My family and I have been working with Alex and his crew for many many years. While the prices are a little steep at times, it's very well worth it. This shop is extremely thorough, will not try to money gouge you, and the people are very friendly. They also take good care of their employees, making them happy as well. They will always do what is best for your vehicle. Four seasons cares about their customers. This is my place to go!

I was having transmission trouble with my car and was recommended to bring it to Four Seasons. The owner Alex is very polite and accommodating. He took his time to really listen to me and did his best to solve the issues with my car at a reasonable price. My car was not drive-able and Alex towed it to his shop. The mechanics worked hard on troubleshooting the issue to avoid a full replacement of the transmission but in the end, replacement was the only option. I appreciated the effort and went ahead with the transmission replacement. Throughout the whole process they kept constant communication with me and kept me updated on everything. I got my car back from Four Seasons and it s now driving well. I highly recommend this shop for it s excellent customer service and professionalism. In fact, I have already referred some friends to take their cars here! Thank you to Alex and the rest of the guys at Four Seasons! You guys are super respectful and did a great job on my car! Due to a water leak from the sunroof, the headliner was no longer sticking. The headliner and board was repaired. All seems to be fine, accept the cabin lights on the ceiling are not staying up. They have fallen. The owner is a person of his word and asked us to bring the car back so he can make sure the cabin lights stay in place. Being a business owner myself, our business culture is to make sure we do what we committed. Being a service company with integrity means we fix the problem and we guarantee what we fix. I am confident the cabin lights will be fixed, as promised. So far, the experience and customer service has been outstanding.Service: Auto water leak repair

Have used this shop for almost 4 years now. Would not go anywhere else. When it moved from Vancouver, we now commute the 25 mins just for their shop. They are honest, you get integrity, and honesty, and knowledge that's a combo you need in auto repair. Go see Alex and his crew, you will not go wrong. Alex and Team 4-Seasons are our new go to for our vehicle needs.I brought our 1998 Jeep in to reattach the headliner, being unaware they were more than Roger s Upholstery. Once learning of their certified skills, I requested they verify the radiator s condition and perform a trip inspection. They are skilled, thorough and reasonably priced. We are grateful to have such a skilled team to care for our aging vehicles needs. Plus, Raja their 4-legged, furry greeter is sweet too.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

Four Seasons is a great local shop. The prices are fair and they are honest and kind. Love the staff I will be supporting them with all my repairs. They just did my breaks and rotors they pointed other maintenance the car needed with no pressure and it was all true. I always go to Four Seasons for my auto repairs. They may not be the cheapest but everything is taken care of right the first time and saves me time and money. I just got my battery current sensor replaced and decided to get a Mobil 1 synthetic oil change done while I was there. Alex and Sarita are great and I can't recommend this place enough. So friendly and reliable, each visit is convenient and timely. They are personally interested in their customers safety and well being. I know because they helped me through accident repair by working with my insurance company and managing costs (in addition to numerous kind gestures). I always recommend them, they are some of my favorite people!I had to reschedule a major repair due to health complications. The owner knows me and my family, is genuine when he asks how we are doing, and graciously scheduled me in quickly. I would never take my car anywhere else except to his son's location. They are honest mechanics that offer competitive pricing. We've serviced several vehicles, and their quotes are on par or better. They are willing to tell you something isn't required to get fixed if it is a non essential part. That is especially helpful when there is a lot of work to be done. Great people, fair, and honest.

I had a high temp warning ( coolant) on my 2001 Chevy Silverado. Being a full time musician, I use my truck to get to gigs. Truck had issues on Friday, and I called Alex ( the owner) early Sat morning. I was able to get a diagnosis, bid repair ( price was fair) and got the truck back within the day. The invoice was easy to understand, no hidden charges, and Alex was easy to communicate with. I went to the shop in Washougal. They installed a new fan, changed the oil, and checked the brakes. Alex and the guy's do great work repaired while I waited. Had electronic issues with gauge cluster work was done in a timely manner along with oil change. Mechanic did an inspection and addressed future work to be done in the near future or next oil change. Had my rear differential pinion flushed and resealed. Honest and up fron about pricing and repairs. Friendly staff. Timely repair. I went out on a limb using their service based on great Google reviews and I'm glad I did! I'll definitely return in the future for auto repair needs.

If you need car repairs and you don't know where to start seriously take your car here. After calling seven other shops he gave me the best price and also provided me with some good Insight on how to safely get my vehicle to him without paying for a tow. Once at his shop he was able to provide multiple options for financing as my repairs were more than I could afford. Once they began work on my vehicle they found further wrong with the vehicle due to the previous owner laziness and misinformation I wasn't aware of. He was able to get my truck back up and running so quickly and it runs even better than before I took it to him. He definitely has a new lifetime customer!

