I've been buying cars from Triple C since I was 18! Chuck is more like family to me. They always take care us. John ( The Toilet) got us a great rate on our Suburban! Thank you guys for always treating us like family!

I appreciated how helpful and polite Andrew and Big Fuzzy were. I needed a car and they had me in and driving in a few hours. Laid back and honest. Not pushy. Andrew never came across as a sales man. More like a friend. Thanks guys!

Great people, they went out of their way to work within our budget so we could go home with a car. I would definitely recommend going to them next time you are looking to get a vehicle.

Over priced used cars with a lot of issues.I went in and was astonished at the lack of professionalism. The manager was pushy and they made continuous comments on my income that I found offensive (I make good money) they were over emphasizing it every five minutes well you make fantastic money health insurance that must be nice You make more than me I m still a person with Budget regardless of what you think I should be able to affordWhen I met them with the same energy he suddenly became very defensive.I stated the manager probably makes more than me in a quick retort because I felt uncomfortable.I told them my budget and even flexed a little above that but was very straightforward with what I was looking for and could afford and the manager John was dead set on not being flexible and outright is not a businessman. He really is just an overgrown manchild. It got to the point where I said I m okay with not making a deal and he went to his office and threw my down payment down on the counter aggressively in my face . I was then followed into the parking lot and pestered that if just come up with more money they would make a deal.I found this place to be predatory ,unprofessional overall pushy and lacks a culture of transparent honesty.During my test drive , the whole conversations was the salesperson defending all the negative reviews online .(I never once asked about there reputation or reviews or even brought the social status of the dealership up )After my experience I would say these negative reviews are true and hold up.If ur not smart enough they will try to pull a fast one on you .Buyer bewareI would highly not recommend anyone trusting or taking their business there.Look elsewhere and save yourself your own piece of mind.

Stay away from these guys!! Horrible business practice they will see your in home finance auto lender on Longview, they only give you one mechanic choice if your car breaks under warranty witch just happens to be a breaks plus auto repair witch happens to be owned by the same car lot!! Don t fall for their tricks they are a horrible car lot.

The good: Worked with me on the deposit. Let me leave with a vehicle that I initially did not think was possible. Clean interior and exterior was decent. Next to best vehicle on the lot or so it seemed. Easy enough process, but I had also gotten off of an overnight 12 hr shift so I wasn t too in the moment to care. Bad time to buy a car.The bad: absolutely lied to about the condition of the vehicle. Again, I was just off work from an overnight shift and should have been sleeping but was running errands and got a call saying I could get qualified and ride away today. I said sure let s see it. This was my first ever dealer experience, and I went alone. I was told directly to my face the vehicle had an exhaust modification, cool I thought that was fine. I specifically asked would any check engine codes pop up after I leave , the salesman replied I don t know man, it s a used vehicle . Again that s fine, he s correct. My next question after text driving, will there be an o420 code pop up for catalytic converter not being there (mind you this is for a 16k truck before interest), I was directly lied to and told no, no such code would pop up,previous owner had it tuned to get rid of codes. This was told directly to me by the salesman. Well wouldn t you know the next day after paperwork the code popped up, I went to oreillys in town had it checked and they printed paperwork out for me. I have a picture of me at the store with the light on the day after purchase. Again, this was a used vehicle but at a purchase price of 16k, with payments upwards of $650 a month, you d think some amount of honesty would be put into the sale. Yes, I left with a minimal down payment & was worked with on that. I have bad credit and was not an ideal option to sell to and they still tried to help, in the end I was just lied to and time wasted. Radio went out two days later. I realized 2 weeks later that I was having to put more money down than I realized. I thought initially I was to put $4000 down but it turned out to be $5000 on paperwork. Which was went over with me, so that was my fault. I d say majority of this experience was on me, except for where I was directly lied to about a huge purchase. If you are broke and need a car, these guys work with you, make sure you don t make the mistakes I did and cover everything before you leave. If you ask a specific question, get everything in writing.I did fall behind on payments, and didn t respond in any sort of timely manner, perhaps they could have worked with me. The car was repoed and that is fine, again bad judgement and timing on my part. Just really wish I wouldn t have been lied to about the legitimacy of any work done to the vehicle.

Buyer beware. If you have to finance with them they will sell your loan to a company that has zero interest in helping out their customers. We are only 45 days behind and they took our car. They have no options to defer payments or anything. I was told by the lady well good luck getting approved anywhere else and hung up on.

This place is a total SCAM! I had gotten a vehicle that I signed after all taxes and interests fees for around $9,200 and found the paperwork they sent me home with stated I owe over $13,000 for it. So they added $4,000+ to the price when I never signed agreeing to that price at all. And this vehicle has quite a list of problems attached to it that was never mentioned and I was lied to about the vehicles details. It also has 57 carfax reports attached to it that was lied about and after talking with the financial advisor I was told to take it to their shop to get a list of its problems to get fixed of no charge to me but they tried saying it has no prs. It's all family owed though so of course getting a biased answer on its issues and now can't reach the financial advisor and I came to learn NO vehicle inspection company will ever inspect a vehicle from triple c because they are such cons. I HIGHLY recommend NEVER going to this dealership! PLZ save yourself the trouble and money! Has old worn tires, bad strut, transmission fluid leak, oil leak, steering column is lose, speakers don't work, window don't work, weather stripping is screwed, oil is gunned up and chunky, lied about gas mileage and fuel type, lied about monthly payments and total end price, lied about everything! This place absolutely needs SHUT DOWN! It's missing parts and has no owner manual at all! And they took the new brakes off and changed them after the test drive so when I left I immediately knew the difference and when I mentioned it had problems to chuck he was so mad and defensive and it's because he was caught selling me a lemon! Super shady scamming dealership and hope and pray NO ONE ever goes here again!

