Friendly folks and quick work. Only concern was the couple times I had a low tire pressure light on, they twice missed the screw in the tire, thinking that it was just low pressure. But they were good to fix it each time we brought it back. So they made it good and I'll come back to them.

We had a. Flat that needed repaired. No waiting we even waited in our car. Vary reasonable price. Repaired and driving away within the hour

We got a slice in our tire pulling a trailer on Our way to the mountains. Pulled into the tire center and the young man got us right in and had us back on the road within 30 minutes. Then there was no charge on top of that. Excellent service I hope I don't have a problem again but if I do I will most definitely return to the tire center. They were the best.

We needed a low tire checked and the staff were great, they got is in and out in 30 minutes. Great customer service.

The front desk girl is so friendly and professional. Mark changed my tires and let me know the tires on my truck are in good condition and about 5000 miles to determine when to replace. They are so helpful and nice. Best service ever.

Went there to get my tires swapped out. When I picked up the car my wheels were scratched told the guys and spoke to the manager and they said that the scratches were already there. All the rims were scratched except one they did not replace. Very unhappy with how it turned out. It is super obvious that the scratches were fresh . Somehow according to the manager they said that I did the scratches and that they were already there so evidently they re calling me a liar will never return to this place wouldn t recommend it .

The technicians and manager are all friendly. Should there be a problem with a vehicle they will explain the issue(s) throughly. The manager often goes the extra mile to accommodate an inconvenience. Overall, highly recommend this tire center to those who still value the "small town" business ambience.

I ve been coming to this location for many years for tires and service. There s a Manager here named Matt he is a very understanding and hardworking man. In July of 2018 I had a tire blow out just outside of Wapato, I called Matt and he sent a service rig out mind you I called a half hour after they closed and Matt stayed and helped me get back on the road. They are no longer Les Schwab, they re now independently owned and ran. I would refer everyone who ever has troubles with their tires etc. thank you Matt and tire center for all that you do.

Went in to personally order tires on Friday, they said they would have them early Monday and would call me. Monday evening came I called them since they didn't call me, they didn't have a clue of what I was talking about, so I gave them the order number and name from their quote they gave me. Finally the guy after 30 min on the phone was like "oh yes we have your tired here if you'd like to come in to put them on" , I said I couldn't until next day early morning, he said ok. I show up 8am to get my new tires on my jeep, and they apparently had no idea and didn't even have my tires. I waited 1.5 hours for them to go get them from another shop, than even they finally get them they are the wrong tires, not the ones I had ordered. I finally was outraged and just told them to just put on my old tires and left. They didn't even apologize for wasting my time or anything. Horrible service

One of the best places to get your tires I got my tires two and a half years ago and they're still good for another two and a half years they have good prices good service

found the problem with my tire fixed it got new wipers and checked my battery was happy plus they are on the rez and honor tax exempt for tribal members

Destroyed a toyo tire trying to repair it went flat by the time i got to Toppenish made it into Les Schwabs and since it was a Toyo fairly new they gave me a tire at no charge cause of what this tire shop did.

I went there to have a flat tire repaird . i was expecting at least 15$ out of pocket costs but the nice gentle man told us he would repair it for FREE.(what company does this anymore) THANK YOU LES SCHWAB in wapato wa

I had to wait an hour and a half for them to fix my flat tire. There were only two other people besides myself there so for them to take that long is ridiculous.
