Took my BMW for a starter replace and Trevor and his crew did an excellent job. Good communication and explained to me all about my car problems , I totally recommend this place 100%. They are very professional.

Trevor and his crew are top notch. Ethical, fair, and skilled. They worked on my Mercedes Sprinter for several years always with great results. Even frequently gave shuttle service to and from my house in WW. Taught me a lot about my own vehicle, the what to do and what not dos and explained things in detail. Can t say enough good things.

Terrific auto diagnostic and repair business! Trevor and Dan have provided expert care for my European sports sedan for several years. Every single experience has been professional and my expectations have been met or exceeded each time. These guys....top notch, eager to please and stand 100% behind their work. I never Had anything but excellent service from this shop. Trevor works hard to get me into appts as soon as possible. They fixed my 4w drive last winter after the last owner messed it up. He has also found things that my last mechanic had missed. My car is always running well thanks to Trevor and his team. 10/10 recommend all my friends to go here.

I have used Rob and Trevor long before they were R&T for so many things, I can't remember them all.They are honest, dependable and seem to get the job done for me the first time. I don't buy new cars, so my cars seem to need work now and then so I go to the guys I know will do it right. I have sent a number of people I know to them, and they have reported back to me that they also received nothing but top shelf service.I was reading Mr. Laizure's review and can only think that maybe there is more to his story then he is letting on.I have never ever been promised "lifetime" warranty on anything from these guys. Who does that in America anymore, who can??I would bet money on it that there is a lot more to the story......just saying!!!!If you want your vehicle fixed, if you want it fixed right, go see R&T. If you read the other reviews, they say it all. But if you want to know for yourself, stop in and talk to him, see how busy they are. I would recommend R&T to anyone!! This was my first time using them and definitely will refer them to friends and family. Trevor is awesome! Trevor helped get my wife s car fixed up and back on the road in no time. Let me know of other parts that were getting worn and to let him know if anything else cropped up. Was immediately fit in to the schedule when our regular mechanic was booked out. Given a very detailed and straightforward assessment by Trevor of the initial problem to be resolved and several other concerns that could be addressed based on anticipated use and expected life of vehicle. Was even more impressed when another local business was contacted by R&T to report less than satisfactory services we received while on their property (a tow). Both businesses amazed us in their response and R&T made it very clear that they are advocates for their customers and value trust in business relationships. I have already referred several friends and family members to call Trevor at R&T for future auto repairs and will continue to do so! This place is absolutely amazing. You can expect an immediate answer from the request service email on their website. They also pick up their phones immediately. Trevor is awesome and accommodated me well when he did not find any issue with my brake concern. I fully trust him and his team's service. I will absolutely go back to this place! I highly recommend Trevor for your auto work. I have a, at times, finicky Mercedes and he has always done great work on it. He s trustworthy, knowledgeable and straightforward. This shop will way over promise and definitely under deliver. Trevor sold me life time parts on my front end of my pickup in which he now says sorry I m out of warranty now.Run like heck from this shop. This just one of 3 times now he has burned me. Off to small claims court we go.

Took this in to get my Volvo XC40 treated with a temporary fix up (coolant and oil change) until I could take it into the dealer and came away planning to continue to take it here instead in the future. I have been bugging Volvo to fix the weird rattling happening with the speaker system and each time they don't do it, these guys did!
