for a noon appointment on Saturday. They called us just before 10:00am to let us know the service was done and the car could be picked up!Because we had both vehicles back in service, our weekend went much more smoothly than expected.Thank you Westlie Ford!

Went in for a variable cam timing solenoid recall on 12/30/21. The truck started acting weird and doing this it hasn t done before. I then went in to confront them about bad behaviors of the truck and they told me to drive it until something breaks cause they don t know how to fix it. While doing the recall, the dealer overtightened the valve cover and cracked it. After long while and because life is so busy I discovered the oil leak in June. They wouldn t admit that they cracked it but said would replace it under warranty. Part wasn t available until 12/13/22. I asked them to do a transmission oil flush as a compensation for the bad experience but they said no we will not do that for you, we have other customers to attend to.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

While it was a good overall experience, I didn't feel the $165 Diagnostic was a fair price at all for the time the tech spent on the troubleshooting and PCM reprogramming. I've never heard of an auto shop or dealership charging more than $99 for the Diagnostic. I think it definitely should have been prorated lower since he only spent about 15 min. on the diagnostic. I ve been taking my truck to Westlie Ford for10 years with pretty good results. This year was no exception although it was necessary to bring it back after the 4WD repair didn t take. They stood by their service and completed the repair without additional charge. However they have started charging an additional 3% to use a credit card and I don t frequent businesses that charge extra for credit cards if I don t have to. And, fortunately, I don t have to. My vehicle had the gas tank drilled and all my gas stolen with a terrible mess left. Westlie Ford to their credit was willing to take on the repair when others didn t. It s got the truck back . Sept 24th truck was towed, they had me set an appointment for October 3. Just got it back today, October 18th. Things happen, I understand mistakes, supply issues, etc. the delays aren t what I am upset about. Don t tell me falsehoods and don t say you didn t say something when you did. Won t be back and it is unfortunate because as far as I can tell the work on the truck was goodService: General repairs & maintenance

The Service Manager Marie is awesome. Goes above and beyond to take care of the customer. She may very well be the only shining star at the dealership. Very limited selection of new vehicles, and used vehicles are in excess compared to new inventory.