Ive never been here before, but have had close friends say the worst things.Im just writing a review to say that the owner's response to every person's negative review...is just WOW. So defensive, so unprofessional. Maybe dont rip people off and you wouldnt have so many bad reviews lol

I have to start off by saying that Jon was super awesome nice Very helpful and friendly sales guy. This is my second time coming back to triple c. When I am ready for another upgrade I ll be coming back. Thanks for all your help guys your always helping this single mom!

We have bought from Triple C in the past and still have the vehicle and it is running strong. We decided to buy our children a vehicle today, walked in, drove a car and bought it within an hour. These guys know what they're doing and we truly appreciate what they're doing for used car sales in our area! Fair price, honest vehicle remarks.

I bought a car from here last month and I had very little money and my credit was shot. I needed a car badly and these people are so wonderful and it's a family owned business. I am forever grateful for the wonderful car they got me And too and I am so thankful for them working with me I would Recommend this car dealership to anybody way to go and thank you so much

Just bought a car here and was pleasantly surprised at the level of comfort I had when dealing with the saleswoman. She was upfront and honest about things wrong with certain cars without us having to pry that information out of her. She was quick to check any check engine lights and assured us that anything that popped up, their mechanic would take care of.I'm very happy with the vehicle we settled on and the professionalism and customer service we received here. Highly recommend!!

I couldn t be anymore thankful to chuck and the crew! Stolen car and bad transmission within 2 months had us in a very difficult situation and tight spot financially. We came in and chuck got us a vehicle right away to get us going again, fast forward 2 months later we traded it in and got a big boy truck. Something my husband wanted and chuck worked with us to get it. They have exceeded our exceptions as a dealership. We really are grateful for the help Triple C has given us in a time of need. If you re in need or just looking for a vehicle give them a call you won t be disappointed!

The salesman took care of me to make the sale, and continued to take care of me after the sale. With service like that, I d recommend anyone looking for an inexpensive vehicle to check this place out before buying anywhere else and let them blow your mind and get you a great deal!

These guys are awesome! I came in with my eyes set on a vehicle but they told me flat out things were wrong with it that's why it was so low. We wandered around trying to find a good car and settled on a newer one and financed just a little bit. Andrew and company got us taken care of quick and out the door with a car fast. Love it! Will definitely consider them for my next vehicle purchase!!!

Advertising a vehicle on Craigslist that I called in about. Person on the phone said there was no issues and to come check it out. Drove all the way from Oregon which was about an hour drive. When we got there a salesman told us to not even bother looking at it cause its having issues. I told him about us calling in so he went to double check and came back with a battery charger to start it up. immediately you can hear the knocking from the engine. On top of that almost all of their vehicles were not detailed inside. One even had mold growing on the seats. My advice is to avoid this place and for the owners, they should take a little more pride in their business.

They're very nice. Keisha is the lady who helped me. Unfortunately it was a waste of her day as well as mine I drove quite a ways to come here had asked if the vehicle was going to be ready before I came tried to find out fan dancing before I came but unfortunately neither one we're done so ended up wasting most of my only day off. But they are nice and I'm sure they probably did what they could. Ultimately they had me go to my own bank and I knew I was going to be turned down there if they had told me that three days ago I would never have even come. Very disappointing.

Jordan and Triple C Auto were outstanding. He really went the extra mile to help us out with finding the right vehicle, for just the right price! Julie helped us find and be happy with a rig quickly and worked hard with us over the phone to get us pre approved the day before so we weren't sitting there for hours doing paperwork. She advocated for us and really made the experience quick and easy!!! Definitely recommend this shop. We drive up from Dallas Oregon having known of them from living in the area years prior.

On 12/16/21 I was just amazed how John and Jackie both took care of me. I was pretty nervous not gonna lie cuz I was needing a working vehicle. With some money down and a trade I got more then what I bargain for. I walked out not only happy but thankful too. I got to leave with not only a SUV but it was a Chevy, Chevy Suburban and I LOVE Chevy. Anyone looking for a starter car I recommend 100 percent. I know every one situation is different but if you put effort that match that. The only part that was difficult and frustrating was getting insurance, even John still helped with that. Awesome crew there. Even got a coffee mug and some recycle bags for grocery shopping lol. It's not the gift it's the thought and it was just a Awesome experience. Thanks John And Jackie.

Worst experience in my whole life!!! Pretty much got sold a lemon, Motor went out just a couple months after getting it. We decided to get it replaced. Needless to say 6 months later that engine has now blown, warranty expired! Not to mention all the money we have put into it from brakes, tires, AC replacement, and so much more!We will not be putting a 3rd engine in, we have not even had this vehicle for 2 years!!!It s been a nightmare for my kids, husband and I, my family did not deserve this!Now we have a vehicle we still have to pay on even if it don t drive! Ridiculous!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Triple C Auto, as it was my first time financing a car vs. Craigslist or any other form of for sale by owner, I didn't know what to expect. The office personnel did their absolute best to find a car that would fall within my budget, get the best possible interest rate on my loan, and make the experience as painless as possible. From what I saw, i was thoroughly impressed. They have set a personal standard of what to expect from any other dealership that I may visit in the future. Keep up the awesome work Gary.

I've been researching used car dealerships in Lee County, FL for only a few months. I happened to stumble upon a little car lot on Crystal Dr with a really nice quantity of family sized cars, for a great price. I didn't think we'd be able to get financed, but Frank made it happen. Thank you, Triple C. I will be a return customer.
