Ordered a micro air new style thermostat to replace the old 5 button dometic. Everyone was very helpful and item came fast within 4 days. Management was kind to give the sale price after I ordered it, would do business again.

Our experience with Panther RV Products was fantastic! We needed a new, right Dometic awning arm for our 2017 Forest River Surveyor. A local RV repair company was going to charge us a FORTUNE to replace it and told us it may take MONTHS to get the part before they could. My husband was sure he and our son could repair it if we could find the arm. I found Panther RV Products, and it said online that they had four in stock. We called twice to ask some clarifying questions about measurements and shipping and reached a REAL PERSON right away both times! How often does THAT happen these days?! Our awning arm arrived at our location in College Station, TX in two days! My husband and son installed it in under an hour yesterday afternoon, and it s working perfectly! Based on our experience, we would wholly recommend this business 150%! We won t hesitate to use them again; that s for sure!

I just replaced my gas absorption refrigerator with a 12v compressor type of a different brand. I searched the internet for a supplier with a good reputation and found Panther RV. I purchased my refrigerator from them at a competitive price and their reputation for after sales service was confirmed. I have a lot of questions regarding refrigerator temperature settings and overall performance of a compressor type compared to my previous gas absorption type. They have provided with knowledgeable feedback. I highly recommend them.

This place was the only one to have the brand name PN Sail Switch I needed, the price was good and they even shipped it a faster shipping method than what I paid, which I am guessing was due to me expressing my furnace being out until I got it so A+++++ customer service! Definitely reccomend!

Unhelpful customer service. Liked my shopping experience but after paying over $1000 for a 12V fridge and realizing after install/attempting to use it on a trip that it doesn t reach food safe temps I reached out to Panther. Their first email back to me was passive aggressive saying they were sorry I had such a terrible time with their company. They ve told me twice to contact Vitrifrigo so I guess they are ok selling $1000 products that don t work and now I m stuck with another DIY situation and my food is going bad. Yay. Would have continued using them for other products down the line as their prices and shipping are great.

Ordered a Dometic fan motor assembly on 9/2 and it's 9/27 and no Dometic fan motor!!! I contacted through the website on 9/14 and received a callback. Was told they would look into it and call me back. That NEVER happened. I've called 3 separate times and keep being told they are awaiting a response from FedEx. GOING ON A MONTH WITH NO EXPLANATION AND NO RESOLUTION NO COMMUNICATION!! VERY DISAPPOINTING TO FEEL UNVALUED AS A CUSTOMER!!UPDATE 9/27: So "Rhonda" just called me back. With 1 phone call to FedEx she was able to find out that they lost my package. Kudos to "Rhonda" for going up and beyond when no one else at your company would.

I had a last minute issue with my Maxx Air fan right before the 4th of July weekend and I was desperate to get these parts identified, ordered and delivered. None of my local stores provided the parts I needed so my only option was to order online.Their pricing was fair, and the service was seamless. The parts were just as ordered, delivered and I'm back on schedule. I will be using Panther RV Products again!

Bought a blower motor for my Dometic AC. I got exactly what I ordered, in a couple days. A year and a half later I actually installed it to repair my failed Dometic. Exact fit, works perfectly. And let me just say that I ordered from here because they had the absolute LOWEST price for my part. If I ever need more parts for anything on my trailer you can bet I will be ordering from Panther RV.

Im building out a van and am on a strict schedule. I ordered a driver side bunk window and a passenger side bunk window. I received the windows from Panther and got all the way to punching holes for the cutouts. Then I realized that they sent me 2 driver side windows. Panther admitted their mistake and told me they would send the correct window. However, that was 2 weeks ago. Now they are saying that they wont send the correct window until they receive the incorrect window that I sent back. They said it was their "policy". In the mean time, the expensive primer that I bought has gone bad much less the holes I now have in my van. I tried to explain that this was their mistake and, in good faith, they should at least send the correct window immediately with the fastest shipping as I send the incorrect window. But they refused. So my van has been sitting outside for 2 weeks now with holes in it.It seem completely logical that, to right THEIR MISTAKE, they should just send the correct window immediately with the fastest shipping and wait to receive the incorrect window. Their response, and helping with the mistake was very nice, but I would consider this terrible customer service. I have done nothing wrong. I have spent a large amount of money with them, and now have to spend more money on new primer, combat the elements and hope that no rust appears, hope that no one climbs through the hole in the side of my van and steals it, as well as be weeks behind in the build.

