The people are very nice. But how would you react to getting an estimate for a new bumper on October 2, then being scheduled on January 7? Also told they will need to keep your car for two weeks to put the bumper on?Maybe two stars was generous - you decide.UPDATE: It turns out this kind of wait time isn't unusual for auto body work. They actually got me in a week earlier and only kept the car for 5 days. They did a very nice job. I did get a call they forgot to put some finishing piece on and I need to bring it back whenever I can for about 20 minutes.

2 stars at best. 38 days to do an estimated job of 10.8 hours. Belittled me when I asked for paperwork when I took my truck in. Paint did not match on body repair belittled again.

Hit a deer, messed up the bumper and dented the hood. This place claimed they were fixing both which is what I would expect since the car was perfect before hitting a deer and I had insurance. But in the end when I went to pick up my car they only fixed the hood, then have the nerve to have their receptionist tell me the damage on my bumper does not correlate with that of a deer. UNBELIEVEABLE! Says who? Because it was fine before I have pictures of the car prior. The damage is that if a deer.Don't wate your time here.Service: Body & Trim

One of the best body shop experiences I ve had. The shop staff at Victory did great body work on my Honda Accord. John and Chuck were communicative and friendly along the way. We had issues getting the parts, due to manufacturing shortage, but they complete everything in a timely manner when it all arrived safely. Thank you all!

As a single woman I am generally pretty leery of auto body shops. This place is so trustworthy I still can t even believe it. I left my very expensive camera in the trunk while they were doing a repair and it was in perfect condition right where I left it. The repair was gorgeous! 6 stars

Needed some paintless dent repair on one of our vehicles. I called them Monday morning and took our vehicle in at 10:30AM for them to look at. I left it there and picked it up at 4:30PM that afternoon. They did an excellent job on the area with the dents. I'm extremely satisfied with the work performed. Not to mention I love using local businesses.

Even though they are fairly quick repairing cars, they charged way too much for what they do. Their customer service need to improve as well

These guys worked on our car and it looks great! They also helped us with insurance claim as well! And guys were willing to take smaller reimbursement just to help us out! If ever need a body work done on the car, we are definitely come back to this place! Recommend to friends and family!

I went to Victory Lane after being in an unfortunate hit and run, my SUV was deemed totaled by insurance, but not beyond repair. John was quick to explain what needed to be done, just from looking at photos and hearing what happened. He found and ordered parts, and wrote an estimate for me very quickly. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and made me feel like I was a priority and not just another invoice like I have experienced at other shops. Throughout the process, he called to let me know how it was coming along, and I never felt like a bother when I came to check on my car. The finished result is beautiful and you can't even tell there was a chunk out of my car at one point. He found great parts and matched the paint beautifully. Overall, I am incredibly pleased with the service they provided and wouldn't hesitate to bring him my vehicle again.

My car was sparkly clean inside and out after dropping it off for body repair. The woman at the desk was friendly, prompt and transparent. I was also given an inspection of brakes and such (which I had requested), the mechanic called me and patiently explained prices and any issues he found. I did not pay for the body repair but the quote I was given for brakes was a fair price. I will definitely be returning to victory lane.

What a joke!!!I tried to called to that shop to checking if they could repair on my truck's body part & key locks that were damage from broke in. Which I called through ASL Relayer Interpreter to spoke with one of their employee (Which I am deaf and using Relayer Interpreter app to communication through phone call)... One woman whose I spoke through phone call, she sound like she have NO COMMON SENSE and told me that she's not interesting in my business then hang up on me... I CALLED THEM TWICE and got hang up by them after my Relay Interpreter TRYING to explain to phone call that I'm deaf and using sign language to communication with them. Who ever working at that shop IS A RUDE AND IGNORANT!I'm trying to contact to find out if they could repair for my truck and my insurance would pay everything for the cost...One of employee whose work for Victory Lane Auto Body whose I had spoke with at very recently should be FIRED for being ignoratnt & rude service!!!

I'm beyond happy with the work Victory Lane did on my '19 Cadillac! It looks just like it did when I drove it off the lot. The customer service is amazing. I was hoping to have my car back on a certain day and they called me to explain they would need a few more hrs the following day. They're priced competively w/out feeling taken advantage of.I recieved my car back washed inside and out. They even cleaned the screen on my dash and inside the cup holders.Great job Victory Lane! Thanks a bunch!

Great place to do business. My car was fixed better than new and the owner John went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I hope I don't need his services again but if I do, I won't hesitate to use his shop again.

These guys are here to take loyalty care of your property and make sure the job is done! Maybe a hiccup sometimes that is out of there control, but hey dont we all! Amazing people and the owner John seems to take great care of his customers!! Highly recommended

Originally went to Kuni but they had a 2 month wait to replace my Bumper. I called Victory Lane and they got me in just a few days. The employees and owner are awesome and they provided me with a free loaner car until my car was ready. Highly recommend them!

Very bad work, and yes nothing but excuses!John was very nice to get your business but then comes the excuses!I had a metal project prepped and painted. John said it would take a week, and almost 6 weeks later it was finally done and when I went to pick it up, it was the worst paint job! Parts weren't painted all the way and didn't even look like it was prepped! And he even had the nerve to try and charge me more over the agreed price, unbelievable! Never Again!Trust me go somewhere else!!!

I had a tail light replaced on my VW Jetta. The work was done efficiently, the price was as quoted and I am very pleased the work done. The also recommended a guy to do mobile dent repair who did a great job at my home to repair some minor dents. His company is called Affordable PDR and Patrick did an excellent job. No dents and new tail light, happy customer.

Used them twice, John the owner is a very nice person but full of excuses as to why your parts are not done. Main business is insurance repairs and if you have them motorcycle parts they seem to get put on the back burner. Both times I was told two weeks for parts to be painted and ready for pick up and both time it was closer to seven weeks. Many calls to see how things were going and always told they were behind or would be done by the weekend and never were. Wouldn't use them or refer them to anyone.

2 be continued......waiting to see if my car gets fixed. Right!....Update Car is not fixed, I had to do some of their work, No communication at all....Haven't called me once...Painting that was done has a tape line that left excess paint that you can see and feel.....still waiting on headlight....it's been 3months.....update car is fixed...it looks good, but should have been handled better..

I had had some insurance work done through Victory Lane a few months ago after an accident with my wife's Jeep. It was done quickly and professionally with no hassles. When I had mechanical difficulties with it this month, Victory Lane was the first place that I thought of.Throughout our recent repairs, John provided us with updates and was never too busy to let us know what was going on. When one of the parts that was put in ended up being defective, he got a replacement and put it in on his own time in order to get our car back to us as soon as possible.Generally when working with auto repair businesses, I feel like I am only an invoice to them and am treated accordingly. Not with Victory Lane! Here, I feel like they are representing me and my best interests. I cannot recommend this business enough if you are in the Camas/Washougal area.

Those guys all rock! Head me in and out so fast and did so good I couldn't even notice the accident ever even happened... Except for the fact my truck was spotless inside and out! Thanks Micah and Jay, you guys are doing amazing work.

So courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable! Didn't try to take advantage of me for being a young dumb girl, something I have come across quite a bit at other shops in my life time. Definitely going back if I ever have another problem.
