Buyer beware :( You know, it s really unfortunate because I would love to leave 5 stars for the service and the friendliness from the owners. But I bought a 2008 scion xB back in may, I m about 4 months in and I ve had a whole bunch of horrendous issues with the car. The first day I brought it home I had a flat that night when they had stated the tires were new, I thought I had ran something over, but after my 3rd flat and tire replacement the tire place told me that the tires were from 2016. I would have been less upset if this was my only issue. The radio/speakers were blown and it wasn t mentioned, I found out after I had purchased it, my fault because this was the first car I had ever bought. Still wasn t that mad about it. I didn t know better to check. Cruise control didn t work, also wasn t stated. I found out there is a motor consumption issue last Monday. But as of yesterday my transmission is going out. So I have to scrap the whole car I ve been charged 7k for a car that is only worth 2500-5500 with multiple problems. I ve put over 1k of work into it. And I m just super heartbroken because Im in love with this car.

Straight forward and honest dealership. Not pushy, doesn't try to upsell you or pressure you into purchase.Biggest reason I recommend them come from the following: I had a problem with the vehicle I purchased that neither the dealership nor I spotted before the sale was finalized, I went back with a repair quote, and after talking it through they agreed it was fair that they cover half of the cost of the part needed.Very kind, easy to talk to, and genuene people. if you're looking for a used car this is the spot to go.

Just bought second car for Daughter from A Car Co LLC. First one lasted 5 years till someone hit her and totaled it. Owners have been fair and honest and feel we got good cars for the money. Highly recommend.

I had an absolutely great experience with A Car Co this week! They were very friendly and the rig I got from them was great. They were very up front and honest. Showed me the carfax, their mechanics inspection, and even let me take it to my mechanic for a once over. Never once did I feel pressured. I would 10/10 recommend A Car Co.

I had a great experience in purchasing a vehicle from this company. They were straightforward, no nonsense dealers who went out of their way to help me get into the vehicle that I wanted. I would definitely go back and buy again from this company, should the need arise, and I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. I really liked working with them!

We live in Chicago, IL and had never bought a car from out of state. The staff at A Car Company were so helpful and upfront about every step of the process that we felt comfortable buying a car sight unseen. They patiently worked with us through multiple calls and email exchanges to get all of the logistics of buying, shipping and transferring the title. We received our car and it was exactly what we were hoping for. We were thrilled! A huge thank you to the team at A Car Company!!!

Known them for years. My mom bought her last car from them so when my husband and I were looking for a new car, we drove out and ended up finding something! They're laid back, friendly and we love our new car :)

Five star rating!! Just purchased a 2002 Ford diesel pick up from this dealer. I am located across the country in Massachusetts and just wanted to let people checking on reviews how amazing these people are to deal with.They worked with me on a great price and also helped out with the shipping company, also answered all my crazy questions and text about the truck.Outstanding service! I must also state that this truck went thru the Mass Registry state inspection and passed with flying colors. They couldn't find anything wrong. Would definitely purchase again. As a Washougal resident, I am happy to support this local family owned used car dealership. After a few weeks of searching, I found a great 2001 Toyota Rav4 at a fair price here at A Car Co. Riley was helpful, and provided a no-pressure buying experience. He showed me a few good options, let me take my time, and even let me take the rig I wanted to my mechanic for inspection before my purchase.

I never felt I was being sold something I didn't want and they showed me cars in the price range I asked for, which for some reason is rare I'm the car industry. My daughter bought her first car here and they were great!

They do not inspect cars for issues before selling. It has been in the shop 3 times within the first month ( paid to have towed 2 out of the 3)...2 bad sensors, surpentine belt, 2 hoses leaking, alternator and thermostat needing replacement, just to name a few. Buyers Beware!!!

Bought a rig from here about 4 months ago at first no problems but after a 2/3weeks the head gasket blew and as im repairing this I've found tools IN my engine so if you guys are missing a 10mm wrench and a 5/16 socket ive found them

Found a piece out electrical tape placed over the ABS warning light. How do you do a compete detail on an SUV and "miss" electrical tape over the instrument cluster

Unethical dirty dealer who knowingly sells vehicles with safety issues, they do not inspect anything they sell, buyer beware do not purchase from this dealer.