Let's just say it's been a long time since I experienced such poor customer service- even during Covid. I ordered parts that were supposed to be delivered the next day (paid for it). Panther promptly called to confirm my shipping address, but I missed the call. I called them back within 10 minutes and confirmed the shipping address. Almost 3 days later, they called and again wanted to confirm my address, but couldn't rush shipment even though I paid for next day shipping.

This RV Supply business was a GREAT FIND. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They have items in stock, are knowledgeable, go above and beyond to help customers. They clearly know how to run a business that is customer oriented. Very rare these days.Don't go to the flashy big guys who make you wait a week to get your much needed item by ordering. Go to Panther RV, service is great and their prices are better.

This is the way customer service used to be, Panther RV genuinely cares about its customers and goes above and beyond. I Purchased a Dometic 12-volt refrigerator, installed it, and checked that it was operating before, storing it for the winter. Pulled my RV out for a trip and the Fridge would not get down to the correct temp. Called Camping World and the earliest they could get me in was 2 months later. Called Dometic and though they were sympathetic to my situation, they said it had to be checked by RV cert. Tech. before they would return. I called Panther RV and explained my situation, They went above and beyond to get me back on the road. They worked with Dometic To test my previous fridge made a determination it was bad, and replaced it under warranty on the Spot. VACATION SAVED!!!Thanks, Panther RV Products, you have earned my business for life, what a fine group of individuals, that make up the clearly, extraordinarily run company that it is. BRAVO !!!

As a full-timer when I had AC issues I typically would order from a local store. Not anymore, the time to find the OEM part Dometic Duo-Therm 3315332.005 OEM Brisk II Fan Motor Assembly to the time I had cool air again was half that of the local RV center. I am glad I found by search Panther RV and will be ordering a second motor shortly for my rear AC. Not at all a bad investment in parts for a 28 year old unit.For the DIY'ers, be sure to clean your fans, long shaft is forward rear fan is open facing the coils. Leads can be connected up top if you don't have any connector issues. Clean your coils while you are up on the roof. I used a HF Bauer shop blower and a brush.By the way, double boxed with foam padding. That's so old-school perfect I had to mention it.Thanks Panther RV Products!

Placed order for fan motor and paid to have it overnighted the shaft was bent & it won t work. They have a awful return policy and I will eat the $305 but I will NEVER buy anything from them again. Do Not waste your time or money

Wonderful experience! James was superb and so helpful! We needed a replacement part for a discontinued rv oven/stove top item and he found it for us and then sent it to us at no charge for the item or shipping. All in less than 24 hours!! Highly recommend Panther RV!!

The service was great! We had a small issue with a rented RV and needed to replace a part quickly. Was able to order and have deliver overnight to the next stop on our trip. They called to confirm the purchase and the package was waiting for us when we got there. Was able to fix the issue and get back on the road. Highly recommend them!!

I found Panther RV while googling CR Laurence windows and I am so happy that I did! Panther RV has a great selection of products at fair prices. Their customer service is very thorough and efficient. When they noticed that my shipping and billing addresses were different, they called me to confirm that they were correct before shipping my product out. The orders shipped and arrived fast. I have ordered multiple products from them for my Sprinter Van conversion and I will definitely be returning for more.

Thank you guys.Reason one, I chose you guys is you were local.Reason two, (the most important for me)you post your phone number on the website. There are companies who don't and that is now a deal breaker for me.I have had some recent terrible experiences with my van build from companies who think it is OK to correspond via email. It appears that they think that they don't need to respond if they don't know the answer.Please keep answering the phone and talking to potential customers.I am afraid the younger generation of business owners thing it is ok to not have human interaction. They are dead wrong.I love it when I can communicate with people in order to make an expensive and time consuming van build go smoothly.You guys made purchasing easy.Thank you.Tony Earle

Be very careful when ordering from this company. Be skeptical of the positive reviews. The negative reviews imply this compant sells defective parts. Then give you the runaround. I just received a broken part today and they have never responded to my calls or messages.