Alex/owner & his wife are scammers! Highly recommend avoiding this shop at all cost!!! Alex will tell his mechanics to leave old parts on, then tell customer's they re brand new parts that were installed or falsely diagnose your car, that s not the actual problem! Alex Ahmed Loves to do the runaround with ya .just to get money out of your pocket!!!! several of his mechanics that worked for him in the past, and still working for him , has personally told me, they do what Alex says ! they know it s not right! But bill s need to be paid!!!!Four seasons(has & will still scam), thousands and thousands of dollars of innocent people s money that don t deserve it ! Collection agencies all over!, has (Alex Ahmed ) & four seasons names all over their books. The guy is a con artist. Just do ya ll a big favor & save yourselves a big headache from these monsters!!!!Ps . I have no reason to talk bad about any businesses! I just speak fax s ! I took my 2001 VW Golf to 4 seasons auto repair in Camas/Washougal Washington and this place pulled out the Parts cannon from day one. I ended up paying 800.00 for a PCM and programming which would be a good price if it fixed my car! I found out from an employee that Alex the manager put a PCM from the junk yard in my car and Charged me an extra to have it programmed. When I picked my car up I made the mistake of not test driving it. My car was returned to me in limp mode No throttle response and No acceleration above 25 MPH and was told this was a normal condition it is NOT I took my car back to him to have fixed correctly and they put a mass air flow on it that didn t fix it then they put a throttle body on it that didn t fix it then they said they put another PCM in and now my car doesn t drive at all. On top of everything they broke my windshield and tried telling me that it was like that when I dropped it off and there was no pictures to prove otherwise. So I m out 800.00 dollars and my car is a pull toy at this moment as of today. This place has no business taking peoples money and not delivering on their promises. I would have given this place ZERO stars if it was an option. Four Seasons has been servicing my 20 year old car for over four years now since I moved into the area. It runs great, and I've found their prices to be reasonable. When something hasn't sounded right, they've let me know if it's something urgent. I've had a couple of quick fixes at no charge, because they stand by their work. They have been willing to accommodate my schedule, providing rides as needed. I feel confident in continuing to take my car to them, and now my daughter's car is going there too.

Alex and the guys here, they are truly the best around town. I own a business myself, so trust what I am saying.The wife has had multiple repairs done here on her SUV. Noticed a clicking noise, steering wheel was a bit loose, and then 200 miles later, my car started to "rock" up and down. Took it to Les Schwab and they checked it, said that's just how my car is... I was recommended here and they figured out the exact problem and fixed is no problem. Decenct price for a job well done. I've heard great things of Alex, the owner, and Rob, the mechanic! Definitely an auto shop I will continue coming back to.Update: They've been my mechanic for years. Took my car in to get the tensioner and belt replaced. First time was faulty. They replaced it for the second time and it worked, although they broke the plastic piece to my windshield wiper fluid and broke the rod that hold my hood up. After months of back and forth, calling, and asking for any details, I finally gave up. Went to the dealership and it'll cost $1,300 to replace the piece, because they'd need to replace the whole mental fender and whatnot. Owner originallt said hed pau for it, after realizing the price and not telling me, he just refused. Not going back again, as they couldn't meet me half way or even give me any details.

This place is great! If you want an honest mechanic with integrity, then look no further. Alex and his team have been taking care if me and my family for years. They've become our family mechanic and we will never go anywhere else. The rare occasions that I have gone elsewhere I have always regretted it and had to have Four Seasons fix the damage anyway. So take my advise, take your vehicle to Four Seasons Tire and Auto repair and get it done right the first time. Save yourself a lot of time, money, and grief.

My husband and I had a flat tire while shopping at Lowe s. We ended up purchasing a portable air compressor from O Reilys and needed to get it filled. We were walking towards Fred Meyer gas station when we saw this place open. We decided to stop by and ask how much they would charge to fill it up. They didn t charge us a thing and they were super friendly and laughed and joked with us as they filled our tank. Afterward they even told us to drive our vehicle over once it had some air and they will fill the tire up the rest of the way free of charge. THIS... THIS RIGHT HERE is how you grow your customer base! We most definitely will be giving these guys our automotive business going forward!! Really blown away by their customer service!Service: Tires

This is a great place to go for all types of vehicle service & repairs, the owner is fantastic very nice friendly knowledgeable professional and goes above & beyond the call of duty to help show & explain things, and always willing to help any way they can, they make you feel like a part of their family so they definitely understand what's going on and give you the best possible deal & service they can. I would definitely definitely recommend them to every one, and I'm happy honored & blessed to say that my friends, my family & I have been loyal customers for over 10 years....

Four Seasons was amazing. Never had an accident before. So I never had to deal with an insurance company on that level. They took care of everything. And repaired the vehicle in very timely manner. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them

My experience here was AMAZING! My car had died on me in a parking lot. I needed a new starter and there was an oil leak somewhere. I was first told that it would take about three days since they were busy with other cars. Later on in the evening they ended up calling me and saying that they were actually able to fix my car within the same day since they were waiting for parts to be delivered for another car. I PICKED UP MY CAR THE SAME DAY! I felt as if they went the extra mile for me. Besides the work on the car, I really appreciated their customer service before and AFTER my car was fixed. I received a text message following up on how my car was running a week later. The way I was treated made me feel as if they really cared about their customers. I DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

I have been having my cars serviced here for many years (13 +) and have always been treated with tremendous respect. Fixing cars is not always an exact science, but Alex and crew have never failed to get it right and put me back on the road.
